本发明公开了一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液及其制备方法，包括以下主要组分：抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、熊果叶粉、黄瓜果提取物、石榴果皮提取物等。本发明所公开的面膜液，不仅具有保湿补水作用，还能美白、提亮肤色，其中抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠具有美白亮肤、抗氧化的功效；熊果叶粉能有效抑制皮肤中酪氨酸酶的活性，阻断黑色素形成；黄瓜果提取物具有镇静、舒缓、收敛毛孔、补水及美白等功效；石榴果皮提取物可以有效清除多余的自由基，具有超强的延缓衰老作用。本发明的有益效果是：在对面部肌肤进行保湿补水的基础上，深层滋养脸部肌肤，美白皮肤，提亮肤色，让面部肌肤更健康，该面膜液吸收快、美白效果明显、无粘稠感。

本发明涉及一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液及其制备方法，属于护肤品技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们对化妆品的需求逐步变化，尤其是美白护肤品，人们希望通过使用此类化妆品来获得白皙健康的皮肤，这便推动了化妆品化学的发展。面膜作为美白护肤品的代表性产品之一，得到了广大爱美女士的青睐。
发明内容
本发明设计开发了一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液的方法及其制备方法，本发明提供的清亮滋养柔肤面膜液吸收快，美白、提亮肤色效果明显，对皮肤无刺激。本发明所描述的制备工艺均在无菌条件下进行，有效地保障了该面膜的质量。
一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液，包括如下重量含量的成分：

(1)对所用生产设备进行清洗消毒，按配方准确称量各组分；
(2)在无菌条件下，将甘油、丁二醇加入搅拌罐，再缓慢加入去离子水，于80℃搅拌至完全溶解、透明，保温10分钟灭菌，得到混合物1；
(3)在无菌条件下，使步骤(2)所述的混合物1降温至65℃，并在65℃下，尿囊素、黄原胶、透明质酸钠，再加入羟乙基尿素，继续搅拌混合至完全溶解，与所述混合物1制得混合物2；
(4)在无菌条件下，使步骤(3)所述的混合物2降温至50℃，并在50℃下，边搅拌混合物2边缓慢加入山梨醇、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、石榴果皮提取物、熊果叶粉、黄瓜果提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、EDTA二钠，继续搅拌混合至完全溶解，与所述混合物2制得混合物3；
(5)在无菌条件下，使步骤(4)所述的混合物3降温至40℃，并在40℃下，向混合物3加入碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、双咪唑烷基脲、香精，搅拌均匀，制得混合物4；
(6)检测混合物4的pH值，用浓度为10％的柠檬酸溶液或三乙醇胺溶液调节pH为6.2-6.8；
(7)理化指标检验合格后，35℃出料。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明进行进一步的详细说明，以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
实施例1：一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液及其制备工艺
所述成分包括：尿囊素、黄原胶、透明质酸、羟乙基尿素、甘油、丁二醇、山梨醇、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、熊果叶粉、黄瓜果提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、石榴果皮提取物、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、双咪唑烷基脲、香精和去离子水；
所述各成分的重量百分比为：
尿囊素：0.1％；黄原胶：0.15％；甘油：4％；丁二醇：3％；透明质酸钠：0.03％；羟乙基尿素：1％；山梨醇：1％；抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠：1％；熊果叶粉：2％；黄瓜果提取物：0.2％；葡萄柚果皮提取物：0.5％；石榴果皮提取物：0.1％；碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯：0.2％；双咪唑烷基脲：0.2％；香精：0.3％；去离子水：86.22％；
一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液及其制备工艺，包括：
(1)对所用生产设备进行清洗消毒，按配方准确称量各组分；
(2)在无菌条件下，将甘油、丁二醇加入搅拌罐，再缓慢加入去离子水，于80℃搅拌至完全溶解、透明，保温10分钟灭菌，得到混合物1。甘油在成品中的重量百分比为4％，丁二醇在成品中的重量百分比为3％，去离子水在成品中的重量百分比为86.22％；
(3)在无菌条件下，使步骤(2)所述的混合物1降温至65℃，并在65℃下，尿囊素、黄原胶、透明质酸钠，再加入羟乙基尿素，继续搅拌混合至完全溶解，与所述混合物1制得混合物2。尿囊素在成品中的重量百分比为0.1％，黄原胶在成品中的重量百分比为0.15％，透明质酸钠在成品中的重量百分比为0.03％，羟乙基尿素在成品中的重量百分比为1％；
(4)在无菌条件下，使步骤(3)所述的混合物1降温至50℃，并在50℃下，边搅拌混合物1边缓慢加入山梨醇、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、石榴果皮提取物、熊果叶粉、黄瓜果提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、EDTA二钠，继续搅拌混合至完全溶解，与所述混合物1制得混合物2；山梨醇在成品中的重量百分比为1％，抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠在成品中的重量百分比为1％，熊果叶粉在成品中的重量百分比为2％，石榴果皮提取物在成品中的重量百分比为0.1％，黄瓜果提取物在成品中的重量百分比为0.2％，葡萄柚果皮提取物在成品中的重量百分比为0.5％。EDTA二钠在成品中的重量百分比为0.05％；
(4)在无菌条件下，使步骤(3)所述的混合物2降温至40℃，并在40℃下，向混合物2加入碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、双咪唑烷基脲、香精，搅拌均匀，制得混合物3；碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯在成品中的重量百分比为0.2％，双咪唑烷基脲在成品中的重量百分比为0.2％，香精在成品中的重量百分比为0.3％；
(5)检测混合物3的pH值，用浓度为10％的柠檬酸溶液或三乙醇胺溶液调节pH为6.2-6.8；
(6)理化指标检验合格后，35℃出料。

Claims (2)

1.一种清亮滋养柔肤面膜液，其特征在于，包括如下重量含量的成分：
去离子水75-96％ 甘油1-5％ 丁二醇1-4％ 羟乙基尿素1-3％ 透明质酸钠0.02-0.3％ 黄原胶0.05-0.2％ 尿囊素0.05-0.6％ 抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠0.5-5％ 熊果叶粉0.5-5％ 黄瓜果提取物0.05-0.2％ 葡萄柚果皮提取物0.05-0.2％ 石榴果皮提取物0.05-0.1％ EDTA二钠0.05-0.1％ 香精0.05-1％ 双咪唑烷基脲0.2-0.3％ 碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.02-0.03％
2.一种权利要求1所述的清亮滋养柔肤面膜液的制备工艺，其特征在于，包括：
(1)对所用生产设备进行清洗消毒，按配方准确称量各组分；
(2)在无菌条件下，将甘油、丁二醇加入搅拌罐，再缓慢加入去离子水，于80℃搅拌至完全溶解、透明，保温10分钟灭菌，得到混合物1；
(3)在无菌条件下，使步骤(2)所述的混合物1降温至65℃，并在65℃时，将尿囊素、黄原胶、透明质酸钠加入羟乙基尿素溶液中，继续搅拌混合至完全溶解，制得混合物2；
(4)在无菌条件下，使步骤(3)所述的混合物2降温至50℃，并在50℃下，边搅拌混合物2边缓慢加入山梨醇、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、石榴果皮提取物、熊果叶粉、黄瓜果提取物、葡萄柚果皮提取物、EDTA二钠，继续搅拌混合至完全溶解，制得混合物3；
(5)在无菌条件下，使步骤(4)所述的混合物3降温至40℃，并在40℃下，向混合物3加入碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯、双咪唑烷基脲、香精，搅拌均匀，制得混合物4；
(6)检测混合物4的pH值，用浓度为10％的柠檬酸溶液或三乙醇胺溶液调节pH为6.2-6.8；
(7)理化指标检验合格后，35℃出料。
