本发明公开一种耐酸胶管,属于橡胶配件制造技术领域。本发明由以下重量份数的原料制成:氯化丁基橡胶100份、二氧化硅6份~10份、氧化锆6份~10份、氯化钠6份~10份、石墨0.1份~0.2份、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯20份~30份、硬脂酸锌15份~20份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、石蜡15份~20份、酚醛树脂15份~20份以及明胶1份~5份。本发明主要是通过在橡胶中加入特定比例的酚醛树脂、明胶以及二氧化硅、氧化锆和石墨进行改姓,从而提高胶管的耐酸性能。

背景技术
目前,市场销售有具有各种特殊性能的橡胶管,耐酸胶管是其中之一。然而,随着科技的不断进步,原有的耐酸胶管产品的耐酸性能越来越无法满足工业的需求,人们迫切需求一种耐酸性能更加好的耐酸胶管产品。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐酸性能好的耐酸胶管。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶100份、二氧化硅6份~10份、氧化锆6份~10份、氯化钠6份~10份、石墨0.1份~0.2份、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯20份~30份、硬脂酸锌15份~20份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、石蜡15份~20份、酚醛树脂15份~20份以及明胶1份~5份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明主要是通过在橡胶中加入特定比例的酚醛树脂、明胶以及二氧化硅、氧化锆、氯化钠和石墨进行改姓,从而提高胶管的耐酸性能。

以下结合具体实例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例耐酸胶管由以下原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶1000g、二氧化硅60g、氧化锆80g、氯化钠100g、石墨1g、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯260g、硬脂酸锌170g、硫磺20g、石蜡200g、酚醛树脂150g以及明胶30g。
本实施例是将上述原料按照橡胶的常规制备方法进行制备,其制得的胶管在质量浓度为20%的盐酸溶液中,室温浸泡72小时后的重量变化率为0.25%,体积变化率为0.55%;在质量浓度为15%的氢氟酸溶液中,室温浸泡72小时后的重量变化率为0.86%,体积变化率为1.12%。
实施例2
本实施例耐酸胶管由以下原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶1000g、二氧化硅100g、氧化锆60g、氯化钠70g、石墨1.5g、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯200g、硬脂酸锌150g、硫磺1.5g、石蜡150g、酚醛树脂200g以及明胶10g。
本实施例是将上述原料按照橡胶的常规制备方法进行制备,其制得的胶管在质量浓度为20%的盐酸溶液中,室温浸泡72小时后的重量变化率为0.26%,体积变化率为0.57%;在质量浓度为15%的氢氟酸溶液中,室温浸泡72小时后的重量变化率为0.88%,体积变化率为1.14%。
实施例3
本实施例耐酸胶管由以下原料制成:
氯化丁基橡胶1000g、二氧化硅90g、氧化锆100g、氯化钠60g、石墨2g、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯300g、硬脂酸锌200g、硫磺1g、石蜡170g、酚醛树脂170g以及明胶50g。
本实施例是将上述原料按照橡胶的常规制备方法进行制备,其制得的胶管在质量浓度为20%的盐酸溶液中,室温浸泡72小时后的重量变化率为0.23%,体积变化率为0.50%;在质量浓度为15%的氢氟酸溶液中,室温浸泡72小时后的重量变化率为0.80%,体积变化率为1.10%。

氯化丁基橡胶100份、二氧化硅6份~10份、氧化锆6份~10份、氯化钠6份~10份、石墨0.1份~0.2份、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯20份~30份、硬脂酸锌15份~20份、硫磺0.1份~0.2份、石蜡15份~20份、酚醛树脂15份~20份以及明胶1份~5份。
