本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种新型阻水抗拉低压电缆。
背景技术
本电缆导体不发生断线,绝缘和护套材料也不发生开裂以及因雨水而发生短路。但是,迄今为止还没有一种具有优异的抗拉和阻水性能的阻水抗拉低压电缆。
发明内容
本专利是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种具有优异的抗拉和阻水性能的新型阻水抗拉低压电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种新型阻水抗拉低压电缆,它是由动力线芯、阻水填充层、内护套层、芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层、绝缘层、聚氯乙烯绝缘层以及外护套层组成,所述动力线芯设置有三组,所述动力线芯是由导体、丁腈绝缘层、非磁性金属铠装层以及镀锌铜丝屏蔽层组成,所述阻水填充层之外包裹一层内护套层,所述内护套层之外包裹一层芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层,所述芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层之外包裹一层绝缘层,所述绝缘层之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层之外包裹一层外护套层,所述芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层设置有三组,均匀挤包于绝缘层内,所述内护套层以及外护套层为氯丁橡胶护套层。
所述动力线芯导体的横截面直径长为2毫米。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆的机械性能有了很大的提高,同时在电缆遇火灾时无有毒气体放出,电缆可随风车自由扭转。

如图1所示,一种新型阻水抗拉低压电缆,它是由动力线芯1、阻水填充层2、内护套层3、芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层7、绝缘层4、聚氯乙烯绝缘层5以及外护套层6组成,所述动力线芯1设置有三组,所述动力线芯1是由导体11、丁腈绝缘层12、非磁性金属铠装层13以及镀锌铜丝屏蔽层14组成,所述阻水填充层2之外包裹一层内护套层3,所述内护套层3之外包裹一层芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层4,所述芳纶丝纤维编织屏蔽层4之外包裹一层绝缘层5,所述绝缘层5之外包裹一层聚氯乙烯绝缘层6,所述聚氯乙烯绝缘层6之外包裹一层外护套层7,所述内护套层3以及外护套层7为氯丁橡胶护套层。
