本发明公开了一种布料天然染色工艺,包括:步骤一:练漂,依次去除布料中天然纤维里含有的杂质及浆料、油剂和沾染的污物等;步骤二:将染色需要的植物色素提取出来,即将要用到的相应的花、草的叶片、果实投入到蒸煮釜中,并加入水,材料与水的重量比为1:20,进行高温高压处理1‑2小时,得到用于染色的液体,静置冷却;步骤三:将步骤二中的液体倒入染缸中,将布料送入染缸中,用搅拌棒匀速搅拌3‑6h,搅拌的同时给染缸加热至50‑60℃;步骤四:将布料从染缸中取出,用烘干机烘干,步骤二中投入蒸煮釜中的材料投入前先捣碎,烘干均为冷风烘干,烘干温度不超过20℃,本发明步骤简单,操作便捷,运用天然的植物色素,既环保,且对人的身体健康无害。

本发明涉及一种布料天然染色工艺。
背景技术
为了赋予布料美观性,需要对其进行染色,现有技术中的染色工艺复杂成本高,且染料中含的化学助剂多,对人体有不同程度的负面影响,且染色工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种布料天然染色工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种布料天然染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤一:练漂,依次去除布料中天然纤维里含有的杂质以及浆料、油剂和沾染的污物等;
步骤二:将染色需要的植物色素提取出来,即将要用到的相应的花、草的叶片、果实投入到蒸煮釜中,并加入水,材料与水的重量比为1:20,进行高温高压处理1-2小时,得到用于染色的液体,静置冷却;
步骤三:将步骤二中的液体倒入染缸中,将布料送入染缸中,用搅拌棒匀速搅拌3-6h,搅拌的同时给染缸加热至50-60℃;
步骤四:将布料从染缸中取出,用烘干机烘干。
所述步骤二中投入蒸煮釜中的材料投入前先捣碎。
所述烘干均为冷风烘干,烘干温度不超过 20℃。
本发明的优点:步骤简单,操作便捷,运用天然的植物色素,既环保,且对人的身体健康无害。
