背景技术
头痛(headache)是临床常见的症状，通常将局限于头颅上半部，包括眉弓、耳轮上缘和枕外隆突连线以上部位的疼痛统称头痛。引起头痛的病因众多，西医上大致可分为原发性和继发性两类。前者不能归因于某一确切病因，也可称为特发性头痛，常见的如偏头痛、紧张型头痛；后者病因可涉及各种颅内病变如脑血管疾病、颅内感染、颅脑外伤，全身性疾病如发热、内环境紊乱以及滥用精神活性药物等。
阴血及***亏损所致的头痛。《景岳全书·杂证谟》：“阴虚头痛，即血虚之属也，凡久病者多有之。”由阴虚火动所致。证见头痛而兼心烦内热，面红升火，失眠，舌红，脉弦细数。

桂枝5-8、紫苏5-8、防风4-6、葱白5-8、地骨皮10-15、银柴胡8-12、青蒿8-12、紫草8-12、元参10-15、知母6-9、熟地黄10-15、阿胶8-12、桑椹8-12、石斛8-12、寸冬8-12、当归8-12以及绿茶100-150。
优选的是，所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶中，包含以下重量份的原料：
桂枝6、紫苏6、防风5、葱白6、地骨皮12、银柴胡10、青蒿10、紫草10、元参12、知母7、熟地黄12、阿胶10、桑椹10、石斛10、寸冬10、当归10及绿茶130。
一种治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、浸提，将所述原料与9-11倍体积的水混合后，在温度45-55℃下浸提43-47min，过滤，得到一次滤渣及一次浸提液；将所得一次滤渣与7-9倍体积的水混合后，在温度68-75℃下浸提30-35min，过滤，得到二次滤渣及二次浸提液；
步骤二、混合浓缩，将一次浸提液和二次浸提液混合后进行真空浓缩，得到混合浓缩液；

本发明具有以下有益效果：首先，本发明利用中医五行及辨证理论，认为阴虚性头痛因寒束卫气，故脉紧而皮毛闭涩不通，内热不出，热耗***，煎熬日久，阴虚不能上养脑髓，而产生阴虚头痛。本发明通过多味中草药的合理配伍，散其外寒，使内外相通，清虚热、滋肾阴、养脑髓，使阴虚性头痛得以治愈。
其次，本发明通过将可有效治疗阴虚性头痛的中药组合物与绿茶进行复配，制备成速溶茶，不仅饮用方便，而且具有浓郁的茶香味，每次取5-10g速溶茶在150-200ml40℃以上的温水中迅速溶解，溶液清澈透明，适宜直接饮用，可有效治疗阴虚性头痛。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明做详细说明，以令本领域普通技术人员参阅本说明书后能够据以实施。
一种治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶，包含以下重量份的原料：
桂枝5-8、紫苏5-8、防风4-6、葱白5-8、地骨皮10-15、银柴胡8-12、青蒿8-12、紫草8-12、元参10-15、知母6-9、熟地黄10-15、阿胶8-12、桑椹8-12、石斛8-12、寸冬8-12、当归8-12以及绿茶100-150。

本发明所述中药组合物的具体药理为：
桂枝，祛风寒、温经通脉；
紫苏，发散风寒；
防风，祛风解表；
葱白，散寒通阳、解毒散结；
地骨皮，清虚热；
银柴胡，退虚热；
青蒿，苦寒清热，辛香透散，善使阴分伏热透达外散；
紫草，清热解毒；
元参，滋肾阴；
知母，滋阴降火；
熟地黄，养血滋阴、补精益髓；
阿胶，滋阴养血；
桑椹，滋阴补血、养髓；
石斛，滋肾阴、清虚热、补五脏；
寸冬，润肺养阴、益胃生津；当归，补血、和血。

步骤一、浸提，将所述原料与9-11倍体积的水混合后，在温度45-55℃下浸提43-47min，过滤，得到一次滤渣及一次浸提液；将所得一次滤渣与7-9倍体积的水混合后，在温度68-75℃下浸提30-35min，过滤，得到二次滤渣及二次浸提液；
步骤二、混合浓缩，将一次浸提液和二次浸提液混合后进行真空浓缩，得到混合浓缩液；
步骤三、喷雾干燥，将所得混合浓缩液进行喷雾干燥，既得所述治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶。
所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的制备方法中，步骤二中向混合浓缩液中添加5-8％的麦芽糖醇。
所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的制备方法中，步骤三中在进行喷雾干燥之前将混合浓缩液的浓度调节为25-28％，并控制喷雾干燥后的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的总水分含量为2-3％。

尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节。
Claims (5)
1.一种治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的原料：
桂枝5-8、紫苏5-8、防风4-6、葱白5-8、地骨皮10-15、银柴胡8-12、青蒿8-12、紫草8-12、元参10-15、知母6-9、熟地黄10-15、阿胶8-12、桑椹8-12、石斛8-12、寸冬8-12、当归8-12以及绿茶100-150。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的原料：
桂枝6、紫苏6、防风5、葱白6、地骨皮12、银柴胡10、青蒿10、紫草10、元参12、知母7、熟地黄12、阿胶10、桑椹10、石斛10、寸冬10、当归10及绿茶130。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤一、浸提，将所述原料与9-11倍体积的水混合后，在温度45-55℃下浸提43-47min，过滤，得到一次滤渣及一次浸提液；将所得一次滤渣与7-9倍体积的水混合后，在温度68-75℃下浸提30-35min，过滤，得到二次滤渣及二次浸提液；
步骤二、混合浓缩，将一次浸提液和二次浸提液混合后进行真空浓缩，得到混合浓缩液；
步骤三、喷雾干燥，将所得混合浓缩液进行喷雾干燥，既得所述治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤二中向混合浓缩液中添加5-8％的麦芽糖醇。
5.如权利要求4所述的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤三中在进行喷雾干燥之前将混合浓缩液的浓度调节为25-28％，并控制喷雾干燥后的治疗阴虚性头痛的速溶茶的总水分含量为2-3％。
