本发明公开了一种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,涉及化工技术领域,该油漆制备方法包括有如下步骤:A、将虫胶树脂、醋酸芳樟酯加入反应釜中,边搅拌边升温,搅拌转速为310转/分钟,时间20分钟;当温度升至120摄氏度时,再加入乙醇、茶子油,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至200度时,保持18分钟;B、将A步骤的反应釜降温至90度,再在其中加入改性纳米硅藻土粉、栀子黄、分散助剂、成膜助剂和消泡剂,再以620转/分钟的转速搅拌10分钟;即得。本发明可以解决现有油漆的环保性差、功能比较单一的问题。

本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其是一种防蚊环保油漆的制备方法。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面的化工产品,因其对物体具有防腐、防尘、防潮保护功能和装饰美化功能被人们广泛应用于家装领域中,但现有的油漆其功能比较单一,而且其中含有对人体有伤害的挥发性有机物,因此,怎样生产出一种无毒无害、粘结度强且环保的防蚊油漆是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,它可以解决现有油漆的环保性差、功能比较单一的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:这种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,采用如下重量份的原料制成:
茶子油23份~27份,虫胶树脂33份~36份,改性纳米硅藻土粉12份~14份,栀子黄16份~20份,醋酸芳樟酯8份~10份 ,乙醇3.3份~4.3份,成膜助剂0.8份~1.5份,分散助剂0.32~0.45份,消泡剂0.32~0.45份;
包括有如下步骤:
A、将虫胶树脂、醋酸芳樟酯加入反应釜中,边搅拌边升温,搅拌转速为310转/分钟,时间20分钟;当温度升至120摄氏度时,再加入乙醇、茶子油,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至200度时,保持18分钟;
B、将A步骤的反应釜降温至90度,再在其中加入改性纳米硅藻土粉、栀子黄、分散助剂、成膜助剂和消泡剂,再以620转/分钟的转速搅拌10分钟;即得。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:茶子油25份,虫胶树脂34份,改性纳米硅藻土粉13份,栀子黄16份,醋酸芳樟酯9份 ,乙醇4份,成膜助剂1份,分散助剂0.4份,消泡剂0.4份。
由于采用上述技术方案 ,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的油漆采用天然材料制得,无毒无害、粘结度强,并且具有芳樟的香味,具有很好的驱蚊效果。

实施例1:
这种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
茶子油23公斤,虫胶树脂33公斤,改性纳米硅藻土粉12公斤,栀子黄16公斤,醋酸芳樟酯8公斤,乙醇3.3公斤,成膜助剂0.8公斤,分散助剂0.32,消泡剂0.32;
其制备方法如下:
A、将虫胶树脂、醋酸芳樟酯加入反应釜中,边搅拌边升温,搅拌转速为310转/分钟,时间20分钟;当温度升至120摄氏度时,再加入乙醇、茶子油,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至200度时,保持18分钟;
B、将A步骤的反应釜降温至90度,再在其中加入改性纳米硅藻土粉、栀子黄、分散助剂、成膜助剂和消泡剂,再以620转/分钟的转速搅拌10分钟;即得。
实施例2:
这种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
茶子油27公斤,虫胶树脂36公斤,改性纳米硅藻土粉14公斤,栀子黄20公斤,醋酸芳樟酯10公斤 ,乙醇4.3公斤,成膜助剂1.5公斤,分散助剂0.45公斤,消泡剂0.45公斤;
其余与实施例一相同。
实施例3:
这种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,采用如下重量的原料制成:
茶子油25公斤,虫胶树脂34公斤,改性纳米硅藻土粉13公斤,栀子黄16公斤,醋酸芳樟酯9公斤 ,乙醇4公斤,成膜助剂1公斤,分散助剂0.4公斤,消泡剂0.4公斤;
其余与实施例一相同。

1.一种防蚊环保油漆制备方法,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料制成:
茶子油23份~27份,虫胶树脂33份~36份,改性纳米硅藻土粉12份~14份,栀子黄16份~20份,醋酸芳樟酯8份~10份 ,乙醇3.3份~4.3份,成膜助剂0.8份~1.5份,分散助剂0.32~0.45份,消泡剂0.32~0.45份;
包括有如下步骤:
