Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, a method for adjusting screen brightness includes the following steps:
s1: presetting an optimal ratio Q of the external light intensity/the backlight light intensity, a down-regulation ratio P1 and an up-regulation ratio P2;
the specific values of the optimal ratio Q, the up-regulation ratio P1 and the down-regulation ratio P2 in this embodiment are set by the user according to the sensitivity of the user to light and the reading habit, and the specific method is as follows: under the environment of any light intensity, a user enables the screen brightness to reach the best eye use habit by adjusting the backlight brightness, and sets the ratio of the external light intensity/the backlight light intensity at the moment as the best ratio Q; the P1 and the P2 can be set according to the habits of the user, the small P1 and the small P2 indicate that the reading quality requirement of the user is high, the backlight brightness needs to be adjusted in real time according to the ambient brightness, and if the large P1 and the large P2 indicate that the reading quality requirement of the user is low, the frequent change of the backlight brightness can be reduced.
S2: calculating a comfortable ratio region [ Q1, Q2] of the external light intensity/the backlight light intensity, wherein Q1= Q (1-P1), Q2= Q (1 + P2);
for example, if the preset optimal ratio Q =5, the down-regulation ratio P1=10%, and the up-regulation ratio P2=20%, the comfort ratio range is [ Q1=5 (1-10%), Q2=5 (1 + 20%) ], and P1 and P2 may be equal.
S3: detecting and obtaining the external light intensity A and the backlight light intensity B of the screen in the current environment;
in this embodiment, the ambient light intensity and the backlight light intensity of the current environment may be detected by the light intensity sensor, or may be detected by any other known method.
Preferably, the backlight light intensity can also be calculated by detecting a backlight current, and the backlight light intensity increases with the increase of the backlight current within a certain range; fig. 3 shows the relationship between the backlight current and the backlight intensity of a 17.8V constant-voltage backlight, wherein the backlight current is shown on the X-axis in mA, and the backlight intensity is shown on the Y-axis in cd/square meter.
S4: calculating to obtain a current ratio M = A/B of the external light intensity/the backlight light intensity of the screen in the current environment;
s5: compare the current ratio M to the comfort ratio region [ Q1, Q2 ]: if the current ratio M is within the comfort ratio region [ Q1, Q2], the brightness of the backlight does not need to be changed; if the current ratio M is not in the comfort ratio region [ Q1, Q2], the current ratio is returned to the comfort ratio region [ Q1, Q2] by adjusting the brightness of the backlight.
The screen brightness adjusting method of the embodiment introduces the concept of the comfortable ratio area of the external light intensity/the backlight light intensity, and only when the current ratio of the external light intensity/the backlight light intensity exceeds the comfortable ratio area, the backlight brightness is adjusted, so that the problem of frequent correction of the backlight brightness caused by walking of a user, small changes of indoor and outdoor light and other reasons in the prior art is solved, the backlight power consumption is reduced, and the cruising ability of the battery is increased on the premise of not influencing the visual effect.
Preferably, in step S5, if the current ratio M is not within the comfort ratio region [ Q1, Q2], the current ratio M is made equal to the preset optimal ratio Q by adjusting the brightness of the backlight.
In step S5, the adjusting the backlight brightness is to adjust the backlight brightness by adjusting the backlight current, and the adjusting process specifically includes:
(1) if the current ratio Q1 is more than or equal to M and less than or equal to Q2, the backlight current does not need to be adjusted;
(2) if the current ratio M is larger than Q2, calculating the comfortable current or the optimal current corresponding to the backlight comfortable brightness or the optimal brightness required by returning the current ratio M to the comfortable ratio region [ Q1, Q2] or the optimal ratio Q, and increasing the backlight current to the comfortable current or the optimal current;
(3) if the current ratio M < Q1, calculating the comfortable current or the optimal current corresponding to the backlight comfortable brightness or the optimal brightness required for returning the current ratio M to the comfortable ratio region [ Q1, Q2] or the optimal ratio Q, and reducing the backlight current to the comfortable current or the optimal current.
Preferably, the current ratio M and the comfort ratio Q1, Q2 after the backlight brightness adjustment is calculated are detected again, and the deviation of the output current from the brightness is prevented and corrected.
The present embodiment preferably but not limited to the backlight adopts a constant voltage input, and adjusts the backlight current by connecting the photoresistor or the adjustable resistor in parallel; the backlight brightness is adjusted by actually measuring the actual brightness of the backlight and only adjusting the backlight current by adopting constant voltage input, and compared with the prior art of calculating the backlight brightness by detecting the backlight voltage and then adjusting the backlight voltage, the backlight brightness adjusting method can prevent the deviation between the detected backlight voltage and the actual brightness caused by backlight aging.
As a further optimization of the present embodiment, in step S1, an adjustment region of the backlight brightness is also preset, and in step S5, if the calculated comfortable brightness or the optimum brightness of the backlight exceeds the preset adjustment region of the backlight brightness, a warning signal is sent.
The specific implementation mode is as follows: presetting an adjustment region of the backlight current in step S1, comparing a comfort current or an optimum current required for adjusting the backlight with the preset adjustment region of the backlight current before adjusting the backlight current in step S5, and adjusting the backlight current to the comfort current or the optimum current if the comfort current or the optimum current required for the backlight is within the preset adjustment region of the backlight current; and if the comfortable current or the optimal current required by the backlight is not in the preset regulation area of the backlight current, sending out a warning signal.
The specific numerical values of the upper limit and the lower limit of the preset backlight current adjusting area are different according to different backlight source models, the upper limit of the preset backlight current adjusting area is not larger than the maximum current which can be borne by the backlight source, and the lower limit of the preset backlight current adjusting area is not smaller than the current which corresponds to the screen when the surface brightness of the screen in a dark room is 50 cd/square meter (cd/square meter: light intensity unit).
The warning signal can be a character signal, a sound signal, a light signal and other common signal modes.
Since the adjustment of the backlight current is limited, and the damage of the backlight is accelerated by the too high or too low current, a limitation needs to be made on the adjustment of the backlight current; when the external light of the environment is too strong or too dark, the comfortable current or the optimal current required by the backlight to be adjusted to the comfortable brightness or the optimal brightness is higher or lower than the adjustment area of the backlight current, a warning signal is sent to a user, so that the user can be reminded to pay attention to the eyes, and the backlight can be prevented from being damaged.

The control module calculates the current ratio M = A/B by using a calculation unit through the external light intensity A and the backlight light intensity B detected by the first light intensity detection unit and the second light intensity detection unit; the current ratio M is compared with the comfort ratio region Q1, Q2, and the backlight brightness is adjusted so that the current ratio M returns to the comfort ratio region Q1, Q2.
