本发明属于制浆领域,具体涉及一种纸浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统制浆是指利用化学方法、机械方法或两者结合的方法,使植物纤维原料离解变成本色或漂白纸浆的生产过程。通常采用的工艺过程是将植物纤维原料粉碎、蒸煮、洗涤、筛选、漂白、净化、烘干纸浆。现代新发展出一种生物制浆法,先用特殊菌种专门定向分解木素结构,后辅以机械或化学方法解离剩下的纤维素,而后进行漂白。此过程中,生物已经分解、打开大部分木素,化学方法只是作为辅助作用,所用的化学产品较之传统方法很少,因此可以做到少排放或不排放废液,是一种环保制浆、清洁制浆方法。
各种方法所制得的纸浆用于制备人类生活中的纸质用品,然而由于纸浆原料采用天然有机材料制备而成,制得的纸品产品很容易被蛀蚀,或易招蝇虫或易生霉菌,因此有待研制品种丰富、多种多样的纸浆来供用户根据需要选择使用。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆。本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆的制备方法。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其原料按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:杏仁壳400~450份;热引发剂1~4份;消泡剂1~4份;氧化剂2~8份;膨润土10~20份;蛤壳粉10~30份;麦饭石粉2~8份;柠檬烯2~8份;酒糟渣2~8份;抗菌剂4~20份;助剂0.2~0.4份。

2)将步骤1)经过浸泡处理的物料和相应重量份数的热引发剂装入反应器,进行高压蒸煮灭菌45~60min;
3)将步骤1)经过高压蒸煮灭菌的物料加入相应重量份数的膨润土、蛤壳粉搅拌15~30分钟后,进行机械挤压浸渍并搓揉磨浆,得纤维浆料;
4)向纤维浆料中加入相应重量份数的麦饭石粉、消泡剂、氧化剂和助剂,PH值控制在7~9,加热混合并高速搅拌反应1~2h,温度控制在60~70℃;
5)将经过雾化处理的相应重量份数的柠檬烯和抗菌剂,混合加入处于高速搅拌中的步骤4)所得的纤维浆料中;
6)在紫外灯照射30~60min的同时,搅拌冷却,制备得到目标产物。
有益效果:本发明提供的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆及其制备方法,利用杏仁壳为主要原料制成,废物利用,节能环保;其能有效抑制虫卵的繁殖,具有较好的抗虫抑菌功效;其组分柠檬烯、酒糟渣与抗菌剂中的白石花提取物、栾树提取物协同作用,在具有抗虫抑菌性能的同时,具有抗氧化作用,显著提高了该纸浆的抗氧化性能、杀菌抑菌性能;其组分蛤壳粉、麦饭石粉、膨润土与粉碎后的杏仁壳协同作用,具有一定的漂白和消光作用,使得用该纸浆制成的纸品具有哑光效果;同时柠檬烯与蛤壳粉、麦饭石粉协同作用,使得用该纸浆制得的纸品遇水后能保持较好的完整性,不易破碎,具有一定的防水性。
同时本发明提供的以杏仁壳为主要原料的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆的制备方法,首先加入酒糟渣进行浸泡处理,结合相关步骤pH值的控制,在高速搅拌的过程中雾化加入柠檬烯和抗菌剂,并在紫外灯照射辅助下搅拌冷却,进一步提升了所制得纸浆的稳定性、抗虫抑菌功效及抗氧化性。

1)将相应重量份数的杏仁壳粉碎至500目,继而加入相应重量份数的酒糟渣,加入适量水,PH值控制在6,浸泡2天;2)将步骤1)经过浸泡处理的物料和相应重量份数的热引发剂装入反应器,进行高压蒸煮灭菌50min;3)将步骤1)经过高压蒸煮灭菌的物料加入相应重量份数的膨润土、蛤壳粉搅拌25分钟后,进行机械挤压浸渍并搓揉磨浆,得纤维浆料;4)向纤维浆料中加入相应重量份数的麦饭石粉、消泡剂、氧化剂和助剂,PH值控制在8,加热混合并高速搅拌反应1.5h,温度控制在65℃;5)将经过雾化处理的相应重量份数的柠檬烯和抗菌剂,混合加入处于高速搅拌中的步骤4)所得的纤维浆料中;6)在紫外灯照射45min的同时,搅拌冷却,制备得到目标产物。经试验检测,实施例1制得的纸浆不透明度为79%,表观密度为728kg/m3
实施例4:一种以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其原料按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:杏仁壳420份;热引发剂2份;消泡剂2份;氧化剂3份;膨润土12份;蛤壳粉15份;麦饭石粉4份;柠檬烯4份;酒糟渣4份;抗菌剂8份;助剂0.2份。
所述助剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:增稠剂0.1份;增韧剂0.1份。
所述氧化剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:NaOH 1份、H2O2 1份和Na2SiO3 1份。
所述抗菌剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:白石花提取物3份;七里香提取物2份;纳米银离子1份;栾树提取物2份。
所述膨润土为钠基膨润土。
制备方法包括如下步骤:

实施例5:一种以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其原料按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:杏仁壳440份;热引发剂3份;消泡剂3份;氧化剂6份;膨润土18份;蛤壳粉25份;麦饭石粉6份;柠檬烯6份;酒糟渣6份;抗菌剂16份;助剂0.3份。
所述助剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:增稠剂0.1份;增韧剂0.2份。
所述氧化剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:NaOH3份、H2O2 1.5份和Na2SiO3 1.5份。
所述抗菌剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:白石花提取物5份;七里香提取物3份;纳米银离子5份;栾树提取物3份。
所述膨润土为钠基膨润土。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将相应重量份数的杏仁壳粉碎至550目,继而加入相应重量份数的酒糟渣,加入适量水,PH值控制在6.5,浸泡2天;2)将步骤1)经过浸泡处理的物料和相应重量份数的热引发剂装入反应器,进行高压蒸煮灭菌50min;3)将步骤1)经过高压蒸煮灭菌的物料加入相应重量份数的膨润土、蛤壳粉搅拌25分钟后,进行机械挤压浸渍并搓揉磨浆,得纤维浆料;4)向纤维浆料中加入相应重量份数的麦饭石粉、消泡剂、氧化剂和助剂,PH值控制在8.5,加热混合并高速搅拌反应2h,温度控制在70℃;5)将经过雾化处理的相应重量份数的柠檬烯和抗菌剂,混合加入处于高速搅拌中的步骤4)所得的纤维浆料中;6)在紫外灯照射50min的同时,搅拌冷却,制备得到目标产物。经试验检测,实施例1制得的纸浆不透明度为77%,表观密度为671kg/m3
上述实施例提供的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆应用在制备纸品中,尤其是应用于生产瓦楞纸板中,具有广泛的应用市场和显著的实用意义,可广泛推广。

Claims (6)

1.一种以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其特征在于,其原料按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:杏仁壳400~450份;热引发剂1~4份;消泡剂1~4份;氧化剂2~8份;膨润土10~20份;蛤壳粉10~30份;麦饭石粉2~8份;柠檬烯2~8份;酒糟渣2~8份;抗菌剂4~20份;助剂0.2~0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其特征在于,所述助剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:增稠剂0.1~0.2份;增韧剂0.1~0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其特征在于,所述氧化剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:NaOH1~4份、H2O2 0.5~2份和Na2SiO3 0.5~2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂按照重量份数包括以下组分制成:白石花提取物1~6份;七里香提取物1~4份;纳米银离子1~6份;栾树提取物1~4份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆,其特征在于,所述膨润土为钠基膨润土。
6.如权利要求1~5任一权利要求所述的以杏仁壳为原料的纸浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将相应重量份数的杏仁壳粉碎至300~600目,继而加入相应重量份数的酒糟渣,加入适量水,PH值控制在5.5~6.5,浸泡1~2天;
2)将步骤1)经过浸泡处理的物料和相应重量份数的热引发剂装入反应器,进行高压蒸煮灭菌45~60min;
3)将步骤1)经过高压蒸煮灭菌的物料加入相应重量份数的膨润土、蛤壳粉搅拌15~30分钟后,进行机械挤压浸渍并搓揉磨浆,得纤维浆料;
4)向纤维浆料中加入相应重量份数的麦饭石粉、消泡剂、氧化剂和助剂,PH值控制在7~9,加热混合并高速搅拌反应1~2h,温度控制在60~70℃;
5)将经过雾化处理的相应重量份数的柠檬烯和抗菌剂,混合加入处于高速搅拌中的步骤4)所得的纤维浆料中;
6)在紫外灯照射30~60min的同时,搅拌冷却,制备得到目标产物。
