本发明公开了一种带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,包括芳纶丝和高强度纤维丝等股绞合成束构成的非金属加强件,非金属加强件外挤塑成型有可陶瓷化材料内衬芯,可陶瓷化材料内衬芯内设有对称分布在非金属加强件两侧的光纤单元组及抗拉电力线芯组,光纤单元组和抗拉电力线芯组各两组,光纤单元组和抗拉电力线芯组间隔设置,可陶瓷化材料内衬芯外依次设有玻璃纤维纱编织层、添加丙凝防水乳胶的防水层、荧光层、透明塑料外护套层。本发明合理的将光纤单元组及抗拉电力线芯组组合在一起,可以同时实现电力及光信号的传输,结构紧凑型好,具有优良的机械性能、防水性能,还具有荧光效果,方便在黑暗的环境中观察到,便于维修和更换。

技术领域:
本发明涉及城市轨道交通用线缆,尤其涉及一种带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆。
背景技术:
随着城市轨道交通业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,未来电线电缆业还有巨大的发展潜力,在城市轨道交通中经常会用到多种不同功能的电缆,有时需要将他们组合在一起使用,其结构紧凑性和机械性能不易达标,如果是单一功能的线缆就需要多次敷设,相当不便;此外,线缆在夜间通常由于外护套的颜色多为黑色,如果出故障时,维修更换不便。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,可以同时实现电力及光信号的传输,结构紧凑型好,具有优良的机械性能、防水性能,还具有荧光效果,方便在黑暗的环境中观察到,便于维修和更换。
本发明的技术方案如下:
带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,其特征在于:包括芳纶丝和高强度纤维丝等股绞合成束构成的非金属加强件,非金属加强件外挤塑成型有可陶瓷化材料内衬芯,可陶瓷化材料内衬芯内设有对称分布在非金属加强件两侧的光纤单元组及抗拉电力线芯组,光纤单元组和抗拉电力线芯组各两组,光纤单元组和抗拉电力线芯组间隔设置,所述的可陶瓷化材料内衬芯外依次设有玻璃纤维纱编织层、添加丙凝防水乳胶的防水层、荧光层、透明塑料外护套层。
所述的带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗拉电力线芯组包括二根镀锡铜导体绝缘线芯和一根等截面积的弹性绳相互绞合成束后并于外侧挤塑成型有聚烯烃保护套。
所述的带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,其特征在于:所述的所述的光纤单元组由聚酰亚胺被覆光纤束并排放置构成。

光纤单元组3由聚酰亚胺被覆光纤束并排放置构成。

1.一种带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,其特征在于:包括芳纶丝和高强度纤维丝等股绞合成束构成的非金属加强件,非金属加强件外挤塑成型有可陶瓷化材料内衬芯,可陶瓷化材料内衬芯内设有对称分布在非金属加强件两侧的光纤单元组及抗拉电力线芯组,光纤单元组和抗拉电力线芯组各两组,光纤单元组和抗拉电力线芯组间隔设置,所述的可陶瓷化材料内衬芯外依次设有玻璃纤维纱编织层、添加丙凝防水乳胶的防水层、荧光层、透明塑料外护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有荧光效果的城市轨道交通用光电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗拉电力线芯组包括二根镀锡铜导体绝缘线芯和一根等截面积的弹性绳相互绞合成束后并于外侧挤塑成型有聚烯烃保护套。
