一种通用型高附着力快干底漆,包括环氧改性树脂31‑33份,分散剂0‑0.3份,膨润土0.2‑0.5份,气相二氧化硅0.2‑0.5份,滑石粉9‑11份,硫酸钡7‑11份,湿法绢云母4‑5.5份,复合磷酸锌0‑5份,颜填料15‑21份,消泡剂0.1‑0.3份,流平剂0.05‑0.2份,附着力促进剂0‑1.2份,有机锡催干剂0.3‑0.6份,稀释剂18‑22份。其制备方法:往反应釜中加入主要物料并搅拌均匀,其中稀释剂加入量为总量的2/3;将搅拌均匀后的料浆研磨至细度在40μm以下;研磨完成后加入消泡剂、流平剂以及有机锡催干剂,用剩余的1/3稀释剂调整体系涂‑4‑杯粘度在70‑120s后出料。

一种通用型高附着力快干底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工涂料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种通用型高附着力快干底漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
底漆是机械材料表面处理后涂刷的第一遍油漆,其主要作用是保护材料在加工使用过程中少受大气腐蚀。目前,工程机械及汽车制造行业使用冷轧钢板越来越多,有些工艺表面不打磨,只进行除油处理,其他金属底材如热板、镀锌板(管)、铝合金、不锈钢等也存在不打磨只除油的工艺,有时候甚至除油处理都不到位。此外,大部分机械厂家涂装条件简陋,但对涂装效率的要求却越来越高,不管冬天还是夏天,喷完底漆,自干几个小时,最多隔夜,就喷面漆,有的甚至是“湿碰湿”,即底漆表干10-20min,就喷面漆。
针对上述底材处理情况及涂装工艺,常规的环氧底漆虽然综合防腐性能较好,但是无法满足上述工艺要求,喷涂后附着力较差,容易发脆,与面漆配套性也差,尤其是冬天,由于环氧底漆本身低温干燥性能较差,在5℃以下的环境中,底漆和固化剂两组份之间难以固化,经常出现油漆不干、没有附着力的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种在未经打磨处理的底材上附着力好,干燥速度快,与面漆配套性好,能满足“湿碰湿”工艺要求,综合防腐性能好的通用型高附着力快干底漆及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种通用型高附着力快干底漆,按照质量份数计,包括以下各组分:环氧改性树脂31-33份,分散剂0-0.3份,膨润土0.2-0.5份,气相二氧化硅0.2-0.5份,滑石粉9-11份,硫酸钡7-11份,湿法绢云母4-5.5份,复合磷酸锌0-5份,颜填料15-21份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,流平剂0.05-0.2份,附着力促进剂0-1.2份,有机锡催干剂0.3-0.6份,稀释剂18-22份。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选:所述颜料总量为21份,由氧化铁黑20份和炭黑1份构成,环氧改性树脂32份,分散剂0.3份,膨润土0.3份,气相二氧化硅0.3份,滑石粉10份,硫酸钡10份,湿法绢云母5.1份,复合磷酸锌0份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂0.1份,附着力促进剂1份,有机锡催干剂0.55份,稀释剂19.15份。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选:所述颜料总量为15份,由铁钛粉5份和钛白粉10份构成,环氧改性树脂31份,分散剂0.3份,膨润土0.3份,气相二氧化硅0.3份,滑石粉10份,硫酸钡10.6份,湿法绢云母4.8份,复合磷酸锌4份,消泡剂0.25份,流平剂0.05份,附着力促进剂0.9份,有机锡催干剂0.5份,稀释剂22份。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选:所述颜料总量为19份,由氧化铁红构成,环氧改性树脂33份,分散剂0份,膨润土0.2份,气相二氧化硅0.5份,滑石粉9份,硫酸钡7份,湿法绢云母5.5份,复合磷酸锌5份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂0.1份,附着力促进剂0份,有机锡催干剂0.5份,稀释剂20份。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选:所述颜料总量为21份,由钛白粉构成,环氧改性树脂32份,分散剂0份,膨润土0.5份,气相二氧化硅0.3份,滑石粉11份,硫酸钡10份,湿法绢云母5.0份,复合磷酸锌0份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.1份,附着力促进剂0份,有机锡催干剂0.6份,稀释剂19.2份。
一种上述通用型高附着力快干底漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:备料后,往反应釜中加入主要物料,搅拌均匀,其中稀释剂加入量为总量的2/3;
S2:将搅拌均匀后的料浆研磨至细度在40μm以下;
S3:研磨完成后加入消泡剂、流平剂以及有机锡催干剂,用剩余的1/3稀释剂调整体系涂-4-杯粘度在70-120s后出料。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选:S1中,搅拌速度为1200-2000r/min,搅拌时间为30min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明公开的通用型高附着力快干底漆干燥速度快,冬天施工不受温度影响,底材不打磨条件下附着力好,“湿碰湿”工艺施工时与面漆的配套性好,且综合防腐性能能够达到常规普通环氧底漆水平。本发明公开的改性环氧底漆的制备方法,工艺简单,操作方便,生产效率高。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明的原理作进一步说明。
实施例一
本实施例为黑色的通用型高附着力快干底漆,各原料组分为:氧化铁黑20份,炭黑1份,环氧改性树脂32份,分散剂0.3份,膨润土0.3份,气相二氧化硅0.3份,滑石粉10份,硫酸钡10份,湿法绢云母5.1份,复合磷酸锌0份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂0.1份,附着力促进剂1份,有机锡催干剂0.55份,稀释剂19.15份。具体制备过程为:
S1:备料后,往反应釜中加入主要物料,搅拌均匀,其中稀释剂加入量为总量的2/3;
S2:将搅拌均匀后的料浆研磨至细度在40μm以下;
S3:研磨完成后加入消泡剂、流平剂以及有机锡催干剂,用剩余的1/3稀释剂调整体系涂-4-杯粘度在70-120s后出料。
优选地,步骤S1中,搅拌速度为1200-2000r/min,搅拌时间为30min。

本实施例为灰色的通用型高附着力快干底漆,各原料组分为:铁钛粉5份,钛白粉10份,环氧改性树脂31份,分散剂0.3份,膨润土0.3份,气相二氧化硅0.3份,滑石粉10份,硫酸钡10.6份,湿法绢云母4.8份,复合磷酸锌4份,消泡剂0.25份,流平剂0.05份,附着力促进剂0.9份,有机锡催干剂0.5份,稀释剂22份。具体制备过程同实施例一。
实施例三
本实施例为铁红色的通用型高附着力快干底漆,各原料组分为:氧化铁红19,环氧改性树脂33份,分散剂0份,膨润土0.2份,气相二氧化硅0.5份,滑石粉9份,硫酸钡7份,湿法绢云母5.5份,复合磷酸锌5份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂0.1份,附着力促进剂0份,有机锡催干剂0.5份,稀释剂20份。具体制备过程同实施例一。
实施例四
本实施例为白色的通用型高附着力快干底漆,各原料组分为:钛白粉21,环氧改性树脂32份,分散剂0份,膨润土0.5份,气相二氧化硅0.3份,滑石粉11份,硫酸钡10份,湿法绢云母5.0份,复合磷酸锌0份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂0.1份,附着力促进剂0份,有机锡催干剂0.6份,稀释剂19.2份。具体制备过程同实施例一。
使用时,按底漆质量比5-4:1加入固化剂,调整粘度后进行喷涂。
按照国家相关标准,对上述实施例一至实施例四制备得到通用型高附着力快干底漆与市面上常规的环氧底漆主要性能进行检测,对比如下:
可见,本发明的通用型高附着力快干底漆比常规的环氧底漆干燥速度快,冬天施工不受温度影响,不打磨条件下附着力明显比常规普通环氧底漆好。
取上述实施例三制备得到的铁红通用型高附着力快干底漆与市面上常规环氧铁红底漆进行盐雾试验比较,结果如下:
可见,本发明的铁红通用型高附着力快干底漆耐盐雾性能,可以达到普通环氧铁红底漆水平。
现以市面上常规的环氧底漆、本发明的通用型高附着力快干底漆分别和双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆配套按市面上越来越普遍的 “喷底漆--→表干5min--→喷双组份丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆--→表干10min--→70℃烘干15min--→测试附着力”工艺在不打磨冷轧钢板底材上进行比较,结果如下:
可见,本发明的通用型高附着力快干底漆与双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的配套性在以上工艺条件下明显比常规的环氧底漆要好。

1.一种通用型高附着力快干底漆,其特征在于:按照质量份数计,包括以下各组分:环氧改性树脂31-33份,分散剂0-0.3份,膨润土0.2-0.5份,气相二氧化硅0.2-0.5份,滑石粉9-11份,硫酸钡7-11份,湿法绢云母4-5.5份,复合磷酸锌0-5份,颜料15-21份,消泡剂0.1-0.3份,流平剂0.05-0.2份,附着力促进剂0-1.2份,有机锡催干剂0.3-0.6份,稀释剂18-22份。

6.一种权利要求1至5中任一项所述的通用型高附着力快干底漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
