锂电池正极材料烧结过程需要将正极材料装入专用的匣钵在推入烧结炉中进行烧结,现在所用匣钵使得正极材料与烧结炉中的气氛接触也不够充分,导致烧结出来的产品品质不高或性能不均匀。
发明内容
为了克服现有匣钵烧结出来额产品品质的不高或性能不均匀不足,本发明涉及一种锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵,它结构简单烧结出三元正极材料的产品品质高。
本发明锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵由匣钵体、顶盖、膨胀体和切片组成。匣钵体的四个角上设置有膨胀体,顶盖上设置有切片。将正极材料混合体平铺在匣钵体中,顶盖盖在匣钵体上顶盖上的切片将匣钵体中的正极材料平均切块,然后将锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵放入烧结炉对正极材料进行烧结当烧结炉中的温度达到一定温度的时候匣钵体四个角上的膨胀体慢慢开始膨胀,将顶盖连同切片一起顶起,这样就可以使匣钵体中的正极材料和气氛炉中的气氛充分混合烧结。
本发明锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵的有益效果是结构简单烧结出的正极材料品质高。

本发明锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵由匣钵体1、顶盖2、膨胀体3和切片4组成(如图1所示)。匣钵体1的四个角上设置有膨胀体3,顶盖2上设置有切片4,将正极材料混合体平铺在匣钵体1中。顶盖2盖在匣钵体1上顶盖2上的切片4将匣钵体1中的正极材料平均切块,然后将锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵放入烧结炉对正极材料进行烧结,当烧结炉中的温度达到一定温度的时候匣钵体1四个角上的膨胀体3慢慢开始膨胀,将顶盖2连同切片4一起顶起,这样就可以使匣钵体1中的正极材料和气氛炉中的气氛充分混合烧结(如图2所示)。

1.一种锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵,其特征是锂电池正极材料烧结用匣钵由匣钵体(1)、顶盖(2)、膨胀体(3)和切片(4)组成;匣钵体(1)的四个角上设置有膨胀体(3),顶盖(2)上设置有切片(4),将正极材料混合体平铺在匣钵体(1)中;顶盖(2)盖在匣钵体(1)上, 顶盖(2)上的切片(4)将匣钵体(1)中的正极材料平均切块;当烧结炉中的温度达到一定温度的时候,匣钵体(1)四个角上的膨胀体(3)慢慢开始膨胀,将顶盖(2)连同切片(4)一起顶起,这样就可以使匣钵体(1)中的正极材料和气氛炉中的气氛充分混合烧结。
