Abstract

本发明涉及一种在水法生产水溶无纺布的工艺流程中运用虹吸原理进行上浆的虹吸上浆单元,其包括储存罐、虹吸管、浮漂、滑轮组、配重铁、真空罐、清水泵构成。通过在虹吸管吸浆口一端加置浮漂的浮力原理,以及滑轮配重原理保证虹吸管吸浆口重力势能不变,另通过清水泵的初始动能产生的真空罐内真空负压进行引流,引流后虹吸管吸浆口一端的重力势能与输浆口一端的大气压力产生持续不变的重力势能差,以此作为上浆动能。其特征在于,所述虹吸上浆单元仅在上浆开始时使用小功率清水泵作为引浆初始动能,能够达到上浆过程中无需动力泵,且上浆连续均匀稳定,大大提高了水溶无纺布的克重精度及布面均匀度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种虹吸上浆单元,具体是采用虹吸原理在水法生产水溶无纺布的工艺流程中用以定量上浆的虹吸上浆单元。
背景技术
在现有水法生产水溶无纺布的工艺流程中,一般通过动力泵内叶轮旋转产生的离心力作为动能将储存罐中的浆液引入到输送浆槽。由于水溶无纺布的浆液是维尼纶在水中经浸泡搅拌形成的混合纤维悬浮液,维尼纶的纤维组织在经过动力泵内叶轮区后易出现结节成团的现象,且浆液在输出管道的过程中因储存罐中的水位变化,会引起吸浆口处的重力势能发生变化,浆液很难以一种稳定的速率被输出,导致水溶无纺布的均匀度无法保证,产品定量也很难得到有效掌控,同时采用动力泵也需耗费电力能源。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种利用虹吸原理无需借助泵动能,由浆液的重力势能作为动能,能够保证浆液输出连续稳定,且浆液的物质状态保持不变的上浆单元。
为实现上述目的,本发明单元包括虹吸管、储存罐、输送浆槽、浮漂、配重铁、滑轮组、支撑架、真空罐、清水泵。
所述虹吸管为直径125mm的PVC塑料管,其两端分别置于储存罐及输送浆槽内。
所述浮漂固定在虹吸管吸浆口上端指定位置上,浮漂距吸浆口高度应根据产品规格要求进行调整。
所述配重铁由滑轮固定在支撑架上,配重铁重量=虹吸管重量-浮漂浮力。
所述真空罐,其内容积等于虹吸管管道容积。
由于采用虹吸原理作为上浆动能,能够保证所述上浆动能在储存罐内液位持续下降的情况下保持不变,保证了上浆的稳定性,为产品定量准确性提供技术保证。在生产水溶无纺布的工艺流程中采用虹吸上浆单元,可有效提高无纺布的局部定量误差,以及布面均匀度,另外可节约大量电力能源,节约生产成本。

具体实施方案
本发明公开了一种采用虹吸原理,利用重力势能差作为上浆动能的上浆单元,其技术方案如下:
如图1所示,所述虹吸上浆单元中虹吸管3通过滑轮组6与配重铁7相连后被固定在支撑架5上,虹吸管3的两端口,一端置于注有浆液13的储存罐1内其端口为吸浆口14,一端置于输送槽4内其端口为输浆口15。虹吸管吸浆口14上端指定位置处加置浮漂2,生产中根据产品规格特性及工艺要求通过调节浮漂位置控制虹吸管探入液面以下的高度。准备上浆时,在抽真空阀门12关闭状态下,将注水阀门11开启,将真空罐9注满水随即关闭注水阀门11,随后将抽真空管8与虹吸管3的输浆口15相连。开始上浆时将先开启清水泵10,后打开抽真空阀门12,真空罐9内的清水在泵动能的驱动下被强行抽出真空罐9,使真空罐9内形成真空负压,通过虹吸管3将储存罐1中的浆液13引出,待输浆口15可见浆液13流出时立即将真空管8与输浆口15断开,同时清水泵10停机,并关闭抽真空阀门。
为保证浆液13以一种均匀稳定的流量以及流速被输出,本发明通过采用以下原理实现:在上浆过程中,为稳定虹吸管3上下移动,采用滑轮配重的原理调节虹吸管3位移,利用配重铁7重量=虹吸管3重量-浮漂2所受浮力的配重方式以保证在上浆过程中,吸浆口14始终处于液面以下固定深度处,从而保证吸浆口所受重力势能始终保持不变,由于在引浆后,输浆口15所受大气压强保持不变,从而保证虹吸管3两端重力势能差保持不变,由此重力势能差产生的动能作为上浆动能,可实现上浆速率连续稳定,上浆定量精准,将采用此技术方案生产出的水溶无纺布成品的局部定量误差控制在±1g/m2,较目前行业标准±7g/m2有显著提高。

Claims (1)

1.水法生产水溶性无纺布的上浆单元,其特征在于:
包括连接储存罐和输送浆槽的虹吸管作为输浆管道,虹吸管上连接配重铁,真空罐及水泵作为引浆辅助装置;
所述虹吸管,其连接储存罐一端为吸浆口,其连接输送浆槽一端为出浆口,虹吸管吸浆口上端特定位置处加置浮漂,浮漂距吸浆口高度要求将视产品规格进行调整;
所述的配重铁由滑轮组安装在支撑架上,配重铁重量=虹吸管重量-浮漂浮力;
所述真空罐,其抽真空管在上浆伊始连接虹吸管出浆口,当可见浆液被引出虹吸管出浆口时,将抽真空管拔出;
所述真空罐,其底部连接清水泵,连接处设有抽真空阀门;
所述真空罐,其内容积等于虹吸管管道容积。
