Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,包括:支撑基础膜层、第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层、PVDF电纺纤维膜层、第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层和CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层,所述的支撑基础膜层的内表面由内往外依次设置有所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层、所述的PVDF电纺纤维膜层、所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层和所述的CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层。通过上述方式,本发明对超细粉尘颗粒的过滤效率高,除尘过滤的十分充分,能够改善脱硝脱硫的效果。

Description

一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜
技术领域
本发明涉及净化塔领域,特别是涉及一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜。
背景技术
随着我国经济的发展,在能源消费中带来的环境污染也越来越严重。其中大气烟尘、酸雨、温室效应和臭氧层的破坏已成为危害人民生存的四大杀手。燃煤烟气所含的烟尘、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等有害物质是造成大气污染、酸雨和温室效应的主要根源。我国南方及西南部地区相当一大片地域频繁发生酸雨和酸雾的灾害。我国燃煤取得的能量达到能源总量的75%以上,而且这种能源结构在近年不会改变。与此同时燃煤烟气中排放的二氧化硫和氮氧化物占全国总排放量的90%。因此在我国对燃煤烟气进行脱硫脱硝是刻不容缓的任务。
烟气在脱硫脱硝的同时也要进行除尘处理,然而,目前的烟气的除尘处理对超细粉尘颗粒的过滤效率低,以至于影响到了脱硝脱硫效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,对超细粉尘颗粒的过滤效率高,除尘过滤的十分充分,能够改善脱硝脱硫的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,包括:支撑基础膜层、第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层、PVDF电纺纤维膜层、第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层和CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层,所述的支撑基础膜层的内表面由内往外依次设置有所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层、所述的PVDF电纺纤维膜层、所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层和所述的CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度与所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度相同。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度大于所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的支撑基础膜层的厚度大于第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明对超细粉尘颗粒的过滤效率高,除尘过滤的十分充分,能够改善脱硝脱硫的效果。

一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,包括:支撑基础膜层1、第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层2、PVDF电纺纤维膜层3、第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层4和CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层5,所述的支撑基础膜层1的内表面由内往外依次设置有所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层2、所述的PVDF电纺纤维膜层3、所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层4和所述的CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层5。
本发明中,所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层2的厚度与所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层4的厚度相同。
本发明中,所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层2的厚度大于所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层4的厚度。
本发明中,所述的支撑基础膜层1的厚度大于第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层2的厚度。
本发明用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜的有益效果是:本发明对超细粉尘颗粒的过滤效率高,除尘过滤的十分充分,能够改善脱硝脱硫的效果。

1.一种用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,其特征在于,包括:支撑基础膜层、第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层、PVDF电纺纤维膜层、第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层和CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层,所述的支撑基础膜层的内表面由内往外依次设置有所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层、所述的PVDF电纺纤维膜层、所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层和所述的CTAB/NaSal/PVA纳米纤维膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,其特征在于,所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度与所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,其特征在于,所述的第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度大于所述的第二CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于净化塔的纳米复合过滤膜,其特征在于,所述的支撑基础膜层的厚度大于第一CNT/TiO2复合膜层的厚度。
