本发明公开了一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括面料主体、第一复合面料层和粘黏层,所述面料主体由第一复合面料层、粘黏层、第二复合面料层和第三复合面料层组成,所述第一复合面料层通过粘黏层与第二复合面料层连接,且第二复合面料层通过粘黏层与第三复合面料层连接,第三复合面料层通过粘黏层与纺织纤维层连接。本发明,通过设置三层阻燃面料层,使其阻燃效果好,且通过设置防污层、防腐蚀层和防水层,使其防污、防水和防腐蚀效果好,可制造防护服和工作服,通过设置防风层,使其防风效果好,通过设置有复合纤维层和保温层,使面料的刚性大大加强,且保温效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃面料技术领域,具体为一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料。
背景技术
滚海上石油平台是主要为在海上进行钻井、采油、集运、观测、导购、施工等活动提供生产和生活设施的建筑物。而在这狭小的海洋平台上,操作者经常会受到暴风雨、洋流、风力、化学腐蚀,高寒环境等问题的影响,自然条件恶劣,操作工况十分复杂。而且海洋石油平台远离陆地,运输十分困难。海上石油平台上各种设备之间无足够的安全距离,操作者的活动空间有限,平台常年处于风、浪、潮之中,一旦发生事故,救援困难,后果非常严重。 目前,海上石油平台的操作者大都采用阻燃棉衣来抵御恶劣的海洋环境。阻燃棉衣的外层面料为阻燃棉面料,中间则为棉絮。阻燃棉面料是经过后整工艺加工而成,具有较好的防火作用,但是随着洗涤次数的增加,面料的强力及阻燃性能会逐渐降低,且面料厚重,纱支较粗,穿着舒适性差,尺寸稳定性不好,含甲醛,长时间接触会使皮肤过敏。棉面料在阻燃过程中需要氨气熏蒸,而氨气有强烈的刺激性气味,吸入过多对人体有害。另外,阻燃棉衣中间的棉絮,厚重且不便于清洗,如果清洗的话,会造成洗后棉絮分布不均匀,不能满足高寒环境的需求。因此,有必要开发一款有效实用的多功能面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括面料主体、第一复合面料层和粘黏层,所述面料主体由第一复合面料层、粘黏层、第二复合面料层和第三复合面料层组成,所述第一复合面料层通过粘黏层与第二复合面料层连接,且第二复合面料层通过粘黏层与第三复合面料层连接,第三复合面料层通过粘黏层与纺织纤维层连接。
优选的,所述第一复合面料层由防污层、防腐蚀层、防水层和阻燃基层组成,且防污层下表面设置有防腐蚀层,防腐蚀层下表面设置有防水层,防水层下表面设置有阻燃基层。
优选的,所述第二复合面料层由耐热层、防静电层、防风层和阻燃基层组成,且耐热层下表面设置有防静电层,防静电层下表面设置有防风层,防风层下表面设置有阻燃基层。
优选的,所述第三复合面料层由复合纤维层、透湿层、保温层和阻燃基层组成,且复合纤维层下表面设置有透湿层,透湿层下表面设置有保温层,保温层下表面设置有阻燃基层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过设置三层阻燃面料层,使其阻燃效果好,且通过设置防污层、防腐蚀层和防水层,使其防污、防水和防腐蚀效果好,可制造防护服和工作服,通过设置防风层,使其防风效果好,通过设置有复合纤维层和保温层,使面料的刚性大大加强,且保温效果好。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括面料主体1、第一复合面料层2和粘黏层3,面料主体1由第一复合面料层2、粘黏层3、第二复合面料层4和第三复合面料层5组成,第一复合面料层2通过粘黏层3与第二复合面料层4连接,且第二复合面料层4通过粘黏层3与第三复合面料层5连接,第三复合面料层5通过粘黏层3与纺织纤维层6连接,第一复合面料层2由防污层7、防腐蚀层8、防水层9和阻燃基层10组成,且防污层7下表面设置有防腐蚀层8,防腐蚀层8下表面设置有防水层9,防水层9下表面设置有阻燃基层10,第二复合面料层4由耐热层11、防静电层12、防风层13和阻燃基层10组成,且耐热层11下表面设置有防静电层12,防静电层12下表面设置有防风层13,防风层13下表面设置有阻燃基层10,第三复合面料层5由复合纤维层14、透湿层15、保温层16和阻燃基层10组成,且复合纤维层14下表面设置有透湿层15,透湿层15下表面设置有保温层16,保温层16下表面设置有阻燃基层10;通过设置三层阻燃面料层,使其阻燃效果好,且通过设置防污层7、防腐蚀层8和防水层9,使其防污、防水和防腐蚀效果好,可制造防护服和工作服,通过设置防风层13,使其防风效果好,通过设置有复合纤维层14和保温层16,使面料的刚性大大加强,且保温效果好。

1.一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,包括面料主体(1)、第一复合面料层(2)和粘黏层(3),其特征在于:所述面料主体(1)由第一复合面料层(2)、粘黏层(3)、第二复合面料层(4)和第三复合面料层(5)组成,所述第一复合面料层(2)通过粘黏层(3)与第二复合面料层(4)连接,且第二复合面料层(4)通过粘黏层(3)与第三复合面料层(5)连接,第三复合面料层(5)通过粘黏层(3)与纺织纤维层(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能三层复合阻燃面料,其特征在于:所述第一复合面料层(2)由防污层(7)、防腐蚀层(8)、防水层(9)和阻燃基层(10)组成,且防污层(7)下表面设置有防腐蚀层(8),防腐蚀层(8)下表面设置有防水层(9),防水层(9)下表面设置有阻燃基层(10)。
