本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
精纺的毛涤面料中羊毛具有天然的拒水特性,而涤纶纤维是疏水性和成纤维,穿着舒适度较差,因此面料的回潮率低。现有技术中改善涤纶织物服用性能主要有两种方法:一是利用纤维的合成技术在纤维的纺织过程中对聚酯纤维的结构进行改性,使纤维本身具有亲水性和抗静电性;二是利用织物后整理技术达到改性的目的。整理改性是在聚酯大分子链上引入亲水基团,使涤纶表面形成亲水的保护层,主要包括表面接枝聚合和亲水整理剂的吸附固着两种形式。接枝聚合的主要方式为等离子轰击纺织品表面,产业化推广存在设备等限制因素。常用的亲水性整理剂包括聚乙二醇、聚酯聚醚树脂、环氧类树脂、聚硅氧烷类、聚氨酯类和壳聚糖。上述亲水整理剂多为合成材质,纤维表面亲水性薄膜在水中会发生溶胀,从而将羊毛鳞片包覆起来,导致面料手感枯燥,精纺面料的柔软度风格欠缺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,整理后的面料亲水性强、手感丰满柔软,也有利于人体健康。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备羊毛角蛋白溶液,将70~80%的巯基乙酸溶液用碱液调节pH值至9~10,向混合溶液中依次加入羊毛溶胀剂和表面活性剂,将羊毛至于混合溶液中,室温下搅拌2h,然后升温至80~90℃,反应5~6h,滤除溶液中的剩余羊毛,滤液为角蛋白溶液;
S2:胺解预处理,胺解预处理液的组成包括氢氧化钠0.2~0.3%、乙二胺0.8~1.2%、匀染剂0.4~0.6%和余量水,将精纺毛涤面料置于胺解预处理液中,升温至80~90℃,保温处理2~3h,水洗烘干;
S3:整理液整理,将S2所得面料置于60~70℃的含角蛋白溶液的整理液中两浸两轧,经预烘、汽蒸、水洗烘干,得亲水性精纺毛涤面料。
优选的技术方案为,羊毛溶胀剂为氯化锂或氯化锌,羊毛溶胀剂的加入量与羊毛重量之比为(5~6):1。
为了提升混合溶液的润湿性能,使其深入羊毛鳞片之间,优选的技术方案为,表面活性剂为高级脂肪醇硫酸酯类表面活性剂,表面活性剂的加入量与羊毛的重量之比为(0.5~0.7):1。
优选的技术方案为,高级脂肪醇硫酸酯类表面活性剂为选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,预烘温度为70~90℃,预烘时间为3~5min;汽蒸时间为50~70min,烘干温度不高于90℃。
优选的技术方案为,整理液中还含有重量百分比为1~5%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚。乙二醇二缩水甘油醚作为交联剂有助于角蛋白和纤维间的吸附结合。

S1:制备羊毛角蛋白溶液,将70%的巯基乙酸溶液用碱液调节pH值至9,向混合溶液中依次加入羊毛溶胀剂和表面活性剂,将羊毛至于混合溶液中,室温下搅拌2h,然后升温至80℃,反应5h,滤除溶液中的剩余羊毛,滤液为角蛋白溶液;
S2:胺解预处理,胺解预处理液的组成包括氢氧化钠0.2%、乙二胺0.8%、匀染剂0.4%和余量水,将精纺毛涤面料置于胺解预处理液中,升温至80℃,保温处理2h,水洗烘干;
S3:整理液整理,将S2所得面料置于60℃的含角蛋白溶液的整理液中两浸两轧,经预烘、汽蒸、水洗烘干,得亲水性精纺毛涤面料。

S2中胺解预处理液的组成包括氢氧化钠0.25%、乙二胺1%、匀染剂0.5%和余量水,将精纺毛涤面料置于胺解预处理液中,升温至85℃,保温处理2.5h,水洗烘干;
S3中将S2所得面料置于65℃的含角蛋白溶液的整理液中两浸两轧。
羊毛溶胀剂为氯化锂或氯化锌,羊毛溶胀剂的加入量与羊毛重量之比为11:20。
表面活性剂为高级脂肪醇硫酸酯类表面活性剂,表面活性剂的加入量与羊毛的重量之比为3:5。
高级脂肪醇硫酸酯类表面活性剂为选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种。
预烘温度为80℃,预烘时间为4min;汽蒸时间为50~70min,烘干温度为80℃。
整理液中还含有重量百分比为1%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚。
对比例
对比例1S1中采用相同浓度的焦亚硫酸钠作为还原剂处理羊毛制成羊毛角蛋白溶液,其余工艺参数同实施例3;
对比例2不包含S2胺解预处理的步骤,其余工艺参数同实施例3。
将实施例1-3和对比例1-2所得试样进行性能参数对比,实施例1-3经整理后的面料增重分别为:1.87%、1.39%和2.06%,对比例1和2面料的增重为0.57%和1.38%,主要原因在于,对比例1角蛋白中焦亚硫酸钠的反应活性较低,所得角蛋白溶液中的角蛋白分子量较大,与羊毛纤维和涤纶纤维之间难固着。对比例2与实施例3对照,说明胺解后的面料更易与角蛋白中的羧基等结合,发生吸附固着。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:制备羊毛角蛋白溶液,将70~80%的巯基乙酸溶液用碱液调节pH值至9~10,向混合溶液中依次加入羊毛溶胀剂和表面活性剂,将羊毛至于混合溶液中,室温下搅拌2h,然后升温至80~90℃,反应5~6h,滤除溶液中的剩余羊毛,滤液为角蛋白溶液;
S2:胺解预处理,胺解预处理液的组成包括氢氧化钠0.2~0.3%、乙二胺0.8~1.2%、匀染剂0.4~0.6%和余量水,将精纺毛涤面料置于胺解预处理液中,升温至80~90℃,保温处理2~3h,水洗烘干;
S3:整理液整理,将S2所得面料置于60~70℃的含角蛋白溶液的整理液中两浸两轧,经预烘、汽蒸、水洗烘干,得亲水性精纺毛涤面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,羊毛溶胀剂为氯化锂或氯化锌,羊毛溶胀剂的加入量与羊毛重量之比为(5~6):1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为高级脂肪醇硫酸酯类表面活性剂,表面活性剂的加入量与羊毛的重量之比为(0.5~0.7):1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,高级脂肪醇硫酸酯类表面活性剂为选自十二烷基硫酸钠、十六烷基硫酸钠中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,预烘温度为70~90℃,预烘时间为3~5min;汽蒸时间为50~70min,烘干温度不高于90℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的亲水型精纺毛涤面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述整理液中还含有重量百分比为1~5%的乙二醇二缩水甘油醚。
