本发明揭示了一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜,所述多层复合耐用真空镀膜包括基体以及设置于基体表面的防护层,所述防护层呈凹性结构设置,并且所述防护层的凹形结构的开口端与所述基体贴合设置,所述防护层的凹形结构的两侧包裹设置在所述基体两侧,并且所述基体与所述防护层凹形结构的相对面之间设置有间隙,在该间隙内填充设置有透光层,所述基体为二氧化锆,所述防护层为三氧化钨,所述透光层为聚4‑甲基‑1‑戊烯树脂。本发明具有耐磨损、耐老化、防紫外线好、透光性好以及使用寿命长的特点。

一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜。
背景技术
真空镀膜是目前得到广泛使用的材料,种类较多。不同的使用条件下需要设计不同成分和理化性能的镀膜材料。现有技术中镀膜大多为单层结构,贴合比较简单,但是其本身具备的功能相对欠缺,使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有耐磨损、耐老化、防紫外线好、透光性好以及使用寿命长的特点的多层复合耐用真空镀膜。
本发明的技术方案是,一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜,所述多层复合耐用真空镀膜包括基体以及设置于基体表面的防护层,所述防护层呈凹性结构设置,并且所述防护层的凹形结构的开口端与所述基体贴合设置,所述防护层的凹形结构的两侧包裹设置在所述基体两侧,并且所述基体与所述防护层凹形结构的相对面之间设置有间隙,在该间隙内填充设置有透光层,所述基体为二氧化锆,所述防护层为三氧化钨,所述透光层为聚4-甲基-1-戊烯树脂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基体、防护层以及透光层贴合处的厚度比为3:1:2。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基体、防护层以及透光层贴合处的厚度分别为1.5mm、0.5mm以及1mm。
本发明所述为一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜,本发明具有耐磨损、耐老化、防紫外线好、透光性好以及使用寿命长的特点。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明所述为一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜,如图1所示,所述多层复合耐用真空镀膜包括基体1以及设置于基体1表面的防护层2。
所述防护层2呈凹性结构设置,并且所述防护层2的凹形结构的开口端与所述基体1贴合设置。
所述防护层2的凹形结构的两侧包裹设置在所述基体1两侧,并且所述基体1与所述防护层2凹形结构的相对面之间设置有间隙,在该间隙内填充设置有透光层3。
所述基体1为二氧化锆,所述防护层2为三氧化钨,所述透光层3为聚4-甲基-1-戊烯树脂。
所述基体1、防护层2以及透光层3贴合处的厚度比为3:1:2。
所述基体1、防护层2以及透光层3贴合处的厚度分别为1.5mm、0.5mm以及1mm。
本发明所述为一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜,本发明具有耐磨损、耐老化、防紫外线好、透光性好以及使用寿命长的特点。

1.一种多层复合耐用真空镀膜,所述多层复合耐用真空镀膜包括基体以及设置于基体表面的防护层,其特征在于:所述防护层呈凹性结构设置,并且所述防护层的凹形结构的开口端与所述基体贴合设置,所述防护层的凹形结构的两侧包裹设置在所述基体两侧,并且所述基体与所述防护层凹形结构的相对面之间设置有间隙,在该间隙内填充设置有透光层,所述基体为二氧化锆,所述防护层为三氧化钨,所述透光层为聚4-甲基-1-戊烯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合耐用真空镀膜,其特征在于:所述基体、防护层以及透光层贴合处的厚度比为3:1:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合耐用真空镀膜,其特征在于:所述基体、防护层以及透光层贴合处的厚度分别为1.5mm、0.5mm以及1mm。
