本发明公开了一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)表面预处理;(2)活化;(3)化学镀;(4)化学镀层表面处理;(5)真空电镀氧化锆。本发明一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,操作简便,容易实现,其制备的镀层在塑胶表面呈稳定的金黄色,且不氧化不变色,性能稳定,是制备金黄色塑胶产品的理想选择。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶制品表面电镀技术领域,特别是涉及一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法。
背景技术
塑胶制品在生活中有着广泛的用途。近年来,随着塑胶产品质量的提高,人们对塑胶产品的外观颜色也逐步关注并提出要求。现有塑胶制品的外观大多为银白色,颜色单一,不能满足市场需求。金黄色金属光泽因具有镜面光亮和雍容华贵的外观而越来越受青睐。但现有塑胶制品镀金黄色镀层一般使用镀真金或镀铜锡仿金工艺,前者存在成本过高的问题,后者存在金属镀层不稳定,易氧化变色的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,能够解决现有金色镀层存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)表面预处理:将塑胶制品表面碱洗除油后,浸入到亲水液中进行表面浸润处理,然后利用磨砂打磨的方式对其进行粗化处理;
(2)活化:将步骤(1)中表面打磨粗化后的塑胶制品清洗并干燥,然后置于活化液中活化处理,再酸洗出去活化液;
(3)化学镀:将步骤(2)中活化后的塑胶制品依次浸入化学镀镍溶液、化学镀铜溶液和化学镀铬溶液中进行化学镀镍、镀铜和镀铬处理;
(4)化学镀层表面处理:将步骤(4)中经表面化学镀处理后的塑胶制品进行超声清洗,然后干燥备用;
(5)真空电镀氧化锆:将步骤(5)中经表面处理后并带有镍铜铬镀层的塑胶制品进行真空镀氮化锆,在塑胶表面形成金属色镀层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述亲水液的配方组成为:质量浓度为20~30%的H2SO4 50 ~ 130 g/L,脂肪酸钠0.6 ~ 0.8g/L,表面活性剂1~3g/L;所述亲水处理的时间为10~30min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述活化液的配方组成为:钯活化剂240~280g/L,预浸盐30~50g/L,分析纯盐酸30~40mL/L;所述活化处理的工艺条件为:温度40~50℃,时间5~10min;所述酸洗液为质量浓度为5~10%的盐酸或硫酸。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述化学镀镍溶液的配方为::NiSO4 150~210g/L,NaH2PO2·H2O 15~20g/L,NiSO4 220~280g/L,NiCl2 30~50g/L,H3BO3 40~50g/L,柠檬酸钠20~25g/L;所述化学镀铜溶液的配方为:Cu2P2O7·3H2O 70~80g/L,K4P2O7·3H2O 350~390g/L,柠檬酸铵10~20g/L、CuSO4 100 ~ 150g/L;所述化学镀铬溶液的配方为:Cr2O3 220~250g/L,分析纯H2SO4 1~ 1.5g/L。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述化学镀镍的工艺条件为:温度45~55℃,时间8~12min;所述化学镀铜的工艺条件为:温度30~45℃,时间5~10min;所述化学镀铬的工艺条件为:温度45~55℃,时间5~8min。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(5)中,所述真空镀氧化锆的工艺条件为:靶材为99.99%锆靶,压强0.6~0.8Pa,氮气流量25~35%,功率250~300W,温度180~200℃,时间10~15min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,操作简便,容易实现,其制备的镀层在塑胶表面呈稳定的金黄色,且不氧化不变色,性能稳定,是制备金黄色塑胶产品的理想选择。

本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,具体为在塑胶表面镀上一层氮化锆涂层,具体步骤如下:
(1)表面预处理:将塑胶制品表面用碱性溶液如小苏打水洗除油后,浸入到亲水液中进行表面浸润处理10~30min,然后利用磨砂打磨的方式对其进行粗化处理,使其表面粗糙度值Ra达到1.0~1.5;
其中,所述亲水液的配方组成为:质量浓度为20~30%的H2SO4 50 ~ 130 g/L,脂肪酸钠0.6 ~ 0.8g/L,表面活性剂1~3g/L;
(2)活化:将步骤(1)中表面打磨粗化后的塑胶制品清洗并干燥,然后置于活化液中在40~50℃温度下,活化处理5~10min,再用质量浓度为5~10%的盐酸或硫酸酸洗出去表面残留活化液;
其中,所述活化液的配方组成为:钯活化剂240~280g/L,预浸盐30~50g/L,分析纯盐酸30~40mL/L;
(3)化学镀:将步骤(2)中活化后的塑胶制品依次浸入化学镀镍溶液、化学镀铜溶液和化学镀铬溶液中,分别在45~55℃下化学镀镍8~12min,在30~45℃下化学镀铜5~10min,在45~55℃下化学镀镍5~8min,以在塑胶制品表面依次形成镍层、铜层和铬层;
其中,所述化学镀镍溶液的配方为:NiSO4 150~210g/L,NaH2PO2·H2O 15~20g/L,NiSO4 220~280g/L,NiCl2 30~50g/L,H3BO3 40~50g/L,柠檬酸钠20~25g/L;
所述化学镀铜溶液的配方为:Cu2P2O7·3H2O 70~80g/L,K4P2O7·3H2O 350~390g/L,柠檬酸铵10~20g/L、CuSO4 100 ~ 150g/L;
所述化学镀铬溶液的配方为:Cr2O3 220~250g/L,分析纯H2SO4 1~ 1.5g/L。
(4)化学镀层表面处理:将步骤(4)中经表面化学镀处理后的塑胶制品进行超声清洗30min,然后干燥备用;
(5)真空电镀氧化锆:将步骤(5)中经表面处理后并带有镍铜铬镀层的塑胶制品进行真空镀氮化锆,在塑胶表面形成金属色镀层;
所述真空镀氧化锆的工艺条件为:靶材为99.99%锆靶,压强0.6~0.8Pa,氮气流量25~35%,功率250~300W,温度180~200℃,时间10~15min。
上述方法得到的塑胶制品,其表面形成金黄色镀层,且镀层性能温度,在中低温条件下不氧化不变色,性能稳定。

Claims (6)

1.一种在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)表面预处理:将塑胶制品表面碱洗除油后,浸入到亲水液中进行表面浸润处理,然后利用磨砂打磨的方式对其进行粗化处理;
(2)活化:将步骤(1)中表面打磨粗化后的塑胶制品清洗并干燥,然后置于活化液中活化处理,再酸洗出去活化液;
(3)化学镀:将步骤(2)中活化后的塑胶制品依次浸入化学镀镍溶液、化学镀铜溶液和化学镀铬溶液中进行化学镀镍、镀铜和镀铬处理;
(4)化学镀层表面处理:将步骤(4)中经表面化学镀处理后的塑胶制品进行超声清洗,然后干燥备用;
(5)真空电镀氧化锆:将步骤(5)中经表面处理后并带有镍铜铬镀层的塑胶制品进行真空镀氮化锆,在塑胶表面形成金属色镀层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,所述亲水液的配方组成为:质量浓度为20~30%的H2SO4 50 ~ 130 g/L,脂肪酸钠0.6 ~ 0.8g/L,表面活性剂1~3g/L;所述亲水处理的时间为10~30min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的在塑胶表面电镀金色镀层的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述活化液的配方组成为:钯活化剂240~280g/L,预浸盐30~50g/L,分析纯盐酸30~40mL/L;所述活化处理的工艺条件为:温度40~50℃,时间5~10min;所述酸洗液为质量浓度为5~10%的盐酸或硫酸。
