本发明公开了一种PVC材料配方,按质量百分比分为:树脂粉47‑55%、重碳钙粉25‑28%、纳米粉12‑15%、CPE2‑3%、稳定剂2‑4%、石蜡0.4‑0.5%、硬脂酸0.3‑0.4%、PE蜡0.25‑0.3%、金红石钛白粉0.5‑0.8%、氯化聚氯乙烯硅烷0.7‑1%、OB增白剂0.01‑0.02%、锐钛型钛白粉0.2‑0.4%,本发明材料是将上述材料混合后,搅拌均匀制得,本发明中使用纳米粉取代轻质碳钙粉,使用PE蜡取代二辛脂,结合现代生产工艺本发明的一种PVC材料配方,本发明具有成本较低、产品表面光洁度高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工领域,具体的是涉及该领域内的一种PVC材料。
背景技术
使用PVC管取代铸铁管和镀锌管已经成为市场发展的趋势,但是现有技术中用于制作管件的PVC材料存在生产成本高和表面光洁度底的问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种成本低廉、表面光洁度高的PVC材料。
本发明公开了一种PVC材料,按质量百分比分为:树脂粉47-55%、重碳钙粉25-28%、纳米粉12-15%、CPE2-3%、稳定剂2-4%、石蜡0.4-0.5%、硬脂酸0.3-0.4%、PE蜡0.25-0.3%、金红石钛白粉0.5-0.8%、氯化聚氯乙烯硅烷0.7-1%、OB增白剂0.01-0.02%、锐钛型钛白粉0.2-0.4%,本发明材料是将上述材料混合后,搅拌均匀制得。
本发明的一种PVC材料配方,用于生产各种排水管具有成本低廉、表面光洁度高的优点。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一
根据比例,以树脂粉取100g为基数,余下材料的所需质量为:重碳钙粉50g、纳米粉25g、CPE4g、稳定剂3.4g、石蜡0.8g、硬脂酸0.6g、PE蜡0.5g、金红石钛白粉1g、氯化聚氯乙烯硅烷1.5g、OB增白剂0.02g、锐钛型钛白粉0.4g,本发明材料是将上述材料混合后,搅拌均匀制得,适合排水管的制造。
在PVC排水管材生产过程中,以往配方中所使用的钙粉与二辛脂价格昂贵且生产出的产品表面光洁度不高,上述配方中使用纳米粉取代轻质碳钙粉,使用PE蜡取代二辛脂,结合现代生产工艺本发明的一种PVC材料配方可以降低产品成本,提高产品表面光洁度。

1.一种PVC材料配方,由下列原料组成,其特征在于:按质量百分比分为,树脂粉47-55%、重碳钙粉25-28%、纳米粉12-15%、CPE2-3%、稳定剂2-4%、石蜡0.4-0.5%、硬脂酸0.3-0.4%、PE蜡0.25-0.3%、金红石钛白粉0.5-0.8%、氯化聚氯乙烯硅烷0.7-1%、OB增白剂0.01-0.02%、锐钛型钛白粉0.2-0.4%。

3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种PVC材料配方,其特征在于:使用纳米粉取代轻质碳钙粉,使用PE蜡取代二辛脂,结合现代生产工艺本发明的一种PVC材料配方,降低了产品成本,提高了产品表面光洁度。
