Abstract
本专利涉及一种保健球的制作方法，特别是一种运用核桃壳、楠木、红木或者不锈钢做外壳，薄荷、艾叶和磁性材料做填充物的一种保健球。实施方式一：把材质做成直径7.5厘米，壁厚度至少在1厘米半球两个，每个半球上至少带有6个小孔，小孔半径0.5毫米，半球上带有螺纹，可以很方便地拧合；薄荷和艾叶粉碎成0.5‑1厘米，取薄荷、艾叶、添加维生素B6用纱布包装，制成直径6厘米圆形纱布包，中间留直径为2厘米空心；在纱布包空心中间装直径为2厘米球形磁性材料；将装有磁性材料纱布包装进名贵木料制作的两个半球中间，合上两个半球，这样就制得了该保健球。实施方式二：采用核桃或者仿核桃壳做保健球外壳，填充物和上面制作方法相同，这样就制得了另一种保健球。

本专利涉及一种健身球及其制作方法，其特征在于它是一种用优质天然的核桃皮、红楠木、檀香木做外壳，用永久磁铁做内核，镶充粉碎艾叶制作的一种健身球。
背景技术
手上有很多重要穴位，不同穴位对应着身体的不同器官，经常按摩手指、手掌、手背等，可以调节脏腑、清心和胃、消除面疮、泻热宣肺、散淤润肤、清心泻火、促进血液循环、解除疲乏、振作精神、提神醒脑。 手掌按摩非常方便，一般中老年人用木头滚轴、保健球等来刺激手掌穴位。按摩的保健球有文玩核桃、钢球、木质保健球等，都能起到按摩手掌穴位的作用。另外人们还把磁体制成项链、手链等，主要利用了磁铁的保健作用。
保健球在中老年人群中应用相当普遍，是我国一种传统的按摩健身的一种保健方法，经常玩保健球可以使手指、手掌、手腕弯曲伸展灵活，促进指、腕、肘等上肢肌肉的运动，可防止和纠正中老年人退行性病变所致的上肢麻木无力、颤抖、握力减退等症状。保健球刺激手掌第二、第三掌骨，有利于调节中枢神经的功能，镇静怡神、健脑益智，增进自身脏腑的生理功能，发挥“动则不衰”的生理效应。手部运动对大脑有益，玩健身球的时候，可以使人的思想集中于手上，排除各类杂念，消除紧张状态，使大脑得到放松。玩保健球时，球体规则旋转发出柔和的音响，会使大脑神经的兴奋与抑制得以适度平衡，张弛相宜。而且手部的运动能使脑部的供血更加充足，常玩保健球能有效保健大脑，减缓脑部的老化速度，还能避免老年痴呆症的发生。另外，近年来，磁疗技术的兴起，为人们健康保健起到了一定的作用。
但目前使用的保健球趣味性不是很强，如果在保健球中增加一点磁性材料，在玩转的过程中产生微弱的电流，通过微弱磁场和电场的双重作用，进一步刺激手掌的穴位，保健效果会更加显著，同时，在加上一点中药的芳香和中药材的预防保健治疗作用，效果将更好。
发明内容
把保健球做成空心透气的球体，内部加上强磁性材料，再填充艾叶、薄荷以及维生素等成分，制成的保健球将更有趣味性和保健性。
Claims (3)
1.本专利涉及一种保健球，包括带孔的外壳、内胆和内芯，其特征在于：所述保健球的外壳上有分布均匀的小孔，一般不少于6个，多着可以不加限制，孔径可大可小，材质可以用木质或者不锈钢，上有螺丝，可以很方便地打开为两半，便于更换内胆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健球，其特征在于：内胆用艾叶、薄荷、维生素B等药物填充，并制成空心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健球，其特征在于：内芯内装有永磁体材料。
