Abstract

本申请公开了一种超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,由多条纤维单丝集束而成,每条所述纤维单丝分别包括米字形骨架、以及填充在米字形骨架四周间隙内的填充部,所述米字形骨架组份为锦纶,所述填充部组份为涤纶,所述米字形骨架和填充部之间形成有抗静电涂层。本新型纤维制备的织物具有防静电积聚的效果。

超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维
技术领域
本申请属于纺丝技术领域,特别是涉及一种超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人们对穿着要求也越来越高,除了要穿着舒服外,还要求新求异,而纤维面料的推出,就很好的满足了大众的要求,但是普通的纤维抗拉性差,质地很不稳定。
现有技术的纤维因为截面直径较大,表面接触面积较小,所以在冷却过程中冷却量很难迅速进入纤维内部,所以生产效率较低;而且现有技术的纤维都是实心的,所以保暖效果较差;并且现有技术的纤维也不具备除臭、杀菌、防腐等功能。
另外,越细的纤维越难着色,且染色成本越高。而且,传统的纤维还不具备吸湿抗静电性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本申请实施例公开一种超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,由多条纤维单丝集束而成,每条所述纤维单丝分别包括米字形骨架、以及填充在米字形骨架四周间隙内的填充部,所述米字形骨架组份为锦纶,所述填充部组份为涤纶,所述米字形骨架和填充部之间形成有抗静电涂层。
优选的,在上述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维中,所述抗静电涂层为聚酯/石墨纳米导电复合材料。
优选的,在上述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维中,所述米字形骨架上分布有多个气孔。
优选的,在上述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维中,所述锦纶和/或涤纶为有色丝体。
优选的,在上述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维中,所述锦纶为未染色的丝体,所述涤纶为染色的丝体。
优选的,在上述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维中,所述填充部表面还设有一层光触媒材料。
优选的,在上述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维中,所述填充部内分散有银离子杀菌剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本新型纤维制备的织物具有防静电积聚的效果;
2、通过多个气孔有利于吸收水分子并锁定水分子,达到吸湿的效果。

结合图1所示,超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,由多条纤维单丝集束而成,每条纤维单丝分别包括米字形骨架1、以及填充在米字形骨架四周间隙内的填充部2,米字形骨架1组份为锦纶,填充部组份为涤纶,米字形骨架1和填充部2之间形成有抗静电涂层3。
优选的,抗静电涂层3为聚酯/石墨纳米导电复合材料。
在该技术方案中,通过聚酯/石墨纳米导电复合材料材质的抗静电涂层,使得阳离子单丝具有微导电性,因此该单丝制备的织物具有防静电积聚的功能。
进一步地,米字形骨架1上分布有多个气孔4。
该技术方案中,通过多个气孔有利于吸收水分子并锁定水分子,达到吸湿的效果。
进一步地,锦纶和/或涤纶为有色丝体。
优选的,锦纶为未染色的丝体,涤纶为染色的丝体。
在其他实施例中,锦纶和涤纶可以具有不同的颜色。
在一实施例中,填充部表面还设有一层光触媒材料。
在该技术方案中,在纤维本体外还设有一层光触媒材料,并且光触媒材料本身具备除臭、杀菌、防腐等功能。
在另一实施例中,填充部内分散有银离子杀菌剂。
该技术方案中,银离子杀菌剂镶嵌在填充部内,具有永久性且不损伤纤维原料的杀菌效果。
超细涤锦纤维的制备方法,包括:锦单丝原料干燥后注色,涤单丝原料干燥;纺丝;卷绕;加弹;检验;成品。
制备工艺的参数满足:
锦单丝原料和涤单丝原料的干燥温度为120~140℃;
涤单丝的纺丝温度:285~295℃;
锦单丝的纺丝温度:245~255℃;
卷绕的速度:3100~3300米/秒;
加弹:拉伸倍数:1.6~1.8倍,加热温度:160~180℃,D/Y比:1.5~1.8,加工速度:600~700米/秒。
通过该技术手段,后整理不需要染色,节约大量水、电、气和人工,且对环保节能有重大意义。

1.一种超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于,由多条纤维单丝集束而成,每条所述纤维单丝分别包括米字形骨架、以及填充在米字形骨架四周间隙内的填充部,所述米字形骨架组份为锦纶,所述填充部组份为涤纶,所述米字形骨架和填充部之间形成有抗静电涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于:所述抗静电涂层为聚酯/石墨纳米导电复合材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于:所述米字形骨架上分布有多个气孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于:所述锦纶和/或涤纶为有色丝体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于:所述锦纶为未染色的丝体,所述涤纶为染色的丝体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于:所述填充部表面还设有一层光触媒材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超细阳离子涤锦易染纤维,其特征在于:所述填充部内分散有银离子杀菌剂。
