本发明公开了一种抗菌型食品包装纸,该包装纸采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层和里层为硬纸板材质,所述的中间层为抗菌粘合剂层,所述的中间层的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉160‑200份、烧碱6‑10份、硼砂3‑6份、抗菌剂10‑15份、粘合剂6‑10份、糊化剂1‑3份、氧化剂3‑6份、消泡剂2‑5份、蒸馏水650‑800份。本发明揭示了一种抗菌型食品包装纸,该食品包装纸结构设计合理,层间结合强度高,综合性能稳定,其中间层在发挥粘结作用的同时又具有显著的抗菌功效,可阻隔多种细菌的侵入,有效的确保了食品在运输和贮藏过程中品质和质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装纸,尤其涉及一种具有抗菌功效的食品包装纸,属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
包装纸是用作包装为目的的一类纸的统称,通常具有良好的强度、韧性、耐压及耐折等性能,质量要求与文化印刷用纸相比略简单。包装纸的细分纸种很多,大致可分为:普通包装纸、专用包装纸、商标包装纸、防油纸、防潮纸等。普通包装纸纸质强韧,作一般包装用;专用包装纸根据用途而命名,其性质也各不相同;商标包装纸是经印刷后作包装用;防油纸则具有防止油脂渗透的性能;而防潮纸则有防潮性。
食品作为我们日常生活中的特殊商品,在其包装时必须使用专用的食品包装纸。由于食品的营养与卫生极其重要,但其又非常容易变质,所以食品包装纸必须能有效的确保食品作为商品在贮运和流通过程中的卫生质量以及品质品味,因此,对于食品包装纸在抗菌性能方面提出了较高的要求。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种抗菌型食品包装纸,该食品包装纸结构设计合理,其中间层的粘结性能优良,同时又具有特殊的抗菌功效,可阻隔多种细菌的侵入,确保了食品在运输和贮藏过程中品质和质量。
本发明是一种抗菌型食品包装纸,该包装纸采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层和里层为硬纸板材质,所述的中间层为抗菌粘合剂层,所述的中间层的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉160-200份、烧碱6-10份、硼砂3-6份、抗菌剂10-15份、粘合剂6-10份、糊化剂1-3份、氧化剂3-6份、消泡剂2-5份、蒸馏水650-800份。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉180-200份、烧碱6-8份、硼砂3-4份、抗菌剂10-12份、粘合剂6-8份、糊化剂1-2份、氧化剂3-4份、消泡剂2-4份、蒸馏水650-700份。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的抗菌剂选用纳米银抗菌剂,其主要成分为纳米二氧化钛和银离子交换体,平均粒径约为12-14um。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的表层和里层的厚度分别为0.6和0.5mm。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的中间层的成型厚度约为0.1-0.12mm。
本发明揭示了一种抗菌型食品包装纸,该食品包装纸结构设计合理,层间结合强度高,综合性能稳定,其中间层在发挥粘结作用的同时又具有显著的抗菌功效,可阻隔多种细菌的侵入,有效的确保了食品在运输和贮藏过程中品质和质量。

图1是本发明实施例抗菌型食品包装纸的结构示意图;该包装纸采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层1、中间层2和里层3,所述的表层1和里层3为硬纸板材质,所述的中间层2为抗菌粘合剂层,所述的中间层2的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉160-200份、烧碱6-10份、硼砂3-6份、抗菌剂10-15份、粘合剂6-10份、糊化剂1-3份、氧化剂3-6份、消泡剂2-5份、蒸馏水650-800份。
本发明中提及的抗菌型食品包装纸中,中间层2的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉180-200份、烧碱6-8份、硼砂3-4份、抗菌剂10-12份、粘合剂6-8份、糊化剂1-2份、氧化剂3-4份、消泡剂2-4份、蒸馏水650-700份;抗菌剂选用纳米银抗菌剂,其主要成分为纳米二氧化钛和银离子交换体,平均粒径约为12-14um;表层1和里层3的厚度分别为0.6和0.5mm;中间层2的成型厚度约为0.1-0.12mm。
本发明提及的抗菌型食品包装纸的具体制备过程如下:
a)选备原料,表层和里层的材质为硬纸板,厚度分别为0.6mm和0.5mm;中间层为抗菌粘合剂层,其主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉190份、烧碱7份、硼砂4份、抗菌剂12份、粘合剂8份、糊化剂2份、氧化剂4份、消泡剂4份、蒸馏水680份;其中,抗菌剂选用纳米银抗菌剂,主要成分为纳米二氧化钛和银离子交换体,平均粒径约为12-14um,粘合剂选用纸用淀粉粘合剂,糊化剂选用氢氧化钠,氧化剂选用双氧水,消泡剂选用聚醚改性硅;
b)配制中间层胶料,配制过程如下:首先,将蒸馏水和65%的烧碱添加至搅拌桶中,搅拌桶温度控制在30℃左右,搅拌2.5-3分钟;然后,依次添加淀粉、抗菌剂、粘结剂和氧化剂,恒温搅拌3.5-4分钟;接着,添加剩余的35%的烧碱,补充10份蒸馏水,继续搅拌27-28分钟;最后,添加硼砂、流平剂以及糊化剂,温度控制在35℃左右,搅拌38分钟,冷却至室温后制得中间层胶料;
c)粘合处理,首先,将制得的中间层胶料均匀的涂覆在里层硬纸板的表面,涂覆设备选用涂覆机,涂覆温度控制30℃左右,涂覆厚度约为0.12mm;然后,贴合表层硬纸板,施12N的外力,时间约为10分钟;最后,进行糊化处理,温度控制在55℃-56℃,时间约为23-24分钟;
d)包装纸后处理,该工序包括烘干、裁剪、收卷及存放等工艺。
本发明揭示了一种抗菌型食品包装纸,其特点是:该食品包装纸结构设计合理,层间结合强度高,综合性能稳定,其中间层在发挥粘结作用的同时又具有显著的抗菌功效,可阻隔多种细菌的侵入,有效的确保了食品在运输和贮藏过程中品质和质量。

1.一种抗菌型食品包装纸,其特征在于,该包装纸采用多层复合结构设计,包括表层、中间层和里层,所述的表层和里层为硬纸板材质,所述的中间层为抗菌粘合剂层,所述的中间层的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉160-200份、烧碱6-10份、硼砂3-6份、抗菌剂10-15份、粘合剂6-10份、糊化剂1-3份、氧化剂3-6份、消泡剂2-5份、蒸馏水650-800份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述的中间层的主要成分及其份数比为:淀粉180-200份、烧碱6-8份、硼砂3-4份、抗菌剂10-12份、粘合剂6-8份、糊化剂1-2份、氧化剂3-4份、消泡剂2-4份、蒸馏水650-700份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述的抗菌剂选用纳米银抗菌剂,其主要成分为纳米二氧化钛和银离子交换体,平均粒径约为12-14um。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述的表层和里层的厚度分别为0.6和0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌型食品包装纸,其特征在于,所述的中间层的成型厚度约为0.1-0.12mm。
