Abstract

自动盖章机主要包括机架、纸张提升***、进纸口***、走纸机构、盖章机构、吸风平台。本发明通过纸张提升***将纸张提升至进纸口***，纸张经过进纸口***进去走纸机构，然后盖章机构进行盖章动作，再进入吸风平台将纸张送出盖章机，完成整个盖章过程。本发明涉及自动办公领域，能够对***、支票、行政收费收据以及学生成绩单等纸张进行自动盖章。其操作简单且效率高。

本发明涉及自动办公技术领域，尤其是一种自动盖章机。
背景技术
现在办公过程中，需要对大批量的***、支票、行政收费收据以及学生成绩单等纸张进行盖章。而现有的技术中通常采用人工的方式对打印后的纸张进行盖章，其操作较为繁琐并且耗时耗力。本发明实现了自动盖章，解决了现***公过程中盖章过程费时费力的问题，节约了人力资源。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于，针对现在办公过程中，需要对大批量的***、支票、行政收费收据以及学生成绩单等纸张进行盖章时，采用传统人工方式进行盖章操作较为繁琐且费时费力的缺陷，提供了一种对上述纸张进行自动盖章的盖章机，操作简便，效率高、节约人力资源。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：设计了一种自动盖章机，包括机架、纸张提升***以及进纸口***；所述自动盖章机还包括走纸机构、盖章机构，以及吸风平台。其中，所述机架用于固定和联接各个***，保证各***稳定有序的运行。
所述纸张提升***固定于机架，用于提升所要盖章的纸张。其包括托纸板、卡纸盘、齿条以及光杆。托纸板用于承托纸张；卡纸盘用于固定所述纸张，可根据纸张大小移动其位置；齿条、光杆用于提升纸张。
所述进纸口***包括电机、齿轮以及搓纸轮。电机、齿轮用于配合纸张提升***；搓纸轮在电机的带动下讲纸张送入进纸口。
所述走纸机构包括两套搓纸轮和盖章平台。两套搓纸轮将纸张送入和送出盖章平台；盖章平台用于盖章。
所述盖章机构安装与盖章平台上方；其包括两电机、滑轨、皮带以及***。两电机通过皮带带动***在滑轨上左右运动实现改变***的盖章位置；带动***在滑轨上下运动实现盖章动作。
所述吸风平台包括吸风平台、风扇、电机以及皮带。纸张送出盖章平台后进入吸风平台，通过风扇的吸力以及电机带动皮带转动讲纸张送出盖章机。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征和目的更加清楚的理解，现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
图1是机架结构图图，其包括机架1和侧板2，用于固定和联接各个***。
图2是纸张提升***结构图图，其包括用于承托纸张的托纸板3、用于固定纸张的卡纸盘4以及用于提升纸张的光杆5和齿条6。其中卡纸盘可以左右移动以固定不同尺寸的纸张。
图3是进纸口***结构图图。电机7带动和齿条6啮合的齿轮8转动讲纸张提升至搓纸轮10处；电机9带动搓纸轮10转动讲纸张送入走纸机构（图4所示）的进纸口12。电机13带动前搓纸轮12转动，将纸张送入盖章平台14。然后盖章机构（图5所示）开始工作，电机17和电机18同时工作带动皮带22运动，使***23在水平滑轨19上左右运动，在竖直滑轨20上上下运动，到达印泥盒21蘸取印泥，然后左右运动到达盖章位置进行盖章。
如图4所示，盖完章后后搓纸轮16将纸张送到出纸口15进入吸风平台25（图6所示）；电机26带动轴28转动，从而带动皮带29运动，同时在风扇27的吸力的作用下将纸张送出盖章机，完成整个盖章过程。

Claims (5)

1.一种自动盖章机，其特征只要包括：机架、纸张提升***、进纸口***、走纸机构、盖章机构以及吸风平台。
2.根据权利要求1所述，纸张提升***安装于机架，其特征包括托纸板、卡纸盘、齿条以及光杆，用于提升纸张。
3.根据权利要求1所述，所述进纸口***包括电机、齿轮以及搓纸轮；安装在机架上。
4.根据权利要求1所述，所述走纸机构包括两套搓纸轮、进纸口、出纸口和盖章平台，安装在机架上。
5.根据权利要求1所述，所述盖章机构安装在机架中心和盖章平台上方；其包括两个电机、滑轨、皮带以及***。
