本发明公开了一种药剂高效反应装置,它主要包括中压套管、反应釜、导热管以及气液分离器。所述反应釜由上端盖、固定釜体、发热盘、旋转釜体以及下端盖组成,所述上端盖上安装有***,所述固定釜体与旋转釜体之间安装有发热盘,所述反应釜的旋转釜体的外壁两侧分别安装有一个热交换器,所述下端盖安装于旋转釜体下部,所述下端盖下方安装有气液分离器。本发明设置有旋转釜体,试剂在旋转釜体内生成,一般生物试剂制作过程中容易生热,本发明散热效果好。

背景技术
化工领域类生产生物试剂的反应釜,一般生产生物试剂,都会产生热量,如果不及时散热,有可能对反应釜造成损坏,甚至会有发生***的危险,本发明的设置,技术的改进,起到了良好的散热效果,而且对反应釜的釜体进行改进,使之旋转工作,这样试剂生成的速度也会加快。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种试剂反应速度快,容易散热的药剂高效反应装置。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种药剂高效反应装置,它主要包括中压套管、反应釜、导热管以及气液分离器,所述反应釜由上端盖、固定釜体、发热盘、旋转釜体以及下端盖组成,所述上端盖上安装有***,所述固定釜体与旋转釜体之间安装有发热盘,所述固定釜体两侧分别安装有吸湿器,所述反应釜的旋转釜体的外壁两侧分别安装有一个热交换器,所述导热管上安装有散热片,所述下端盖安装于旋转釜体下部,所述下端盖与反应釜的旋转釜体通过下锁紧扣连接扣紧,所述下端盖下方安装有气液分离器。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明设置有旋转釜体,试剂在旋转釜体内生成,散热效果好。

如图1所示,一种药剂高效反应装置,它主要包括中压套管1、反应釜、导热管6以及气液分离器8,所述反应釜由上端盖2、固定釜体4、发热盘9、旋转釜体5以及下端盖7组成,所述上端盖2上安装有***3,所述固定釜体4与旋转釜体5之间安装有发热盘9,所述固定釜体4两侧分别安装有吸湿器10,所述反应釜的旋转釜体5的外壁两侧分别安装有一个热交换器6。
具体实施:所述导热管6上安装有散热片,所述下端盖7安装于旋转釜体5下部,所述下端盖7与反应釜的旋转釜体5通过下锁紧扣11连接扣紧,所述下端盖7下方安装有气液分离器8。
