Abstract

本发明涉及活性染料防印方法,特别涉及活性翠蓝防印印花。一种防印活性翠蓝的方法,其特征在于:将2~10wt%酒石酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、衣康酸、硫酸铵中的至少一种作为防印酸剂用规定量去离子水完全溶解;加入0~5wt%水玻璃作为粘合剂与物理阻隔剂,用搅拌器高速搅拌均匀,控制溶液pH值2~4;加入5~10%固体羟乙基皂荚胶、瓜尔豆胶、淀粉、罗望子胶中的至少一种作为防印糊料,经高速搅拌1~2小时制成防印浆,控制粘度30000 mPa∙s~80000 mPa∙s。防印印花时先印制防印浆后刮印色浆,经85℃烘干、102℃饱和蒸汽蒸化8min,先用冷水洗两道,再用1~5 g/L防沾皂洗剂在90~100℃热水洗,然后冷水洗并烘干。

一种防印活性翠蓝的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及活性翠蓝染料防印印花,属纺织印染领域。
背景技术
防印印花是在印花机上利用罩印(湿法罩印)的方法,达到防染印花的效果。防印印花与防染印花机理相同,但防印印花生产过程短,工艺灵活,一个花型可采用多种防印工艺,印制效果好。在印制深浅倒置的花样、深色满地中的精细小花、叶子和叶脉等特殊花型时,由于这些色彩层次丰富,立体感较强,使用直接不仅对花困难,其轮廓也难以获得连续光滑的效果,但是防印印花可以解决这些问题。
目前各印染企业广泛采用的防印印花工艺大体有2种类型,第一种为还原防印,亚硫酸钠与乙烯砜型活性染料的乙烯砜基反应生成乙烯砜磺酸钠盐从而使乙烯砜活性染料失活,利用这一化学反应可实现乙烯砜活性染料的防白印花和一氯均三嗪活性染料防印乙烯砜活性染料的色防印花。第二种为酸性防印,即借助酸性物质中和活性染料印花色浆中的碱剂,破坏活性染料与纤维键合的环境。
活性翠蓝染料是一种母体为铜酞菁的活性染料,由于其价格低廉、印花后色泽艳丽,日晒牢度高,而在活性染料印花中广泛使用,常用于艳绿、艳蓝的拼色。但活性翠蓝母体平面性大,对纤维有非常高的亲和力,在防印印花中特别容易出现防印不净问题,严重影响印花产品质量和风格。中国专利 CN104562747A 公开了棉织物活性染料防印印花工艺,该专利中防白浆包含涂料白、粘合剂、乳化糊和硫酸钠,所防印的活性染料要求对棉纤维的亲和力小,对亲和力高的染料容易出现防印不净的问题。D Brierley and J R Provost文章指出硅酸钠可用于防印羧酸酯类分散染料,首先硅酸钠作为碱剂可以使Dispersol PC型分散染料羧酸酯水解成水溶性更高的羧酸盐从而丧失对涤纶纤维亲和力,其次硅酸钠在pH值降低后可形成聚合物形态,该中间形态类似一层凝胶从而阻隔分散染料与涤纶纤维接触,因此硅酸钠具有物理防印作用(D Brierley and J R Provost,JSDC Volume 99 December 1983),但文章中没有提及硅酸钠用于活性染料防印印花。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防印活性翠蓝的方法,使用硅酸钠和非挥发有机弱酸,采用化学防印和物理防印相结合方式防印活性翠蓝染料。
活性翠蓝染料防印不净主要是因为活性翠蓝母体平面性大,对纤维有非常高的亲和力,在印花过程中经磁棒或刮刀刮印到棉纤维上,由于其对棉纤维具有高亲和力因而难以洗除从而出现防印不净。本发明中使用非挥发性有机弱酸作为防印酸剂,有机酸可中和色浆中的碱剂,提供酸性环境从而阻止活性染料与纤维素纤维反应,在蒸化过程非挥发性有机弱酸可减少对其他部位颜色影响,降低棉织物强力损失。使用耐酸性糊料作为增稠剂,控制防印浆高粘度可有效减少活性染料与纤维的接触。硅酸钠在酸性条件下可形成聚合物形态,该中间形态类似一层凝胶从而阻隔活性染料与纤维接触,因此硅酸钠具有物理防印作用。水洗过程中热水洗控制温度90~100℃并加入防沾皂洗剂可有效洗除吸附在纤维上的活性染料并防止高亲和力活性染料沾染白地。
本发明将2~10wt%酒石酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、衣康酸、硫酸铵中的至少一种作为防印酸剂用去离子水完全溶解;加入0~5wt%水玻璃作为粘合剂与物理阻隔剂,用搅拌器高速搅拌均匀,控制溶液pH值2~4;加入5~10%固体羟乙基皂荚胶、瓜尔豆胶、淀粉、罗望子胶中的至少一种作为防印糊料,经高速搅拌1~2小时制成防印浆,控制粘度30000 mPa∙s~80000 mPa∙s。防印印花时先将防印浆印制到织物上后再刮印色浆,经85℃烘干、102℃饱和蒸汽蒸化8min后,冷水洗两道,再用1~5 g/L防沾皂洗剂在90~100℃皂洗,最后热水洗、冷水洗并烘干。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
一种防印活性翠蓝的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将2~10wt%酒石酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、衣康酸、硫酸铵中的至少一种作为防印酸剂用去离子水完全溶解;加入0~5wt%水玻璃作为粘合剂与物理阻隔剂,用搅拌器高速搅拌均匀,控制溶液pH值2~4;加入5~10%固体羟乙基皂荚胶、瓜尔豆胶、淀粉、罗望子胶中的至少一种作为防印糊料,经高速搅拌1~2小时制成防印浆,控制粘度30000 mPa∙s~80000 mPa∙s;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的防印浆印制到织物上后再刮印色浆,经85℃烘干、102℃饱和蒸汽蒸化8min后,冷水洗两道,再用1~5 g/L防沾皂洗剂在90~100℃皂洗,最后热水洗、冷水洗并烘干。
实施例 1
防印浆制备:将6wt%柠檬酸用去86wt%去离子水完全溶解,加2wt%水玻璃用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,用广泛pH值试纸控制溶液pH值2~4,在搅拌器搅拌下将6wt%瓜尔豆胶加入溶液中,逐渐增大转速高速搅拌1~2小时,用粘度计测量防印浆粘度在30000~80000 mPa∙s,备用。
活性印花色浆制备:准确称量80wt%去离子水,依次加入10wt%尿素、5wt%小苏打、1wt%防染盐s、4wt%固体海藻酸钠,用搅拌器高速搅拌2小时,膨化24小时得印花原糊。准确称量5wt%活性翠蓝WGFN,用47.5wt%去离子水化开,加入47.5wt%上述海藻酸钠原糊搅拌均匀得活性印花色浆。
将按上述配方配制的防印浆和色浆用于纯棉织物的防印印花,烘干,用饱和蒸汽汽蒸8min,再进行水洗皂洗。具体防白印花流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印防印浆线条(3mm/s,3V)→罩印色浆(3mm/s,5V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,8min)→第一道室温水洗→第二道室温水洗→90~100℃热水皂洗→冷水洗→烘干。防印布样具有优异的防印白度、防印线条精细度好。
实施例 2
防印浆制备:将7wt%柠檬酸用85wt%去离子水完全溶解,加2wt%水玻璃用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,用广泛pH值试纸控制溶液pH值2~4,在搅拌器搅拌下将6wt%羟乙基皂荚胶加入溶液中,逐渐增大转速高速搅拌1~2小时,用粘度计测量防印浆粘度在30000~80000 mPa∙s,备用。
活性印花色浆制备:准确称量80wt%去离子水,依次加入10wt%尿素、5wt%小苏打、1wt%防染盐s、4wt%固体海藻酸钠,用搅拌器高速搅拌2小时,膨化24小时得印花原糊。准确称量5wt%活性翠蓝BPSA,用47.5wt%去离子水化开,加入47.5wt%上述海藻酸钠原糊搅拌均匀得活性印花色浆。

实施例 3
防印浆制备:将7wt%柠檬酸用85wt%去离子水完全溶解,加2wt%水玻璃用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,用广泛pH值试纸控制溶液pH值2~4,在搅拌器搅拌下将6wt%羟乙基皂荚胶加入溶液中,逐渐增大转速高速搅拌1~2小时,用粘度计测量防印浆粘度在30000~80000 mPa∙s,备用。
活性印花色浆制备:准确称量80wt%去离子水,依次加入10wt%尿素、5wt%小苏打、1wt%防染盐s、4wt%固体海藻酸钠,用搅拌器高速搅拌2小时,膨化24小时得印花原糊。准确称量5wt%活性翠蓝BPSA、0.3wt%活性蓝P-3R,用47.4wt%去离子水化开,加入47.3wt%上述海藻酸钠原糊搅拌均匀得活性印花色浆。
将按上述配方配制的防印浆和色浆用于纯棉织物的防印印花,烘干,用饱和蒸汽汽蒸8min,再进行水洗皂洗。具体防白印花流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印防印浆线条(3mm/s,3V)→罩印色浆(3mm/s,5V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,8min)→第一道室温水洗→第二道室温水洗→90~100℃热水皂洗→冷水洗→烘干。防印布样具有优异的防印白度、防印线条精细度好。

Claims (2)

1.一种防印活性翠蓝的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将2~10wt%酒石酸、马来酸、柠檬酸、衣康酸、硫酸铵中的至少一种作为防印酸剂用去离子水完全溶解;加入0~5wt%水玻璃作为粘合剂与物理阻隔剂,用搅拌器高速搅拌均匀,控制溶液pH值2~4;加入5~10%固体羟乙基皂荚胶、瓜尔豆胶、淀粉、罗望子胶中的至少一种作为防印糊料,经高速搅拌1~2小时制成防印浆;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的防印浆印制到织物上后再刮印色浆,经85℃烘干、102℃饱和蒸汽蒸化8min后,冷水洗两道,再用1~5 g/L防沾皂洗剂在90~100℃皂洗,最后热水洗、冷水洗并烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防印活性翠蓝的方法,其特征在于所述防印浆的粘度为30000 mPa∙s~80000 mPa∙s。
