Abstract
本发明提出的是一种电力设备线夹连接用锡介质膜填充方法。左接线与右接线分别与左线箍和右线箍连接,在左线箍和右线箍之间的连接平面上通过紧固螺丝填充有锡介质膜。所述锡介质膜为锡金属板或锡金属膜。本发明所述锡介质膜,具有柔性,能够紧密贴附在两线夹之间,保持间隙的密封,并导电,因此能够防止线夹连接不严造成烧蚀现象的发生,提高线夹的导电性。适宜作为线夹连接的锡介质膜填充方法应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及电气领域的导线接头,具体地说是一种电力设备线夹连接用锡介质膜填充方法。
背景技术
在本发明提出以前,线卡接头直接用螺丝将两个线卡接头连接在一起,目的是连接导线,由于两线卡接头直接用螺丝紧固,所以当螺丝拧不紧的情况下,两线卡之间容易过热,甚至烧穿,影响导线的连接。
发明内容
为了克服现有线卡连接方式的不足,本发明提出了一种电力设备线夹连接用锡介质膜填充方法。该方法通过设置在两线夹之间填充有锡介质膜,解决防止线夹烧蚀的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
左接线与右接线分别与左线箍和右线箍连接,在左线箍和右线箍之间的连接平面上通过紧固螺丝填充有锡介质膜。
所述锡介质膜为锡金属薄板或铝金属膜。
积极效果,本发明所述锡介质膜,具有柔性,能够紧密贴附在两线夹之间,保持间隙的密封,并导电,因此能够防止线夹连接不严造成烧蚀现象的发生,提高线夹的导电性。适宜作为线夹连接填充锡介质膜的方法应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,左接线1与右接线2分别与左线箍3和右线箍4连接,在左线箍和右线箍之间的连接平面上通过紧固螺丝5填充有锡介质膜6。
所述锡介质膜为锡金属薄板或锡金属膜。
技术原理:
金属锡为导体,并具有柔软性,所以当将其夹入两线箍之间时,在螺丝的作用力下,能够保持两线箍接触平面的严密性,即使两线箍之间有缝隙时,也能保持电路连通,从而避免两线箍之间出现烧蚀现象的发生,永久保持电路畅通。

1.一种电力设备线夹连接用锡介质膜填充方法,左接线(1)与右接线(2)分别与左线箍(3)和右线箍(4)连接,其特征是:
在左线箍和右线箍之间的连接平面上通过紧固螺丝(5)填充有锡介质膜(6);
所述锡介质膜为锡金属薄板或锡金属膜。
