本发明涉及一种LNG气瓶内胆绝热包覆装置。支架的左臂上通过轴承座固定旋转轴，旋转轴的右端固定左卡盘；支架的右臂上固定减速机，减速机的输出轴上固定右卡盘；所述的左卡盘与右卡盘同轴。它结构简单，使用方便，节能环保，安全可靠。

本发明属于LNG气瓶工装，特别涉及一种LNG气瓶内胆绝热包覆装置。
背景技术
LNG低温气瓶内胆绝热包覆是生产过程中重要一环。现有的装置易划伤，造成污染，而且操作不便。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种LNG气瓶内胆绝热包覆装置。它结构简单，使用方便，节能环保，安全可靠。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：支架的左臂上通过轴承座固定旋转轴，旋转轴的右端固定左卡盘；支架的右臂上固定减速机，减速机的输出轴上固定右卡盘；所述的左卡盘与右卡盘同轴。
本发明具有下列优点：1)、上下瓶方便，工作简单，极大的提高工作效率，便于维修，利用变频器调节来掌控包覆速度；2)、节能环保，不受场地限制，适用面广，安装方便，操作简单，省时省力，安全可靠，又经济，成本低，生产周期短，满足内胆试压要求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，支架的左臂1上通过轴承座2固定旋转轴3，旋转轴3的右端固定左卡盘4；支架的右臂1上固定减速机8，减速机8的输出轴7上固定右卡盘6；所述的左卡盘4与右卡盘6同轴。
所述的减速机8有调频减速电机。
使用时，将LNG气瓶内胆的两端分别固定在左卡盘4与右卡盘6上，启动减速机8，带动LNG气瓶内胆旋转，即可对LNG气瓶内胆进行绝热包覆。

1.一种LNG气瓶内胆绝热包覆装置，其特征在于：支架的左臂(1)上通过轴承座(2)固定旋转轴(3)，旋转轴(3)的右端固定左卡盘(4)；支架的右臂(1)上固定减速机(8)，减速机(8)的输出轴(7)上固定右卡盘(6)；所述的左卡盘(4)与右卡盘(6)同轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LNG气瓶内胆绝热包覆装置，其特征在于：所述的减速机(8)有调频减速电机。
