本发明公开了一种高强度多层塑料板，从上部到下部至少包括三层塑料板层，且相邻两个所述塑料板层之间设有加强层，各所述加强层内均匀分布有若干弹性垫块，各所述弹性垫块的上下端均通过高温粘附在所述塑料板层上，且相邻两个所述弹性垫块之间留有间隙，通过上述方式，本发明能够大幅提高塑料板自身的强度，防止在使用的过程中出现断裂现象，提高使用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料板，特别涉及一种高强度多层塑料板。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断提高，塑料被广泛地被运用于各行各业，尤其在包装、机械领域使用尤为广泛，而塑料板是用塑料做成板材，塑料为合成的高分子化合物，可以自由改变形体样式，主要应用于设备护板,仪表外壳,内饰、饮用水槽、液位显示等，这些塑料板在应用的过程中对于其强度的性能要求极高，而现阶段人们的要求越来越高，因此急需研发一种具备有高强度特性的塑料板。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高强度多层塑料板，能够大幅提高塑料板自身的强度，防止在使用的过程中出现断裂现象，提高使用价值。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种高强度多层塑料板，从上部到下部至少包括三层塑料板层，且相邻两个所述塑料板层之间设有加强层，各所述加强层内均匀分布有若干弹性垫块，各所述弹性垫块的上下端均通过高温粘附在所述塑料板层上，且相邻两个所述弹性垫块之间留有间隙。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述弹性垫块的材质为热塑性聚氨酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述加强层的厚度为0.5-1.0mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述塑料板层的厚度为2.4-3.2mm。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明一种高强度多层塑料板能够大幅提高塑料板自身的强度，防止在使用的过程中出现断裂现象，提高使用价值。

一种高强度多层塑料板，从上部到下部至少包括三层塑料板层，且相邻两个所述塑料板层之间设有加强层，各所述加强层内均匀分布有若干弹性垫块，各所述弹性垫块的上下端均通过高温粘附在所述塑料板层上，且相邻两个所述弹性垫块之间留有间隙。
其中，所述弹性垫块的材质为热塑性聚氨酯；所述加强层的厚度为0.5-1.0mm；所述塑料板层的厚度为2.4-3.2mm。
区别于现有技术，本发明一种高强度多层塑料板能够大幅提高塑料板自身的强度，防止在使用的过程中出现断裂现象，提高使用价值。

1.一种高强度多层塑料板，其特征在于，从上部到下部至少包括三层塑料板层，且相邻两个所述塑料板层之间设有加强层，各所述加强层内均匀分布有若干弹性垫块，各所述弹性垫块的上下端均通过高温粘附在所述塑料板层上，且相邻两个所述弹性垫块之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度多层塑料板，其特征在于，所述弹性垫块的材质为热塑性聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度多层塑料板，其特征在于，所述加强层的厚度为0.5-1.0mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度多层塑料板，其特征在于，所述塑料板层的厚度为2.4-3.2mm。
