本发明涉及油漆技术领域,尤其是一种快速干燥的快干油漆。
背景技术
现有市面上的油漆种类繁多,但是随着人们对油漆的功能需求的增加,现有的油漆已经不能满足人们的这种需要,油漆已经不现时是只是实现保护、装饰功能就行了。现有的市场上的油漆干燥速度慢,涂上油漆后影响使用或后续施工工程。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种快干油漆,它可以解决干燥速度慢的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种快干油漆,由以下重量份的原材料制成:亚麻油脂肪酸25份~35份,硅藻泥22份~28份,贝壳粉16份~20份,顺丁稀二酸酐12份~16份,异丙醇8份~10份,三乙胺6份~10份,去离子水18份~30份,钴皂8份~12份,钙皂4份~8份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:亚麻油脂肪酸30份,硅藻泥25份,贝壳粉18份,顺丁稀二酸酐14份,异丙醇9份,三乙胺8份,去离子水24份,钴皂10份,钙皂6份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
将亚麻油脂肪酸、硅藻泥、贝壳粉、顺丁稀二酸酐、异丙醇、三乙胺、去离子水制成的油漆具有较强的强度和粘度;在成分中加入钴皂和钙皂作为催干剂,可以提高油漆的干燥速度。

实施例1:
一种快干油漆,由以下重量份的原材料制成:亚麻油脂肪酸25份,硅藻泥22份,贝壳粉16份,顺丁稀二酸酐12份,异丙醇8份,三乙胺6份,去离子水18份,钴皂8份,钙皂4份。
制备方法是:将亚麻油脂肪酸、硅藻泥、贝壳粉、顺丁稀二酸酐、异丙醇、三乙胺、去离子水、钴皂和钙皂混合搅拌均匀;高温加热后冷却即可制得。
实施例2:
一种快干油漆,由以下重量份的原材料制成:亚麻油脂肪酸35份,硅藻泥28份,贝壳粉20份,顺丁稀二酸酐16份,异丙醇10份,三乙胺10份,去离子水30份,钴皂12份,钙皂8份。
制备方法是:将亚麻油脂肪酸、硅藻泥、贝壳粉、顺丁稀二酸酐、异丙醇、三乙胺、去离子水、钴皂和钙皂混合搅拌均匀;高温加热后冷却即可制得。
实施例3:
一种快干油漆,由以下重量份的原材料制成:亚麻油脂肪酸30份,硅藻泥25份,贝壳粉18份,顺丁稀二酸酐14份,异丙醇9份,三乙胺8份,去离子水24份,钴皂10份,钙皂6份。
制备方法是:将亚麻油脂肪酸、硅藻泥、贝壳粉、顺丁稀二酸酐、异丙醇、三乙胺、去离子水、钴皂和钙皂混合搅拌均匀;高温加热后冷却即可制得。
