Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型防漏阀门,包括阀体,阀体顶端设有阀盖,阀盖中心开设有阀盖螺纹孔,阀盖螺纹孔内嵌插有螺杆,螺杆顶端连接有把手,阀体内设有隔板,螺杆底端通过轴承与隔板顶端转动连接,隔板的竖向外侧壁与阀体的竖向内侧壁之间紧密贴合且为滑动连接,阀体左侧设有进水口,阀体右侧设有出水口,进、出水口处分别连接有进、出水管,隔板底端固定连接有固定板,固定板左方及右方分别设有左、右压板,左压板和固定板之间连接有左伸缩杆,固定板和右压板之间连接有右伸缩杆,左、右伸缩杆外部分别套设有左、右螺旋弹簧,通过上述结构,本发明能够更加有效地保证自身的密封性能,从而大大避免了漏水现象发生。

本发明涉及一种新型防漏阀门。
背景技术
开关阀门在日常生活中得到了越来越广泛的应用。并且水资源的日益紧张,如何节约用水已经成为了人们非常关心的事情,相应地对于控制水体输送的开关阀门的要求也越来越高。但对于现有的水开关阀门来说,限于结构和设计上的限制,其在长期使用的情况下,密封性能往往会变得越来越差,从而很容易产生漏水现象,导致大量水资源的浪费,这无疑大大影响了开关阀门的使用性能和适用范围。
发明内容
为克服以上现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够更加有效地保证自身的密封性能,从而大大避免了漏水现象发生的新型防漏阀门。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型防漏阀门,包括底端封闭的阀体,在所述阀体的顶端设有阀盖,在所述阀盖的中心开设有阀盖螺纹孔,在所述阀盖螺纹孔内嵌插有螺杆,在所述螺杆的顶端连接有把手,在所述阀体内还设有隔板,且所述螺杆的底端通过轴承与所述隔板的顶端转动连接,同时所述隔板的竖向外侧壁与所述阀体的竖向内侧壁之间紧密贴合且为滑动连接;在所述阀体的左侧设有进水口,在所述阀体的右侧设有出水口,在所述进水口和出水口处还分别连接有进水管和出水管,在所述隔板的底端固定连接有竖向设置的固定板,在所述固定板的左方及右方还分别设有左压板和右压板,在所述左压板和固定板之间还连接有水平设置的左伸缩杆,在所述固定板和右压板之间还连接有水平设置的右伸缩杆,同时在所述左伸缩杆和右伸缩杆的外部还分别套设有左螺旋弹簧和右螺旋弹簧。
上述新型防漏阀门,其中在所述左压板的左侧和右压板的右侧还均覆盖有橡胶层,并且在所述阀盖的底端还固定设有限位块。
上述新型防漏阀门,其中所述进水口距所述阀体的底壁的距离大于所述出水口距所述阀体的底壁的距离。
上述新型防漏阀门,其中在所述进水管内还设有过滤网,在所述固定板上还均匀设有多个固定板通水孔。
上述新型防漏阀门,其中在所述阀盖上还分别设有振动传感器、微控制器、报警器和无线发射器,并且所述振动传感器的输出端连接至所述微控制器的输入端,所述微控制器的输出端分别连接至所述报警器和无线发射器的输入端。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用上述结构,本发明能够更加有效地保证自身的密封性能,从而大大避免了漏水现象发生。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种新型防漏阀门,包括底端封闭的阀体1,在阀体1的顶端设有阀盖2,在阀盖2的中心开设有阀盖螺纹孔,在阀盖螺纹孔内嵌插有螺杆3,在螺杆3的顶端连接有把手4,在阀体1内还设有隔板5,且螺杆3的底端通过轴承6与隔板5的顶端转动连接,同时隔板5的竖向外侧壁与阀体1的竖向内侧壁之间紧密贴合且为滑动连接;在阀体1的左侧设有进水口,在阀体1的右侧设有出水口,在进水口和出水口处还分别连接有进水管7和出水管8,在隔板5的底端固定连接有竖向设置的固定板9,在固定板9的左方及右方还分别设有左压板10和右压板11,在左压板10和固定板9之间还连接有水平设置的左伸缩杆12,在固定板9和右压板11之间还连接有水平设置的右伸缩杆13,同时在左伸缩杆12和右伸缩杆13的外部还分别套设有左螺旋弹簧14和右螺旋弹簧15。
在上述结构下,当阀门处于关闭状态时,在左螺旋弹簧14和右螺旋弹簧15的作用下,左压板10和右压板11分别紧贴并压紧进水口和出水口,从而对阀门进行了双重密封,这大大增强了阀门的密封防漏效果;而当阀门处于打开状态时,此时隔板5处于上位位置,而在隔板5的密封作用下,流入进水口的水只能从出水口流出,而不能够从螺杆3和阀盖2的连接处向外泄漏,这大大保证了阀门的使用性能。
作为优选,对于上述新型防漏阀门,其中在左压板10的左侧和右压板11的右侧还均覆盖有橡胶层,以更加保证了阀门的密封效果,并且在阀盖2的底端还固定设有限位块16,以对隔板5向上移动的最高位置进行限位。
作为进一步的优选,对于上述新型防漏阀门,其中进水口距阀体1的底壁17的距离大于出水口距阀体1的底壁17的距离。这样,当关闭阀门时,左压板10和右压板11同步向下移动,此时左压板10便会先对进水口进行关闭,而出水口由于位置较低,故仍然没有被完全关闭,这样储存在阀体1内的水便会继续从出水口排出,然后随着左压板10和右压板11的继续向下移动,右压板11才会将出水口完全关闭,这样便保证了当阀门处于关闭状态时,阀体1内便不再存有水分,这不仅进一步保证了阀门的防漏效果,同时还避免了阀体1因在寒冷季节被冻住而导致的无法出水问题。
作为更进一步的优选,对于上述新型防漏阀门,其中在进水管7内还设有过滤网18,这样,便可有效避免大颗粒的杂质等进入到阀体1内而影响阀门的防漏效果,在固定板9上还均匀设有多个固定板通水孔,以进一步大大减小流水对固定板9的冲击作用。
作为再进一步的优选,对于上述新型防漏阀门,其中在阀盖2上还分别设有振动传感器19、微控制器、报警器20和无线发射器,并且振动传感器19的输出端连接至微控制器的输入端,微控制器的输出端分别连接至报警器20和无线发射器的输入端。
这样,当阀门收到外界的异常剧烈撞击时,振动传感器19便可及时感知到该振动状态,并将该信息通过无线发射器进行对外发送,以使得使用人员及时赶赴现场进行查看或维护,从而避免了因阀门受撞击损坏而导致的漏水现象发生,这大大提升了阀门的智能化程度和使用性能。
综上所述,通过采用上述结构,本发明能够更加有效地保证自身的密封性能,从而大大避免了漏水现象发生。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型防漏阀门,包括底端封闭的阀体,其特征在于:在所述阀体的顶端设有阀盖,在所述阀盖的中心开设有阀盖螺纹孔,在所述阀盖螺纹孔内嵌插有螺杆,在所述螺杆的顶端连接有把手,在所述阀体内还设有隔板,且所述螺杆的底端通过轴承与所述隔板的顶端转动连接,同时所述隔板的竖向外侧壁与所述阀体的竖向内侧壁之间紧密贴合且为滑动连接;
在所述阀体的左侧设有进水口,在所述阀体的右侧设有出水口,在所述进水口和出水口处还分别连接有进水管和出水管,在所述隔板的底端固定连接有竖向设置的固定板,在所述固定板的左方及右方还分别设有左压板和右压板,在所述左压板和固定板之间还连接有水平设置的左伸缩杆,在所述固定板和右压板之间还连接有水平设置的右伸缩杆,同时在所述左伸缩杆和右伸缩杆的外部还分别套设有左螺旋弹簧和右螺旋弹簧。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型防漏阀门,其特征在于:在所述左压板的左侧和右压板的右侧还均覆盖有橡胶层,并且在所述阀盖的底端还固定设有限位块。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型防漏阀门,其特征在于:所述进水口距所述阀体的底壁的距离大于所述出水口距所述阀体的底壁的距离。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型防漏阀门,其特征在于:在所述进水管内还设有过滤网,在所述固定板上还均匀设有多个固定板通水孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的新型防漏阀门,其特征在于:在所述阀盖上还分别设有振动传感器、微控制器、报警器和无线发射器,并且所述振动传感器的输出端连接至所述微控制器的输入端,所述微控制器的输出端分别连接至所述报警器和无线发射器的输入端。
