本发明公开了一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针，包括：克氏针体、针头和手柄，针头为圆锥形，手柄呈圆饼状；所述克氏针体一端与手柄连接固定，克氏针体轴线与手柄轴线重合，克氏针体另一端设有所述针头；所述克氏针体上设有刻度。通过上述方式，本发明适用于儿童指骨骨折固定，进针力量及方向容易控制，容易控制进针的深度，属于低能量损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及儿童指骨骨折的内固定材料领域，特别是涉及一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针。
背景技术
儿童指骨骨折复位内固定时，常跟成人指骨骨折内固定时一样用电钻行克氏针内固定，而由于儿童指骨具有细小、骨质软等特点，加上电钻速度较快，力量很难控制，容易引起骨折块移位，甚至骨折块劈裂，导致手术失败，且电钻速度较快属高能量，如克氏针针头达到骨骺时容易损伤骨骺，引起骨质发育畸形可能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针，能够适用于儿童指骨骨折复位内固定，操作简单，进针力量及方向容易控制，容易控制进针的深度。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针，包括：克氏针体、针头和手柄，针头为圆锥形，手柄呈圆饼状；所述克氏针体一端与手柄连接固定，克氏针体轴线与手柄轴线重合，克氏针体另一端设有所述针头；所述克氏针体上设有刻度。
优选的，所述手柄外壁上设有防滑纹路。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明适用于儿童指骨骨折复位内固定，进针力量及方向容易控制，容易控制进针的深度。

一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针，包括：克氏针体1、针头2和手柄3，针头2为圆锥形，手柄3呈圆饼状，手柄3外壁上设有防滑纹路；所述克氏针体1一端与手柄3连接固定，克氏针体1轴线与手柄3轴线重合，克氏针体1另一端设有所述针头2；所述克氏针体1上设有刻度；克氏针体可根据其直径制作不同型号大小。根据骨折状态，包括指骨横行、斜行、撕脱骨折，选择进针点和进针方向，选择不同型号大小的克氏针，顺时针旋转手柄并适当加压，进针深度为针头穿过对侧骨皮质，折弯克氏针体并剪断，针尾埋于皮下。本发明用于儿童指骨骨折复位内固定，进针力量及方向容易控制，容易控制进针的深度。
