一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:氨基三乙醇15‑25份、石油硫酸钠15‑25份、氯化钠2‑3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2‑3份、特丁基对苯二酚2‑3份、硬脂酸钠5‑8.8份、甘油三脂5‑8.8份、蓖麻油5‑8.8份、脂肪酸甲酯7.5‑13.6份、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯7.5‑13.6份、异烟肼7.5‑13.6份、水90‑110份、改性助剂18‑28份。本发明拉丝油成分搭配合理,其密度比普通拉丝油低23‑28%,但其使用效果更好,而且拉丝油抗菌、抗氧化效果非常好,在潮湿富氧环境中放置3个月都不会发霉变质,能使得拉丝后的紫铜管光亮,拉丝后的紫铜管特别适合空调行业的制冷剂输送使用,在高温高压高速制冷剂的冲撞下,紫铜管完全不会被腐蚀,使得其使用寿命延长5年。

拉丝油,它也是跟黄油一样,起到润滑作用的一种油,但是它的粘稠度非常的高,拉扯的话都能拉出丝来,所以简称为拉丝油。拉丝油是一类重要的工业助剂,在金属线拉丝、拉拔工艺过程中做高效润滑油用,具有润滑、清洗、冷却、防锈等功效,协助金属流动,避免模具拖花拉线,提高成品率,降低生产损耗。现有的拉丝油主要分为油性拉丝油和水性拉丝油,这两类拉丝油在实际使用时各有利弊,如油性拉丝油存在散热性能差,清洗排屑困难,废液难降解等问题,而水性的拉丝油虽然散热性能较油性拉丝油优良,但是润滑效果却不尽如人意,难以满足多种金属线的拉丝拉拨工艺要求。
紫铜管经常用来作为传热管使用,所以紫铜管拉丝时对拉丝油的要求非常严格。

所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:礞石2-3份、磁石2-3份、氧化锆2-3份、硫代硫酸钠2-3份、N-乙酰神经氨酸3.2-5.7份、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯3.2-5.7份、山梨酸钾11.5-18.5份、烟酸肌醇酯11.5-18.5份、香茅醇11.5-18.5份、磷脂酰乙醇胺2-5份、十八碳二烯酸2-5份、棕榈酸异丙酯2-5份、芥酸酰胺3-6份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯3-6份、γ-亚麻酸3-6份、蒸馏水18-25份、去离子水18-25份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将礞石、磁石在500-600℃高温下煅烧30-50分钟,然后在300-400℃高温下煅烧20-30分钟,冷却后研磨成300目粉末,粉末与氧化锆、硫代硫酸钠、山梨酸钾混合磨碎成20-50目粉末;将γ-亚麻酸和蒸馏水混合,混合液加热至100℃蒸汽,蒸汽喷射N-乙酰神经氨酸、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯、烟酸肌醇酯、香茅醇、磷脂酰乙醇胺、十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、芥酸酰胺、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯,获得乳化液,乳化液放入-10℃冷库冷冻2小时,取出后加热融化,边融化边加入去离子水,待完全融化即得改性助剂。
一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将氨基三乙醇、石油硫酸钠、氯化钠混合加热至80℃,然后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、特丁基对苯二酚、硬脂酸钠,再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至80℃,然后加入甘油三脂、蓖麻油、脂肪酸甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、异烟肼,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理30-40min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明拉丝油成分搭配合理,其密度比普通拉丝油低23-28%,但其使用效果更好,而且拉丝油抗菌、抗氧化效果非常好,在潮湿富氧环境中放置3个月都不会发霉变质,能使得拉丝后的紫铜管光亮,拉丝后的紫铜管特别适合空调行业的制冷剂输送使用,在高温高压高速制冷剂的冲撞下,紫铜管完全不会被腐蚀,使得其使用寿命延长5年。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,由如下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:氨基三乙醇20份、石油硫酸钠20份、氯化钠2份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、特丁基对苯二酚2份、硬脂酸钠6份、甘油三脂6份、蓖麻油6份、脂肪酸甲酯10份、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯10份、异烟肼10份、水100份、改性助剂23份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:礞石2份、磁石2份、氧化锆2份、硫代硫酸钠2份、N-乙酰神经氨酸5份、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯5份、山梨酸钾15份、烟酸肌醇酯15份、香茅醇15份、磷脂酰乙醇胺4份、十八碳二烯酸4份、棕榈酸异丙酯4份、芥酸酰胺5份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯5份、γ-亚麻酸5份、蒸馏水22份、去离子水22份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将礞石、磁石在500-600℃高温下煅烧30-50分钟,然后在300-400℃高温下煅烧20-30分钟,冷却后研磨成300目粉末,粉末与氧化锆、硫代硫酸钠、山梨酸钾混合磨碎成20-50目粉末;将γ-亚麻酸和蒸馏水混合,混合液加热至100℃蒸汽,蒸汽喷射N-乙酰神经氨酸、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯、烟酸肌醇酯、香茅醇、磷脂酰乙醇胺、十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、芥酸酰胺、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯,获得乳化液,乳化液放入-10℃冷库冷冻2小时,取出后加热融化,边融化边加入去离子水,待完全融化即得改性助剂。
一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将氨基三乙醇、石油硫酸钠、氯化钠混合加热至80℃,然后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、特丁基对苯二酚、硬脂酸钠,再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至80℃,然后加入甘油三脂、蓖麻油、脂肪酸甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、异烟肼,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理35min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
实施例2
一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,由如下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:氨基三乙醇15份、石油硫酸钠15份、氯化钠2份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、特丁基对苯二酚2份、硬脂酸钠5份、甘油三脂5份、蓖麻油5份、脂肪酸甲酯7.5份、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯7.5份、异烟肼7.5份、水90份、改性助剂18份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:礞石2份、磁石2份、氧化锆2份、硫代硫酸钠2份、N-乙酰神经氨酸3.2份、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯3.2份、山梨酸钾11.5份、烟酸肌醇酯11.5份、香茅醇11.5份、磷脂酰乙醇胺2份、十八碳二烯酸2份、棕榈酸异丙酯2份、芥酸酰胺3份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯3份、γ-亚麻酸3份、蒸馏水18份、去离子水18份;
所述的改性助剂的制备方法是,先将礞石、磁石在500-600℃高温下煅烧30-50分钟,然后在300-400℃高温下煅烧20-30分钟,冷却后研磨成300目粉末,粉末与氧化锆、硫代硫酸钠、山梨酸钾混合磨碎成20-50目粉末;将γ-亚麻酸和蒸馏水混合,混合液加热至100℃蒸汽,蒸汽喷射N-乙酰神经氨酸、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯、烟酸肌醇酯、香茅醇、磷脂酰乙醇胺、十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸异丙酯、芥酸酰胺、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯,获得乳化液,乳化液放入-10℃冷库冷冻2小时,取出后加热融化,边融化边加入去离子水,待完全融化即得改性助剂。
一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将氨基三乙醇、石油硫酸钠、氯化钠混合加热至80℃,然后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、特丁基对苯二酚、硬脂酸钠,再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至80℃,然后加入甘油三脂、蓖麻油、脂肪酸甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、异烟肼,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理30min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
实施例3
一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,由如下重量份的原料制成:氨基三乙醇25份、石油硫酸钠25份、氯化钠3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3份、特丁基对苯二酚3份、硬脂酸钠8.8份、甘油三脂8.8份、蓖麻油8.8份、脂肪酸甲酯13.6份、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯13.6份、异烟肼13.6份、水110份、改性助剂28份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:礞石3份、磁石3份、氧化锆3份、硫代硫酸钠3份、N-乙酰神经氨酸5.7份、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯5.7份、山梨酸钾18.5份、烟酸肌醇酯18.5份、香茅醇18.5份、磷脂酰乙醇胺5份、十八碳二烯酸5份、棕榈酸异丙酯5份、芥酸酰胺6份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯6份、γ-亚麻酸6份、蒸馏水25份、去离子水25份;

一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,制备方法如下:
(1)将氨基三乙醇、石油硫酸钠、氯化钠混合加热至80℃,然后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、特丁基对苯二酚、硬脂酸钠,再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至80℃,然后加入甘油三脂、蓖麻油、脂肪酸甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、异烟肼,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理40min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
试验
经检测,本发明实施例1、实施例2、实施例3拉丝液的密度比普通拉丝液分别少24.3%、26.7%、25.5%,拉丝后的紫铜管在空调机组上使用时,紫铜管内表面无腐蚀剥落现象,而普通拉丝液拉丝的紫铜管内表面腐蚀严重。

1.一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,其特征在于,由如下重量份的原料制成:氨基三乙醇15-25份、石油硫酸钠15-25份、氯化钠2-3份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚2-3份、特丁基对苯二酚2-3份、硬脂酸钠5-8.8份、甘油三脂5-8.8份、蓖麻油5-8.8份、脂肪酸甲酯7.5-13.6份、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯7.5-13.6份、异烟肼7.5-13.6份、水90-110份、改性助剂18-28份;
所述的改性助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:礞石2-3份、磁石2-3份、氧化锆2-3份、硫代硫酸钠2-3份、N-乙酰神经氨酸3.2-5.7份、2-甲基-1.3-丁二烯3.2-5.7份、山梨酸钾11.5-18.5份、烟酸肌醇酯11.5-18.5份、香茅醇11.5-18.5份、磷脂酰乙醇胺2-5份、十八碳二烯酸2-5份、棕榈酸异丙酯2-5份、芥酸酰胺3-6份、山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯3-6份、γ-亚麻酸3-6份、蒸馏水18-25份、去离子水18-25份;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜管用低密度拉丝油,其特征在于,制备方法如下:
(1)将氨基三乙醇、石油硫酸钠、氯化钠混合加热至80℃,然后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、特丁基对苯二酚、硬脂酸钠,再加热到90℃并保持该温度3分钟,冷却后备用;
(2)将水加热至80℃,然后加入甘油三脂、蓖麻油、脂肪酸甲酯、三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、异烟肼,再使用高剪切乳化机分散处理30-40min,得混合溶液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)和步骤(2)所得物料与改性助剂混合,搅拌静置后即得拉丝油。
