实施例 5
一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：透骨草25g，菟丝子12g，秦艽18g，麻黄8g，熟地黄18g，黄芪12g，穿破石18g，土鳖虫8g，桑寄生18g，薏苡仁12g，牡丹皮13g，黄柏12g，伸筋草18g，淫羊藿12g，防风13g，党参12g，元宝草18g，木香8g，钻地风18g，穿山甲12g，鹿衔草18g，乳香8g，吊干麻18g，葛根12g，甘草13g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约8厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例48例，其中男28例，女20例，年龄32～70岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、可有外伤后治疗不当、劳损或外感风寒等病史；
2、多发于老年人，好发于两肩胛之间，尤以体力劳动者多见；
3、背部酸痛，肌肉僵硬发板，有沉重感，疼痛常与天气变化有关，阴雨天及劳累后可使症状加重；
4、背部有固定压痛点或压痛较为广泛。背部肌肉僵硬，沿骶棘肌行走方向常可触到条索状的改变，腰背功能活动大多正常。X线摄片检查无阳性征。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，六天为一疗程。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：背部疼痛消失，活动自如，无复发；
2、有效：背部疼痛减轻，活动时稍有不适；
3、无效：症状无改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-8个疗程，治愈36例，有效10例，无效2例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：梁某，男，37岁。就诊自述：近几天肩胛内侧疼痛难耐，触及有索状僵硬，无法直立、伸腰。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂1个疗程后，自觉疼痛显著减轻；继续服用2个疗程，症状消失，治愈。随访半年无复发。
病例2：孙某，女，59岁，就诊自述：胸椎两侧疼痛反复发作，热敷后稍松，就医时，胸椎两侧有条状僵硬，按压痛感加剧。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，痛感减轻，痛处按压痛感明显减轻；续服2个疗程后，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：透骨草10-30份，菟丝子10-20份，秦艽10-20份，麻黄5-15份，熟地黄10-20份，黄芪10-20份，穿破石10-20份，土鳖虫5-15份，桑寄生10-20份，薏苡仁10-20份，牡丹皮5-15份，黄柏10-20份，伸筋草10-20份，淫羊藿10-20份，防风5-15份，党参10-20份，元宝草10-20份，木香5-15份，钻地风10-20份，穿山甲10-20份，鹿衔草10-20份，乳香5-15份，吊干麻10-20份，葛根10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗背肌筋膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：透骨草20份，菟丝子15份，秦艽15份，麻黄10份，熟地黄15份，黄芪15份，穿破石15份，土鳖虫10份，桑寄生15份，薏苡仁15份，牡丹皮10份，黄柏15份，伸筋草15份，淫羊藿15份，防风10份，党参15份，元宝草15份，木香10份，钻地风15份，穿山甲15份，鹿衔草15份，乳香10份，吊干麻15份，葛根15份，甘草10份。
