Abstract
本发明公开了一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针,包括:克氏针体、针头和手柄,针头为圆锥形,手柄呈圆饼状;所述克氏针体一端与手柄连接固定,克氏针体轴线与手柄轴线重合,克氏针体另一端设有所述针头;所述克氏针体上设有刻度。通过上述方式,本发明适用于儿童指骨骨折固定,进针力量及方向容易控制,容易控制进针的深度,属于低能量损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及儿童指骨骨折的内固定材料领域,特别是涉及一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针。
背景技术
儿童指骨骨折复位内固定时,常跟成人指骨骨折内固定时一样用电钻行克氏针内固定,而由于儿童指骨具有细小、骨质软等特点,加上电钻速度较快,力量很难控制,容易引起骨折块移位,甚至骨折块劈裂,导致手术失败,且电钻速度较快属高能量,如克氏针针头达到骨骺时容易损伤骨骺,引起骨质发育畸形可能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针,能够适用于儿童指骨骨折复位内固定,操作简单,进针力量及方向容易控制,容易控制进针的深度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针,包括:克氏针体、针头和手柄,针头为圆锥形,手柄呈圆饼状;所述克氏针体一端与手柄连接固定,克氏针体轴线与手柄轴线重合,克氏针体另一端设有所述针头;所述克氏针体上设有刻度。
优选的,所述手柄外壁上设有防滑纹路。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明适用于儿童指骨骨折复位内固定,进针力量及方向容易控制,容易控制进针的深度。

一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针,包括:克氏针体1、针头2和手柄3,针头2为圆锥形,手柄3呈圆饼状,手柄3外壁上设有防滑纹路;所述克氏针体1一端与手柄3连接固定,克氏针体1轴线与手柄3轴线重合,克氏针体1另一端设有所述针头2;所述克氏针体1上设有刻度;克氏针体可根据其直径制作不同型号大小。根据骨折状态,包括指骨横行、斜行、撕脱骨折,选择进针点和进针方向,选择不同型号大小的克氏针,顺时针旋转手柄并适当加压,进针深度为针头穿过对侧骨皮质,折弯克氏针体并剪断,针尾埋于皮下。本发明用于儿童指骨骨折复位内固定,进针力量及方向容易控制,容易控制进针的深度。

1.一种手拧儿童指骨克氏针,其特征在于,包括:克氏针体、针头和手柄,针头为圆锥形,手柄呈圆饼状;所述克氏针体一端与手柄连接固定,克氏针体轴线与手柄轴线重合,克氏针体另一端设有所述针头;所述克氏针体上设有刻度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手拧儿童指骨克氏针,其特征在于:所述手柄外壁上设有防滑纹路。
