本发明公开了一种风力发电机用叶吊具的偏摆机构,本发明所述风叶发电机用风叶吊具的偏摆机构,用于风叶吊具在高空无人状态安装、拆卸风叶时,辅助风叶姿态进行调整;整体结构简单,使用方便,自动化程度高,不需要人工干涉;与现有的偏摆机构相比,不容易因吊物重心有偏斜而出现卡死的现象。包括轨道、移动小车、丝杆、电机、减速机和螺母,螺母套设于横向设置的丝杆上,丝杆穿过移动小车,且丝杆通过螺母与移动小车固定连接;所述移动小车的底部设有滚轮,滚轮置于轨道上,轨道与丝杆的轴向平行;电机的输出端与减速机相连,丝杆穿过减速机输出轴上的孔,与减速机的输出轴成90度设置;减速机带动丝杆转动,移动小车沿轨道做直线运动。
