Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及预冲洗油藏路径以改善随后的强化油采收(EOR)和/或改善油采收(IOR)操作,其通过将预冲洗液组合物泵入地下油藏中以与其中的非极性物质接触并形成包含所述非极性物质的原位流体。
背景
强化油采收(EOR)和改善油采收(IOR)操作是使用粘性力和/或界面力来提高油藏的烃(例如原油)产出的复杂程序。EOR和/或IOR程序可实际上在采油开始下降时油藏一次开采寿命后的任意时刻开始。EOR操作的效率可取决于油藏温度、压力、深度、产层有效厚度、渗透性、残余油和水饱和度、孔隙率、流体性质如油API重度和粘度等。
一次采油方法利用油藏的天然能量来开采油或气。一次方法不需要外部流体或热量以作为驱动能量。使用二次和三次采油方法来将通常不存在于油藏中的物质注入油藏中,从而从油藏中开采额外的油或气。当一次采油操作在地下地层中留下显著量的烃时,可能需要实施二次和三次方法。
二次采油方法将外部流体(例如水和/或气体)注入油藏中以将油藏再次加压并提高油驱替。三次采油包括注入特殊流体,例如化学品、混溶性气体和/或热能。EOR操作在二次操作之后进行且目标是油藏中的毛细管力和粘性力之间的相互作用。例如,在EOR操作中,从地下地层中采出剩余烃的能量可通过将流体在压力下经由一个或多个穿透地层的注入井注入地层中而提供,注入流体由此将烃驱向一个或多个穿透地层的采出井。EOR操作通常通过将流体经由注入井注入地下油藏中而进行,从而恢复地层压力、提高油藏中的油驱替或流体流动等。
合适的注入流体尤其包括水、蒸汽、二氧化碳和天然气。特别地,当地下地层包括高渗透性区域时,注入流体可流经阻力最小的区域,例如流经高渗透性区域,由此绕过渗透性较低的区域。尽管EOR操作可提供从高渗透性区域开采烃所必需的能量,然而较低渗透性区域中所含的烃可能未被驱向穿透地层的采出井。
二次和三次采油操作的实例包括基于水的驱替和气体注入方法。如果在基于水的注入流体中添加化学品,则基于水的驱替也可称为“化学驱替”。基于水的驱替可为或者包括聚合物驱替、ASP(碱/表面活性剂/聚合物)驱替、SP(表面活性剂/聚合物)驱替、泡沫注入、低盐度水和微生物EOR;气体注入包括非混溶性和混溶性气体方法,例如二氧化碳驱替等。“聚合物驱替”包括在注入流体中添加水溶性聚合物,例如聚丙烯酰胺以提高注入流体的粘度,从而通过注入流体驱替烃通过地层而允许更好的驱扫效率。增粘的注入流体可不太可能绕过烃且将残余的烃从地层中推出。
胶束、碱性、皂状物质等可用于降低油藏中的油和水之间的界面张力且使油藏中存在的油流动;而聚合物如聚丙烯酰胺或多糖可用于提高流度比和驱扫效率,驱扫效率是EOR和/或IOR操作的有效性的量度,其取决于与注入流体接触的油藏体积。化学驱替的一般程序可包括预冲洗(低盐度水)、化学溶液(胶束或碱性的)、流度缓冲液和驱替流体(水),其将化学品和所得的油驱回至采出井。预冲洗液组合物和流度缓冲液是可选的流体。
当实施溶液驱替方法中的聚合物时,聚合物可提高水的粘度以减小油和基于水的驱替液之间的差异,从而使得驱替水可发生较少的绕过或窜槽。换言之,可降低驱替水的流度,从而提供更大的驱替前缘位移。二氧化碳(CO2)注入类似于水驱替,不同之处在于将二氧化碳而非水注入油藏中以提高油藏的油采收。
碱/表面活性剂/聚合物(ASP)技术可具有极低浓度的表面活性剂,从而在捕集的油和注入流体/地层水之间产生低界面张力。然后,存在于注入流体中的碱/表面活性剂/聚合物可更深地渗入地层中并与捕集的油珠接触。碱可与原油的酸性组分反应,从而原位形成额外的表面活性剂以连续提供超低界面张力并释放捕集的油。当使用ASP技术时,聚合物可用来提高注入流体的粘度、使窜槽降至最小和提供流度控制。

预冲洗液组合物的接触可通过使预冲洗液组合物在注入井中循环而实现,这意指将预冲洗液泵送通过基本上整个活性流体***,包括构成主要体系的井眼和所有表面槽。即,可将所述预冲洗液组合物泵入油藏路径中且使其浸泡所存在的非极性物质,其中非极性物质混入原位流体中通过扩散发生。
所述非极性物质可通过一定的方法改变,例如如但不限于移除非极性物质、将非极性物质的润湿性从油润湿性变为水润湿性、或者在操作之前修复(remediating)非极性物质,及其组合。该类非极性物质可为或包括但不限于油基泥浆的残余固体;合成基泥浆的残余固体;原油的沉积物,例如石蜡、沥青质、浆渣(slug);及其组合。浆渣是与固体组合的极高粘度的流体,且在原油或油基泥浆(OBM)与具有用于靶向乳化的添加剂和/或捕集固体的含水流体接触时形成。“非极性物质”在本文中定义为油藏路径中的能被改变的任意非极性物质;非极性物质可为固体颗粒、液滴及其混合物。液滴的非限制性实例可为或包括烃,例如可处于油藏路径中的原油。
应知晓的是,对本文方法及其组合物而言,不需将所有非极性物质都溶液化和/或从油藏路径中移除视为成功的。如果与不存在预冲洗液组合物但其它方面相同的油藏路径相比,使用预冲洗液组合物改变了更多的非极性物质,则获得了成功。或者,如果改变了至少一部分非极性物质,则所述方法和组合物被视为是成功的。在一个非限制性实施方案中,改变了至少大部分(>50%)非极性物质。一般而言,当然希望改变尽可能多的非极性物质、污染物和其它油润湿性颗粒物。本文方法和组合物的一个非限制性目的是改变非极性物质,从而在实施随后操作之后获得较高的烃流体采收。
改变非极性物质可通过改变油润湿性非极性物质的表面润湿性和/或将非极性物质引入原位流体,例如Winsor III微乳液和/或单相微乳液,例如Winsor IV或类似化学(这将在后文更详细地描述)中而实现。由于外部非极性物质转化成水中的内部乳化物质,大部分非极性物质和颗粒物以使得油藏路径中仅残留最小量或减小量的非极性组分的程度被移除或微尺寸化。
应知晓的是,产生或形成的原位流体的量以及添加或包含的原位形成用组分(极性、非极性、表面活性剂和任选添加剂)的量难以事先确定和预测,或者通常难以以高精度事先确定和预测,因为这取决于许多相互关联的因素,包括但并非必须限于盐水的类型、非极性物质的类型、油藏路径的温度、所用的具体表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物,是否存在螯合剂、碱性试剂或酸及其类型等。然而,为了使人们对所用的量有所了解,在一个非限制性实施方案中,引入原位流体中的非极性物质的量可从约1重量%独立地至约90重量%,或者在另一非限制性实施方案中,从约1重量%独立地至约50重量%。本文就范围所用的“独立地”意指任何下限可与任何上限一起使用,从而得到合适的替代范围。一旦非极性物质被改变,则地下油藏的有效渗透性提高,且与不存在预冲洗液组合物但其它方面相同的操作相比,随后操作可采收更多的烃流体。原位流体的形成以及它们的其它用途还描述于美国专利8,091,646、8,091,645和7,134,496中。
所述预冲洗液组合物可包含但不限于极性流体和至少一种表面活性剂。在本文的一个非限制性实施方案中,所述预冲洗液组合物可包含非极性流体,例如合成流体,包括但并非必须限于酯流体;石蜡(例如获自Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids的PARA-TEQTM流体)和异构化烯烃(例如获自Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids的ISO-TEQTM)。然而,柴油和矿物油如Escaid 110(获自Exxon)或ECD 99-DW油(获自TOTAL)也可作为非极性液体用于制备预冲洗液组合物。其它合适的非极性液体包括但并非必须限于柠檬烯,蒎烯和其它萜烯,二甲苯,互溶剂等。形成原位流体的优点是由于所有或大部分非极性液体见于非极性物质中,因此需要使用更少的非极性液体(与预先形成的纳米乳液、细乳液或微乳液相比)。这使原位流体获得了溶液化油和非极性物质的其它物质的更高的能力。
所述预冲洗液组合物在配制时无需任何额外的油或溶剂,或者至少远远少于可溶液化在最终原位流体中的比例,当与油藏路径中的非极性物质接触时,这获得了更高的油或非极性物质引入或清除能力。任何油润湿性颗粒或油润湿性污染物从油润湿性转变为水润湿性的。此外,在润湿性逆转过程之后或期间,当将无机酸、有机酸、氧化剂、水溶性酶(例如催化剂)或这些组分的前体(例如原位产酸剂)注入(spotted into)地下油藏时,水润湿性改善损害修复,因为其有利于酸和颗粒之间的接触。
极性流体可为或包括但不限于基于水的流体、基于醇的流体、基于二醇的流体、基于盐水的流体、基于再利用的水的流体,及其组合。在非限制性的实施方案中,再利用的水可分离自先前采出的原油。任何常用的氯化物盐水以及配制它们的盐预期适用于本文的组合物和方法中。在另一非限制性实施方案中,适用于产生盐水的盐包括但并非必须限于氯化铵、氯化钠、氯化钾及其组合。
表面活性剂可以以从约0.01体积%独立地至约10体积%,或者从约0.1体积%独立地至约5体积%的量存在于所述预冲洗液组合物中。表面活性剂可为或包括但不限于非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、包含非离子间隔臂中央扩展和离子或非离子极性基团的扩展表面活性剂,及其混合物。
非离子表面活性剂可为或包括但不限于烷基多苷、脱水山梨糖醇酯、甲基葡糖苷酯、聚乙二醇酯、醇乙氧基化物及其混合物。阴离子表面活性剂可为或包括但不限于碱金属烷基硫酸盐、烷基或烷芳基磺酸盐、直链或支链烷基醚硫酸盐和磺酸盐、醇聚丙氧基化硫酸盐、醇聚乙氧基化硫酸盐、烷基或烷芳基二磺酸盐、烷基二硫酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、直链和支链醚硫酸盐,及其混合物。阳离子表面活性剂可为或包括但不限于精氨酸甲酯、链烷醇胺和亚烷基二酰胺,具有丙氧基化或乙氧基化间隔臂的扩展表面活性剂,及其混合物。
可将已包含一些溶液化的油(在非限制性实例中,仅大致为约1-约40%)的表面活性剂水溶液泵入油藏路径中以形成原位流体。换言之,所述水溶液可被视为仅含1%油的乳液。一旦到达油藏路径中,则该流体将非极性物质原位溶液化,从而变为包含多得多的油的原位流体,在非限制性实例中,至多约70%或80%。所述原位流体不同于可泵入油藏中的预冲洗液组合物中的水溶液。
在非限制性实施方案中,所述预冲洗液组合物可为多相组合物,将其泵入地下油藏中以与油藏路径中的至少一部分非极性物质接触。多相组合物可为处于乳液中的乳液。所述多相组合物可包含极性流体、表面活性剂和上文所述的任选额外添加剂。所述多相组合物可具有至少3个相,在非限制性实施方案中,具有4个相。所述多相组合物可破坏,从而释放出表面活性剂和任何任选的额外添加剂。

在另一非限制性实施方案中,辅助表面活性剂可为具有从约3个独立地至约10个碳原子,或者从约4个独立地至约6个碳原子的醇,例如丁醇。在一个非限制性实施方案中,辅助表面活性剂的乙氧基单元数量可从约3个独立地至约15个,或者从约6个独立地至约10个。所述预冲洗液组合物的任选辅助表面活性剂可引入原位流体中。
与表面活性剂一起使用的任选辅助表面活性剂的比例难以事先确定且可受许多相互关联的因素的影响,包括但并非必须限于表面活性剂的性质,辅助表面活性剂的性质,待移除、驱替或以其它方式影响的非极性物质的类型,油藏条件等。在一个非限制性实施方案中,预冲洗液组合物可具有聚乙氧基化烷基硫酸盐和聚甘油酯(例如获自Oleon N.V.的PG 8-10酯)的表面活性剂共混物,其具有3.4/1的游离OH/酯化OH的摩尔比,且任选具有被7.5或更多EO乙氧基化的烷基醇。
所述预冲洗液还可包含缓冲剂以活化天然表面活性剂。所述预冲洗液组合物还可包含酸、螯合剂,或可溶解酸溶性颗粒的其它前体添加剂。醇为中等极性物质;即介于非极性物质如油和极性物质如水之间的中间物质。在一个非限制性实施方案中,原位形成的乳液可使用表面活性剂、极性流体和较少量的非极性流体和/或中等极性的流体形成。
螯合剂可溶液化可能存在的非极性颗粒,例如碳酸钙、赤铁矿、钛铁矿和重晶石。由于这些酸的盐,PACA在碱性环境中的性能可能较好,这使得它们进一步不同于更常用的酸及其盐。例如,PACA的盐可将硫酸钡与所处理的碳酸钙分离;PACA呈阳离子形式。在一个非限制性实例中,当与碳酸钙接触时,PACA的Na或K盐通过阳离子交换与钡盐接触并使其溶解。然而,非离解的酸形式仍然发挥作用且获得本文方法和组合物所需的结果。普通酸形式在较低的pH下性能稍好。
在非限制性实施方案中,螯合剂可为聚乳酸和/或丙烯酸或马来酸类型的聚氨基羧酸(PACA),或羧化多糖,或PACA的盐。合适的PACA和其它螯合剂包括但并非必须限于次氮基三乙酸(NTA)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、反-1,2-二氨基环己烷-N,N,N',N',-四乙酸一水合物(CDTA)、二亚乙基三胺五乙酸(DTPA)、二氧杂八亚甲基二次氮基四乙酸(DOCTA)、羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸(HEDTA)、三亚乙基四胺六乙酸(TTHA)、反-1,2-二氨基环己烷四乙酸(DCTA)、三聚磷酸盐、聚磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、α-醚羧酸盐、氧基二乙酸盐、羧甲基丙醇二酸盐(CMT)和羧甲基氧基琥珀酸盐(CMOS)、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐和丙醇二酸盐,及其混合物。
螯合剂可溶液化或溶解至少一些所存在的颗粒物。螯合剂可为一种或多种无机酸或其盐,包括但并非必须限于盐酸、硫酸,和/或有机酸,包括但并非必须限于有机试剂或其盐,例如乙酸、甲酸及其混合物。在一个非限制性实施方案中,所述酸可仅为一种无机酸或者仅为一种有机酸。所述预冲洗液组合物中的螯合剂浓度可从约0.1体积%独立地至约30体积%,或者在另一非限制性实施方案中,从约1体积%独立地至约10体积%。
可存在各种方式来根据本文的程序输送螯合剂。可在将预冲洗液组合物泵入油藏中之前,将螯合剂添加至预冲洗液组合物中,在预冲洗液组合物之前添加(作为预浸液),在预冲洗液组合物泵入之后添加,及其组合。或者,可在移除大部分非极性物质之前,可将螯合剂添加至原位流体(一旦其在适当位置形成)中及其组合。
所述预冲洗液组合物可在油藏路径中原位形成乳液,其中原位形成的乳液包含一部分来自油藏路径的非极性物质、来自极性流体的极性相,和表面活性剂。原位流体可为或包括但不限于细乳液、纳米乳液、单相微乳液,及其组合。当所述预冲洗液组合物中包含额外组分时,一些或全部额外组分可包含在原位形成的乳液中。
纳米乳液可定义为具有平均液滴尺寸小于约1000nm的分散/非连续相的乳液类型;连续和分散/非连续相的组分必须足够地不混溶,从而允许形成相应的相。一些纳米乳液可具有比所述平均液滴尺寸更小的范围,且可具有超过一个分散/非连续相。这些乳液通常由非极性相(通常称为油相)、极性相(通常为水性的,且称为含水相或水相)、表面活性剂,和任选的一种或多种额外组分组成。可存在窄液滴尺寸分布,这取决于制备方法。
细乳液可通过经由高剪切混合具有混合在一起的两个非混溶性液相,例如表面活性剂和辅助表面活性剂而形成。可形成约50-约500nm的液滴。细乳液具有内相(inner phase),其可起乳化剂作用,从而使得内相(inner state)在外部相中分散成纳米尺寸的液滴。细乳液可自发形成。

在前述说明中,已参照本发明的具体实施方案描述了本发明,且将本发明描述为有效提供预冲洗油藏路径以改善随后操作的方法。然而,显然可对其作出各种改变和变化而不偏离所附权利要求所限定的本发明较宽范围。因此,本说明书应被视为是示意性的而非限制性的。例如,落入所请求保护的参数内但未在特定组合物或方法中明确指明或尝试的具体极性流体、表面活性剂、额外组分和操作预期处于本发明的范围之内。
本发明可适当地包含或者由所公开要素组成或者基本上由其组成,且可在不存在未公开的要素下实施。例如,所述预冲洗油藏路径以改善随后的强化油采收(EOR)和/或IOR操作的方法可由如下步骤组成或基本上由其组成:将具有极性流体和至少一种表面活性剂的预冲洗液组合物泵入地下油藏中,其中所述预冲洗液组合物在油藏路径中原位形成具有非极性物质、来自极性流体的极性相和所述表面活性剂的原位流体;所述原位流体可与油藏路径中的至少一部分非极性物质接触。
权利要求通篇中所用的措辞“包含”和“包括”应解释为分别意指“包含但不限于”和“包括但不限于”。
Claims (12)
1.一种预冲洗油藏路径以改善随后操作的方法,其中所述操作为二次操作、三次操作或其组合,其中所述方法包括:
将预冲洗液组合物泵入地下油藏中以与油藏路径中的至少一部分非极性物质接触;其中所述预冲洗液组合物包含:
极性流体,和
至少一种表面活性剂;和
在油藏路径中原位形成原位流体,其中所述原位流体包含非极性物质、来自所述极性流体的极性相,和所述至少一种表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,进一步包括在原位形成原位流体之后实施操作,其中所述操作选自:基于水的驱替、气体注入方法、热采收方法及其组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,进一步包括与不预冲洗油藏路径但其它方面相同的操作相比,从地下油藏中采收更多的烃流体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述预冲洗液组合物进一步包含选自如下组的额外组分:溶剂、辅助表面活性剂、助溶剂、有机酸、无机酸、缓冲剂、碱性试剂、具有亲脂性连接基的表面活性剂、具有亲水性连接基的表面活性剂、螯合剂及其组合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述原位流体进一步包含所述额外组分。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中辅助表面活性剂选自醇、二醇、乙氧基化醇、乙氧基化二醇、乙氧基化酚、丙氧基化醇、丙氧基化二醇、丙氧基化酚、乙氧基化和丙氧基化醇、乙氧基化和丙氧基化二醇、乙氧基化和丙氧基化酚,及其组合。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的方法,其中所述极性流体包括基于水的流体、基于醇的流体、基于二醇的流体、基于盐水的流体、基于再利用的水的流体及其组合。
8.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的方法,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂以0.01-10体积%的量存在于所述预冲洗液组合物中。
9.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的方法,其中所述至少一种表面活性剂选自非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、包含非离子间隔臂中央扩展和离子或非离子极性基团的扩展表面活性剂,及其混合物。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:
所述非离子表面活性剂选自烷基多苷、脱水山梨糖醇酯、甲基葡糖苷酯、聚乙二醇酯、醇乙氧基化物及其混合物;
所述阴离子表面活性剂选自碱金属烷基硫酸盐、烷基或烷芳基磺酸盐、直链或支链烷基醚硫酸盐和磺酸盐、醇聚丙氧基化硫酸盐、醇聚乙氧基化硫酸盐、烷基或烷芳基二磺酸盐、烷基二硫酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、直链和支链醚硫酸盐,及其混合物;和
所述阳离子表面活性剂选自精氨酸甲酯、链烷醇胺和亚烷基二酰胺,具有丙氧基化或乙氧基化间隔臂的扩展表面活性剂,及其混合物。
11.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的方法,其中所述原位流体选自细乳液、纳米乳液、单相微乳液、Winsor III微乳液及其组合。
12.根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的方法,其中引入原位流体中的非极性物质的量可为1-90重量%。
