技术领域
本发明属于材料化学技术领域，尤其涉及LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
光疗胶又称UV甲油胶，属于彩妆中指甲油的一种，涂覆在指甲表面，经UV光照射后固化形成薄膜，色彩绚丽、光泽饱满，使得指甲极具美感，深受广大女性的欢迎和喜爱。
目前，市场上指甲油主要有水性指甲油、硝基指甲油、UV光疗胶这三中，UV光疗胶跟其他两种指甲油相比具有附着力好，保持时间长，光泽度高等优点。现已成为美甲行业的主流使用产品。
目前的UV光疗胶是针对UV汞灯光源设计的配方，随着LED的兴起，LED-UV光源已逐步替代UV汞灯光源，而且未来将成为主流，因用于固化的光源的光谱特性改变，目前的UV光疗胶配方急需改良。
现在，市面上使用的光疗胶为三步胶：底胶、彩胶、封层胶，分三次按次序分别涂覆和固化。美甲灯主要是以CCFL+LED为光源，光源波长峰值为250nm、395nm。美甲灯功率一般为12-36W。
目前的UV光疗胶产品存在缺陷有待改良，包括固化时间长、存在浮胶、需要擦洗。光疗胶的使用和固化过程是裸露在空气环境中按照自由基聚合原理进行的，空气中的氧分子对自由基聚合有着不可忽视的阻聚作用，尤其是在低功率LED-UV灯的弱光下，氧阻聚现象尤为明显。
现在三步光疗胶的每一层(底胶、面胶、彩胶)涂覆完之后在美甲灯下固化时间均需要120s以上，且表层仍然残留一层未完全固化的浮胶，不能表干。由于底胶固化后需要继续涂覆彩胶，彩胶固化后需要继续涂覆封层胶，所以这两层的浮胶可以不需要处理，它会与下一步涂覆在其上面的彩胶和面胶发生交联固化反应，可是最后封层胶上的经美甲灯照射固化之后残留的浮胶则必须用棉布或者棉签沾酒精将其擦洗干净。业内称第三步封层胶为擦洗封层，使用这种擦洗封层，使得美甲工艺稍显复杂，人力、物力和时间成本有所增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供了一种LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，本发明的免擦洗封层胶能够基本克服氧阻聚现象，具有很高的固化反应速率，在LED-UV这样的弱光源下可以实现完全固化，不存在有浮胶、不表干的情形，而且固化时间也由一般的120s缩短为60s左右。因此在美甲过程中省去了擦洗过程，使得美甲工艺变得简单，节约了人力、物力和时间成本。
本发明采用的技术方案为：一种LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，包含以下重量百分比浓度的原料：低聚物7～90％、活性单体7～90％、光引发剂1～10％、硫醇类化合物1～10％、稳定剂0.1～1％。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，包含以下重量百分比浓度的原料：低聚物45～55％、活性单体30～40％、光引发剂6～8％、硫醇类化合物6.5～8.5％、稳定剂0.4～0.6％。当所述原料的重量百分比浓度在上述范围内时，制得的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶的固化反应速率更高，固化时间更短。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述低聚物为不饱和聚酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚醚丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、纯丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进，所述活性单体选自单官能团单体和/或双官能团单体。
作为对上述技术方案的更进一步改进，所述单官能团单体为丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)、醋酸乙烯酯(VA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)、异冰片丙烯酸酯(IBOA)、异冰片基甲基丙烯酸酯(IBOMA)、丙烯酸羟基酯、甲基丙烯酸羟基酯中的至少一种。所述丙烯酸羟基酯优选为丙烯酸羟基乙酯(HEA)和/或丙烯酸羟基丙酯(HPA)；所述甲基丙烯酸羟基酯优选为甲基丙烯酸羟基乙酯(HEMA)和/或甲基丙烯酸羟基丙酯(HPMA)。

本发明的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶通过在配方中加入硫醇类化合物和稳定剂提高固化效率和克服氧阻聚现象。
具体的说，本发明是在自由基固化体系中加入含有巯基(-SH)的硫醇类化合物(也即巯基化合物)，这样在自由基聚合过程中，当有氧气存在时，烷基自由基与氧原子结合，形成过氧自由基，新生成的过氧自由基又会通过夺取硫醇上巯基的氢原子产生巯基自由基，聚合反应又得以进行，这样氧气的存在就不会导致氧阻聚现象的发生，反而由于巯基自由基的活性极大，聚合的速率会有很大的提高。然后由于硫醇类化合物活性极高，会游离出巯基自由基，在没有紫外光照射下也会慢慢发生暗反应，因此为了提高产品的储存稳定性，本发明在体系中加入了稳定剂，中和游离出来的巯基自由基，抑制暗反应的发生。
本发明所述的免擦洗封层胶可以在LED-UV美甲灯弱光源下克服氧阻聚现象，消除表层不干粘手的现象，在美甲过程中可免除擦去浮胶的工艺和步骤。
本发明所述的免擦洗封层胶在LED-UV美甲灯照射下30-60S内可以实现完全固化，相比于现在常用的封层胶90-120S的固化时间大大缩短。
本发明还提供了所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将所述低聚物、活性单体、光引发剂、硫醇类化合物、稳定剂混合；
(2)在常温常压下，将混合好的原料进行搅拌分散，使得光引发剂充分溶解，各组分充分分散；
(3)静置脱去气泡或真空脱去气泡。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进，在转速为800～1500rpm的条件下进行搅拌分散。
相对于现有技术，本发明的有益效果为：

本发明的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶的制备方法操作简单、方便。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点，下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
按照45wt％的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(沙多玛996)、10wt％的环氧丙烯酸酯(沙多玛E151)、10wt％的丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO,日本兴人)、20wt％的1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA,长兴EM221)、6wt％的2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO、久日新材)、8.5wt％的季戊四醇四(3-巯基丙酸酯)(PETMP三井化学)、0.5wt％的三(N-亚硝基-N-苯基羟胺)铝盐(510、英利科技)混合投料，常温常压条件下，在搅拌机中以1000rpm的速度搅拌，使光引发剂充分溶解和各组分充分分散，然后静置脱去气泡，就得到了澄清透亮的免擦洗封层胶。

按照30wt％的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(长兴DR-U120)、20wt％的聚酯丙烯酸酯(长兴6355)、35wt％的甲基丙烯酸羟基乙酯(HEMA,日本三菱)、5wt％的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184，久日新材)、3wt％的2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO，久日新材)、3wt％的三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)(TMPMP，精德化学)、3.5wt％的季戊四醇四(3-巯基丙酸酯)(PETMP三井化学)、0.2wt％的三(N-亚硝基-N-苯基羟胺)铝盐(510、英利科技)、0.3wt％的2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT,宁康化工)混合投料，常温常压条件下，在搅拌机中以1200rpm的速度搅拌，使光引发剂充分溶解和各组分充分分散，然后静置脱去气泡，就得到了澄清透亮的免擦洗封层胶。
实施例3
按照30wt％的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(长兴DR-U240)、15wt％的环氧丙烯酸酯(沙多玛E151)、10wt％纯丙烯酸树脂(长兴6530B-4O)、10wt％的丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO,日本兴人)、20wt％的甲基丙烯酸羟基乙酯(HEMA,日本三菱)、2wt％的1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮(184，久日新材)、6wt％的2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO，久日新材)、2wt％的季戊四醇四(3-巯基丙酸酯)(PETMP，三井化学)、4.5wt％的1,4-丁二醇二(3-巯基丙酸酯)(BDMP，精德化学)、0.1wt％的对甲基苯酚、0.2wt％的对氨基苯酚、0.2wt％的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)亚磷酸酯混合投料，常温常压条件下，在搅拌机中以800rpm的速度搅拌，使光引发剂充分溶解和各组分充分分散，然后静置脱去气泡，就得到了澄清透亮的免擦洗封层胶。
实施例4
按照7wt％的聚醚丙烯酸酯、35wt％醋酸乙烯酯(VA)、25wt％丙烯酸异辛酯(EHA)、30wt％1,4-丁二醇二丙烯酸酯(BDDA)、1.9wt％2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮(1173)、1wt％乙二醇二(3-巯基丙酸酯)(GDMP)、0.1wt％对羟基苯甲醚(MEHQ)，混合投料，常温常压条件下，在搅拌机中以800rpm的速度搅拌，使光引发剂充分溶解和各组分充分分散，然后静置脱去气泡，就得到了澄清透亮的免擦洗封层胶。
实施例5
按照25wt％环氧丙烯酸酯、40wt％聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、25wt％聚酯丙烯酸酯、7wt％新戊二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(NPGDMA)、1wt％2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮(ITX)、1.7wt％三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)(TMPMP)、0.3wt％对叔丁基邻苯二酚(TBC)混合投料，常温常压条件下，在搅拌机中以1000rpm的速度搅拌，使光引发剂充分溶解和各组分充分分散，然后静置脱去气泡，就得到了澄清透亮的免擦洗封层胶。
实施例6
按照25wt％环氧丙烯酸酯、20wt％聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、20wt％异冰片基甲基丙烯酸酯(IBOMA)、20wt％丙烯酸羟基丙酯(HPA)、8wt％2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦(TPO)、wt％乙二醇二(3-巯基丙酸酯)(GDMP)、wt％1,4-丁二醇二(3-巯基丙酸酯)(BDMP)、对硝基苯酚、叔丁基对羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、氮氧自由基哌啶醇(701)混合投料，常温常压条件下，在搅拌机中以1500rpm的速度搅拌，使光引发剂充分溶解和各组分充分分散，然后静置脱去气泡，就得到了澄清透亮的免擦洗封层胶。
本发明的LED-UV光疗胶中的免擦洗封层可以在常用的美甲灯照射下30-60S内完全固化，表层没有浮胶，免擦洗，使用起来方便快捷、省时省力。
最后所应当说明的是，以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制，尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：包含以下重量百分比浓度的原料：低聚物7～90％、活性单体7～90％、光引发剂1～10％、硫醇类化合物1～10％、稳定剂0.1～1％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述低聚物为不饱和聚酯、环氧丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚醚丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、纯丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述活性单体选自单官能团单体和/或双官能团单体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述单官能团单体为丙烯酰吗啉、醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、异冰片丙烯酸酯、异冰片基甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸羟基酯、甲基丙烯酸羟基酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述双官能团单体为1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、1,4-丁二醇二丙烯酸酯、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述光引发剂为1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基-1-丙酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述硫醇类化合物为乙二醇二(3-巯基丙酸酯)、1,4-丁二醇二(3-巯基丙酸酯)、三羟甲基丙烷三(3-巯基丙酸酯)、季戊四醇四(3-巯基丙酸酯)中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶，其特征在于：所述稳定剂为对羟基苯甲醚、对叔丁基邻苯二酚、对甲基苯酚、对氨基苯酚、对硝基苯酚、叔丁基对羟基苯甲醚、2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯酚)亚磷酸酯、三(N-亚硝基-N-苯基羟胺)铝盐、氮氧自由基哌啶醇中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1～8中任一项所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶的制备方法，其特征在于：包括以下步骤：
(1)将所述低聚物、活性单体、光引发剂、硫醇类化合物、稳定剂混合；
(2)在常温常压下，将混合好的原料进行搅拌分散，使得光引发剂充分溶解，各组分充分分散；
(3)静置脱去气泡或真空脱去气泡。
10.根据权利要求9所述的LED-UV光疗胶免擦洗封层胶的制备方法，其特征在于：在转速为800～1500rpm的条件下进行搅拌分散。
