Abstract

本发明公开了一种可自动密封门缝的防火门,包括门体、门框、遥控器、密封胶条。所述门体包括信号接收器、链条、电机、第一齿轮、一或多个传动杆、一或多个轨道;所述门框包括沟槽。所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料。所述密封胶条在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型,其内部包括活性炭。本发明提供的这种可自动密封门缝的防火门,所述密封胶条与所述沟槽形成密封结构,既可防止起火时火势通过门缝蔓延到家中或外面,又可过滤燃烧产生的有毒气体。关门时,所述胶条可自动密封所述门体两侧与所述门框之间的间隙。且所述密封胶条可通过所述遥控器控制,当发生火灾时,可在一定的距离内使用遥控器控制密封防火门的缝隙。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火门,主要涉及一种可密封的防火门。
背景技术
门,按照其用途可分为室内门与室外门两大类。室内门是指安装在室内房间入口的门,室外门则是指入户门、进户门。
室外门是用于阻隔外界与自家的一道门,室外门一般都要求其安全性能高,安全性能主要包括防盗性能与防火性能。现今的防盗门品种繁多,防盗性能好,但是防火门一般只设在楼梯通道处,每家每户所使用的室外门都只具备防盗性能而不具备防火性能,这便导致当居民区某一住户家起火时,火势蔓延块、受伤人员多,存在不足。
现有的楼梯通道处的防火门,都只具备有不易着火的性能,但是却不具备密封性能。并且家居室外门,为了美观许多人家选择的都是木质门体,一旦着火危险系数特别高,一些居民为安全起见选用不锈钢或铁制门体,这类门体虽不易着火,但是一旦起火门体卡住就会别的极难打开,近年来经常出现消防员无法破门救人的新闻,存在严重不足。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种可自动密封门缝的防火门,其特征在于包括门体、门框、遥控器、密封胶条。
所述门体包括一或多个信号接收器、一或多个电机、齿轮、若干个轨道;
所述门框包括沟槽;
所述门体为碳纤维板,且所述门体为中空型;所述信号接收器与所述电机相连,所述电机位于所述门体内;所述齿轮与所述电机相连;所述密封胶条上有与所述齿轮相匹配的锯齿,且所述密封胶条部分位于所述轨道内;所述密封胶条为不易燃胶条;所述沟槽位于所述门框内,且所述沟槽与所述密封胶条相匹配。
较佳的,所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料,这种隔热涂料,厚度为5—20mm,可防止火灾时,所述门体因温度过高而会烫伤开关门人员,便于逃生或救援人员开关门。
较佳的,所述密封胶条在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型,且所述密封胶条与所述沟槽匹配的一端为网状结构,其内部包括活性炭,即密封状态时所述沟槽内充满活性炭,可对有毒气体进行过滤,防止人员中毒。
较佳的,所述门框还包括防火泥;所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈。
本发明提供的这种可自动密封门缝的防火门,所述密封胶条与所述沟槽形成密封结构,既可防止起火时火势通过门缝蔓延到家中或外面,又可过滤燃烧产生的有毒气体。且所述密封胶条可通过所述遥控器控制,当发生火灾时,可在一定的距离内使用遥控器控制密封防火门的缝隙。所述门框、门体的材料为碳纤维板,碳纤维板融化温度为铁制门体融化温度的双倍,其既可可弥补木质门体易燃的不足,又可弥补铁制门体不耐久烧的不足。隔热涂料可以防止门体的温度过高,便于起火时触碰门体,可防止温度过高的门体烫伤搜救人员或逃生人员。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种可自动密封门缝的防火门,包括门体、门框、遥控器、4个密封胶条1。
所述门体包括2个信号接收器、2个电机、2个齿轮3、4个轨道2;
所述门框包括沟槽;
所述门体为碳纤维板,且所述门体为中空型。每1个所述信号接收器、1个电机、1个齿轮3、2个轨道2和2个密封胶条组成一个密封组,即共有2个密封组。每个所述密封组中所述信号接收器与所述电机相连,所述电机位于所述门体内;每个所述齿轮3分别与一个所述电机相连;所述密封胶条1上有与所述齿轮3相匹配的锯齿,且所述密封胶条1部分位于所述轨道2内;所述密封胶条1为不易燃胶条。所述沟槽位于所述门框内,且所述沟槽与所述密封胶条1相匹配。
所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料,这种隔热涂料,厚度为5—20mm,可防止火灾时,所述门体因温度过高而会烫伤开关门人员,便于逃生或救援人员开关门。
所述密封胶条1在某一方向上的横截面呈“T”型,且所述密封胶条1与所述沟槽匹配的一端为网状结构,其内部包括活性炭2,即密封状态时所述沟槽内充满活性炭2,可对有毒气体进行过滤,防止人员中毒。
所述门框还包括防火泥;所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈。

1.一种可自动密封门缝的防火门,其特征在于包括门体、门框、遥控器、密封胶条;
所述门体包括一或多个信号接收器、一或多个电机、齿轮、若干个轨道;
所述门框包括沟槽;
所述门体为碳纤维板,且所述门体为中空型;所述信号接收器与所述电机相连,所述电机位于所述门体内;所述齿轮与所述电机相连;所述密封胶条上有与所述齿轮相匹配的锯齿,且所述密封胶条部分位于所述轨道内;所述密封胶条为不易燃胶条;所述沟槽位于所述门框内,且所述沟槽与所述密封胶条相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的可自动密封门缝的防火门,其特征在于所述门体与所述门框外侧涂有隔绝传导型隔热涂料。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的可自动密封门缝的防火门,其特征在于所述密封胶条在某一方向上的横截面呈“L”型或“T”型,且所述密封胶条与所述沟槽匹配的一端为网状结构,其内部包括活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的可自动密封门缝的防火门,其特征在于所述门框还包括防火泥;所述防火泥位于所述沟槽内一圈。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的可自动密封门缝的防火门,其特征在于所述门框的材料为碳纤维板。
