本发明涉及智能家居照明领域,更具体的说是涉及一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备。
背景技术
灯罩已经被广泛的应用于人们日常的工作和生活中,具有聚光和美观的作用,但同时也影响了灯泡的散热,因此如何在聚光的同时增强灯罩的散热效果是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,它结构简单,便于制造,在聚光的同时也具有良好的散热性能,延长了灯泡的使用寿命。
为解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,它包括底座、吊绳、灯头及灯罩,所述底座通过吊绳连接灯头,所述灯罩安装在灯头上,所述的灯罩上设置有通风孔,所述灯罩的***设置有散热翅片,所述的灯罩内侧设置有反光层。
更进一步的,所述的灯罩为金属材料制成,所述的散热翅片为金属材料制成,所述散热翅片与灯罩为一体化结构。
更进一步的,所述的散热翅片的截面图为锥形,所述散热翅片为环形翅片。
更进一步的,所述的吊绳为中通结构,所述吊绳内部设置有导电线。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、反光层的设置增强了本发明的聚光效果,通风孔和散热翅片的设置增强了本发明的散热效果,本发明结构简单,便于制造,而且本发明散热翅片的设置也增强了灯罩的设计感,提高了生活品质。
2、本发明所述散热翅片与灯罩为一体化结构,增强了灯罩与散热翅片之间的导热效率,提高了本发明的散热性能。
3、本发明散热翅片的锥形结构的设置使得本发明的散热翅片顶端的空气流通更为通畅,散热效果更显著。

反光层的设置增强了本实施例的聚光效果,通风孔2和散热翅片4的设置增强了本实施例的散热效果,本实施例结构简单,便于制造,而且本实施例散热翅片4的设置也增强了灯罩的设计感,提高了生活品质。
[实施例2]
本实施例在实施例1的基础上做了进一步的改进,如图1所示的一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,所述的灯罩4为金属材料制成,所述的散热翅片5为金属材料制成,所述散热翅片5与灯罩3为一体化结构。增强了灯罩4与散热翅片5之间的导热效率,提高了本实施例的散热性能。

本实施例在实施例1的基础上做了进一步的改进,如图1所示的一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,所述的散热翅片5的截面图为锥形,所述散热翅片5为环形翅片。锥形结构的设置使得本实施例的散热翅片5顶端的空气流通更为通畅,散热效果更显著。

本实施例在实施例1的基础上做了进一步的改进,如图1所示的一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,所述的吊绳2为中通结构,所述吊绳2内部设置有导电线,便于接通电源。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,其特征在于:所述的灯罩(3)为金属材料制成,所述的散热翅片(5)为金属材料制成,所述散热翅片(5)与灯罩(4)为一体化结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种散热性能良好的智能家居聚光设备,其特征在于:所述的散热翅片(5)的截面图为锥形,所述散热翅片(5)为环形翅片。
