本发明涉及一种三轴立体自动无线充电桩,它由基座、X轴驱动电机、Y轴驱动电机、Y轴导轨、X轴导轨、Z轴液压升降器和无线充电感应头组成。当汽车要充电时把汽车停在三轴立体自动无线充电桩下,通过手机APP给三轴立体自动无线充电桩发出一个指令,通过X轴驱动电机、Y轴驱动电机、Z轴液压升降器,使无线充电感应头准确的和电动汽车上的无线充电感器对准,这样就可以对电动汽车进行充电。本发明三轴立体自动无线充电桩的有益效果是自动化程度较高、使用成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩,特别涉及一种全自动化无线充电桩。
背景技术
随着空气污染的不断加剧,发展新能源汽车已经势在必行,特别是纯电瓶车的发展,而发展纯电瓶车的需求需要大量的充电桩。目前所使用的充电桩自动化程度低,使用的效率比较低。
发明内容
为了克服现有充电桩充充电自动化程度低、使用的效率比较低的不足,本发明涉及一种三轴立体自动无线充电桩,它实现了全动自化的充电、效率高使用成本低。
本发明三轴立体自动无线充电桩由基座、X轴驱动电机、Y轴驱动电机、Y轴导轨、X轴导轨、Z轴液压升降器和无线充电感应头组成。X轴驱动电机和X轴导轨设置在基座上,Y轴驱动电机和Y轴导轨设置在X轴导轨上,Z轴液压升降器设置在Y轴导轨上,无线充电感应头设置在Z轴液压升降器上。当汽车要充电时把汽车停在三轴立体自动无线充电桩下,通过手机APP给三轴立体自动无线充电桩发出一个指令,通过X轴驱动电机、Y轴驱动电机、Z轴液压升降器,使无线充电感应头准确的和电动汽车上的无线充电感器对准,这样就可以对电动汽车进行充电,充电完成以后三轴立体自动无线充电桩就可以自动移到下一辆需要充电的汽车上实现充电全自动化。
本发明三轴立体自动无线充电桩的有益效果是自动化程度较高、使用成本低。

具体实施方式
本发明三轴立体自动无线充电桩由基座1、X轴驱动电机2、Y轴驱动电机3、Y轴导轨4、X轴导轨5、Z轴液压升降器6和无线充电感应头7组成(如图1所示)。X轴驱动电机2和X轴导轨5设置在基座1上,Y轴驱动电机3和Y轴导轨4设置在X轴导轨5上,Z轴液压升降器6设置在Y轴导轨4上,无线充电感应头7设置在Z轴液压升降器6上。X轴驱动电机2驱动X轴导轨5可以使无线充电感应头7沿X轴运动,Y轴驱动电机3驱动Y轴导轨4可以使无线充电感应头7沿Y轴运动,Z轴液压升降器6可以使无线充电感应头7沿Z轴运动(如图1所示)。
当汽车要充电时把汽车停在三轴立体自动无线充电桩下,通过手机APP给三轴立体自动无线充电桩发出一个指令,通过X轴驱动电机2、Y轴驱动电机3、Z轴液压升降器6,使无线充电感应头7准确的和电动汽车上的无线充电感器对准,这样就可以对电动汽车进行充电,充电完成以后三轴立体自动无线充电桩就可以自动移到下一辆需要充电的汽车上实现充电全自动化(如图1所示)。

1.一种三轴立体自动无线充电桩,其特征在于三轴立体自动无线充电桩由基座1、X轴驱动电机2、Y轴驱动电机3、Y轴导轨4、X轴导轨5、Z轴液压升降器6和无线充电感应头7组成;X轴驱动电机2和X轴导轨5设置在基座1上,Y轴驱动电机3和Y轴导轨4设置在X轴导轨5上,Z轴液压升降器6设置在Y轴导轨4上,无线充电感应头7设置在Z轴液压升降器6上;X轴驱动电机2驱动X轴导轨5可以使无线充电感应头7沿X轴运动,Y轴驱动电机3驱动Y轴导轨4可以使无线充电感应头7沿Y轴运动,Z轴液压升降器6可以使无线充电感应头7沿Z轴运动。
