背景技术

一、一般性资料：本中药组合物应用于临床观察病例100例，男54例，女46例，年龄30～75岁。
二、诊断依据：
（1）心悸气短，神疲自汗，头晕目眩，失眠多梦，面色苍白或萎黄；
（2）心悸不宁，心中烦热，失眠梦多，头晕耳鸣，面赤咽干；
（3）心悸气短，少气无力，怔忡，声低息弱，劳累后尤甚，胸中痞闷；
（4）心悸胸闷，时有胸痛，痛如针刺，或向后背、上肢放射痛。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。十天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1) 治愈：临床症状全部消失，心电图检查恢复正常；
(2) 显效：临床症状明显改善，心电图检查明显好转；
(3) 有效：临床症状有所改善，心电图检查有所好转；
(4) 无效：通过治疗后临床症状无减轻或加重。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈71例，随访未见复发；显效14例，有效9例，无效6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
黄某，女，39岁。近期出现心慌、气短、头痛等症状，并伴有恶欲吐，入睡难，多梦等。诊见 ：舌质红，苔黄厚，脉细沉无力。诊断为：心律失常。服用本发明的中药组合物2个疗程后，症状明显改善；继续服用3个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。
病例2 ：
韩某，男，52岁。患者自述：近来心悸胸闷，时有胸痛，痛如针刺，或向后背、上肢放射痛，食欲不佳，有时恶心欲吐。诊见：舌质红，苔黄厚，脉细沉无力。心电图检查诊为：心律失常。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，心悸胸闷等症状明显改善；继续服用2个疗程，症状消失，心电图检查正常。痊愈。

1.一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：刺五加10-30份、合欢皮5-25份、乌金草5-20份、灵芝5-25份、茯苓5-25份、黄精5-25份、罗布麻5-20份、百合5-25份、桑椹5-25份、知母5-20份、响铃草5-25份、竹茹5-25份、西红花5-20份、紫贝齿5-25份、石龙刍5-25份、浮小麦5-25份、红景天5-20份、隔山撬5-25份、龟板5-25份、黄芩5-20份、薤白5-25份、太阳针5-20份、龙眼肉5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述一种治疗心律失常的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：刺五加20份、合欢皮15份、乌金草10份、灵芝15份、茯苓15份、黄精15份、罗布麻10份、百合15份、桑椹15份、知母10份、响铃草15份、竹茹15份、西红花10份、紫贝齿15份、石龙刍15份、浮小麦15份、红景天10份、隔山撬15份、龟板15份、黄芩10份、薤白15份、太阳针10份、龙眼肉15份、甘草10份。
