在交通事故中,因为事发现场光线昏暗,令目击者未能看清肇事车车牌,在肇事车逃逸后为追查处理此事带来极大难度。类似事件屡屡发生。

针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能明显提高在黑夜能见度不良的环境下车牌被外界识别的能力的不需要电源支持就能 夜间自动发光的汽车车牌。
本发明的不需要电源支持就能夜间自动发光的汽车车牌,它由透明高强度有机玻璃薄片组成,在玻璃薄片中,密封涂有有光敏储能夜光粉,红色灯光车牌配红色夜光粉,红色夜光粉的配方如下:磷酸锂2 克、硝酸铜3克、硫酸镁40克、硫酸钡55克;黄色色灯光车牌配黄色夜光粉,黄色夜光粉的配方如下:硫化铝2克、硝酸钾3克、硫化镁40克、硫化钡55克;配好原料后,放在耐高温坩锅内加热,加热温度为133 度,加热50分钟后,挑出不全色杂质,然后把烧好的原料放在球磨机内磨成细粉再用水浸泡沉淀,去掉清水,把沉下的粉状物放在干燥箱中干燥;干燥完后,按1:2的比例溶于香蕉水中,72小时后涂在透明高强度有机玻璃薄片上,密封。
本发明中透明高强度有机玻璃薄片透光性良好,在玻璃薄片中,密封涂有有光敏储能夜光粉,此种夜光粉对450纳米以下的短波可见光、阳光和紫外线光具有很强的吸收能力。在白天吸收各种光和热,转换成光能储存,然后在夜里自动发光,通过吸收各种可见光实现发光功能,这种发光材料经过光照30分钟后,在黑暗中可自动发光10小时以上并可无限次数循环使用,发光寿命达20年以上,利用这种原理,不需要电源支持就能达到照亮车牌的目的。
本发明的有益效果:它工艺设计合理,制作简单,能明显提高在黑夜能见度不良的环境下车牌被外界识别的能力,并且不需要提供电力,可解决现有技术中存在的问题,提高安全性,便于警方破案,便于推广。
