Abstract
本发明属于PVC管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型阻燃PVC管材。本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无毒、高阻燃、高强度的新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂40~100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA3~5份、氯化聚乙烯10~20份、发泡剂1~2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15~25份、钛白粉1~3份、蒙脱土1~3份、微胶囊化红磷5~13份、氢氧化铝2~4份、膨胀性石墨2~4份、水滑石10~15份。本发明具有阻燃性能优异、流体阻力低、强度高、韧性好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于PVC管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型阻燃PVC管材。
背景技术
PVC管道是市场份额最大的塑料管道,占塑料管道近百分之70 的份额。今年来我国PVC管材发展较快,每年增长率达到百分之8,而每年需求增长率为百分之2。在塑料管材中,PVC管材用量一直遥遥领先,PVC管材的主要成分为PVC树脂。PVC树脂是由聚乙烯通过自有基聚合而成的,PVC树脂本身就具有很高的阻燃性,但在其加工过程中往往加入大量的助剂用以提高材料的加工性能和柔软度,而助剂一般为易燃物,大量添加则大大降低软质PVC的阻燃性,另外,PVC燃烧时生烟量大,而且添加的大多是有机类阻燃剂,不仅有毒,还容易造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种无毒、高阻燃、高强度的新型阻燃PVC管材。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂40~100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA3~5份、氯化聚乙烯10~20份、发泡剂1~2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15~25份、钛白粉1~3份、蒙脱土1~3份、微胶囊化红磷5~13份、氢氧化铝2~4份、膨胀性石墨2~4份、水滑石10~15份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂50~80份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯15~20份、发泡剂1~2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15~20份、钛白粉2份、蒙脱土2份、微胶囊化红磷5~13份、氢氧化铝2~4份、膨胀性石墨2~4份、水滑石10~15份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂60份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯18份、发泡剂2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯20份、钛白粉2份、蒙脱土2份、微胶囊化红磷10份、氢氧化铝4份、膨胀性石墨4份、水滑石15份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明具有阻燃性能优异、流体阻力低、强度高、韧性好等优点。

实施例一:一种新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂40份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA3份、氯化聚乙烯10份、发泡剂1份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15份、钛白粉1份、蒙脱土1份、微胶囊化红磷5份、氢氧化铝2份、膨胀性石墨2份、水滑石10份。
实施例二:一种新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯20份、发泡剂2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯25份、钛白粉3份、蒙脱土3份、微胶囊化红磷13份、氢氧化铝4份、膨胀性石墨4份、水滑石15份。
实施例三:一种新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂50份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯15份、发泡剂1份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15份、钛白粉2份、蒙脱土2份、微胶囊化红磷5份、氢氧化铝2份、膨胀性石墨2份、水滑石10份。
实施例四:一种新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂80份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯20份、发泡剂2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯20份、钛白粉2份、蒙脱土2份、微胶囊化红磷13份、氢氧化铝4份、膨胀性石墨4份、水滑石15份。
实施例五:一种新型阻燃PVC管材,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂60份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯18份、发泡剂2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯20份、钛白粉2份、蒙脱土2份、微胶囊化红磷10份、氢氧化铝4份、膨胀性石墨4份、水滑石15份。
上述五个实施例制得的PVC管均具有阻燃性能优异、流体阻力低、强度高、韧性好等优点。

1.一种新型阻燃PVC管材,其特征在于,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂40~100份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA3~5份、氯化聚乙烯10~20份、发泡剂1~2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15~25份、钛白粉1~3份、蒙脱土1~3份、微胶囊化红磷5~13份、氢氧化铝2~4份、膨胀性石墨2~4份、水滑石10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型阻燃PVC管材,其特征在于,由下列重量配比的组分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂50~80份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1~2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱1份、抗氧剂CA5份、氯化聚乙烯15~20份、发泡剂1~2份、硬脂酸单甘油酯15~20份、钛白粉2份、蒙脱土2份、微胶囊化红磷5~13份、氢氧化铝2~4份、膨胀性石墨2~4份、水滑石10~15份。
