Abstract

本发明提供一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括导轨式窗帘、百叶式窗帘、折叠式窗帘、垂直式窗帘,其特征在于:所述窗帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料。所述逆反射材料是反光膜、通过胶粘贴在所述面料表面;或是反光涂料,涂覆在所述面料表面。本发明当作内窗帘使用时,能把进入室内的阳光逆向反射出窗外或玻璃幕墙外,反光率高,节能效果明显、还不产生光污染。本发明结构简单,造价低廉,安装、维护方便,经久耐用,特别适合于对既有建筑玻璃幕墙的节能改造。

Description

一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘
技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗帘,尤其为一种具有节能效果的逆向反光遮阳窗帘,属于建筑节能技术领域。
背景技术
为了能够阻止夏天太阳光对室内的照射,人们采取了安装外遮阳***,有室外面料、百叶、卷帘和遮阳棚。这是用物理的方式阻隔太阳辐射热和太阳光线通过建筑***护进入室内,夏天需要遮阳时放下,不让阳光照进室内,冬天则拉上,让阳光照进室内,节能效果明显,江苏省已将建筑外遮阳作为节能强制要求加以推广。
既有建筑中有大量的玻璃幕墙,目前的技术还无法在玻璃幕墙外安装外遮阳***,现有的内窗帘虽能把阳光阻挡在室内窗前,但阳光照在窗帘上产生的热量已进入室内,节能效果很差。如何对玻璃幕墙进行遮阳节能改造,这是为一个难题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中的不足,本发明提供一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘。它当作内窗帘使用时,能把进入室内的阳光逆向反射出窗外或玻璃幕墙外,反光率高,节能效果明显、还不产生光污染。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括窗帘面料、窗帘挂钩和窗帘导轨,其特征在于:所述窗帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料,逆反射又称作反光、回射、回归反射、回复反射、定向反射或反向反射,是反射光线从接近入射光线的反方向返回的一种反射。
一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括卷帘面料、底杆、卷管组件及驱动装置,所述卷管组件外卷绕所述的卷帘面料,卷管组件转动而带动卷帘面料展开或收卷,其特征在于:所述卷帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料。
一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括百叶、提拉绳及驱动装置,其特征在于:所述百叶表面设置有逆反射材料。
一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括折帘面料、提拉绳及驱动装置,其特征在于:所述折帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料。
一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括垂直帘片、挂钩、连接绳及驱动装置,其特征在于:所述垂直帘片表面设置有逆反射材料。
所述逆反射材料是透镜埋入式玻璃珠型反光膜、或是密封胶囊式玻璃珠型反光膜、或是微棱镜反光膜,所述反光膜通过胶粘贴在所述面料表面。
所述逆反射材料是透镜埋入式玻璃珠型反光涂料、或是密封胶囊式玻璃珠型反光涂料、或是微棱镜反光涂料,所述反光涂料涂覆在所述面料表面。
所述卷帘面料有透孔。
所述折帘面料有透孔。
本发明的节能窗帘具有以下有益效果。
1、夏天阻隔室外热量进入。夏季太阳光向室内辐射的热量,大部分被反射回去,使室内保持凉爽。太阳保护指数(IPS)可达到80%。室内温度对比无窗帘要低12度,比使用普通窗帘要低6度。
2、冬天减少室内热量流失。冬季,从室内人体和物体辐射到窗帘上的绝大部分热量,都会被窗帘反射回来,有效阻止了热量的散发,提高了室温。
3、没有光污染。由于采用了逆向反光技术,反射光的方向是入射光光源处,所以无论阳光一何种角度照在窗户的玻璃或玻璃幕墙上,从本发明窗帘反射的光都朝向阳光,无光污染。
4、本发明结构简单,造价低廉,安装、维护方便,经久耐用,便于推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
图1中,一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括窗帘面料3、窗帘挂钩4和窗帘导轨5,窗帘面料3表面设置有逆反射材料2。当夏天拉上窗帘时,阳光a透过中空玻璃1进入室内照在窗帘面料的逆反射材料2上,光线被逆向反射出中空玻璃,反射光b指向太阳光源,不会产生光污染。逆反射材料2的反光性能越好,被反射的阳光就越多,则进入室内的阳光产生的热量越少,窗帘的遮阳性能好,节能效果显著。
图2中,一种逆向反光遮阳卷帘,包括卷帘面料6、底杆8、卷管组件7及驱动装置,卷管组件7外卷绕卷帘面料6,卷管组件7转动而带动卷帘面料6展开或收卷,卷帘面料6表面设置有逆反射材料2,驱动可以是手拉珠驱动装置、也可以是电动驱动装置。当夏天放下卷帘时,阳光a透过中空玻璃1进入室内照在卷帘面料的逆反射材料2上,光线被逆向反射出中空玻璃,反射光b指向太阳光源,不会产生光污染。逆反射材料2的反光性能越好,被反射的阳光就越多,则进入室内的阳光产生的热量越少,窗帘的遮阳性能好,节能效果显著。
图3中,一种逆向反光遮阳百叶帘,包括百叶9、提拉绳10及驱动装置11,百叶9表面设置有逆反射材料2,驱动可以是手拉珠驱动装置。当夏天放下并闭合百叶帘片时,阳光a透过中空玻璃1进入室内照在百叶的逆反射材料2上,光线被逆向反射出中空玻璃,反射光b指向太阳光源,不会产生光污染。逆反射材料2的反光性能越好,被反射的阳光就越多,则进入室内的阳光产生的热量越少,窗帘的遮阳性能好,节能效果显著。
图4中,一种逆向反光遮阳折叠帘,包括折帘面料12、提拉绳10及驱动装置11,折帘面料12表面设置有逆反射材料2,驱动可以是手拉珠驱动装置。当夏天放下折叠帘时,阳光a透过中空玻璃1进入室内照在折叠面料的逆反射材料2上,光线被逆向反射出中空玻璃,反射光b指向太阳光源,不会产生光污染。逆反射材料2的反光性能越好,被反射的阳光就越多,则进入室内的阳光产生的热量越少,窗帘的遮阳性能好,节能效果显著。
一种逆向反光遮阳垂直帘,包括垂直帘片13、挂钩4、连接绳及驱动装置,垂直帘片13表面设置有逆反射材料2,驱动可以是手拉珠驱动装置。当夏天拉好折叠帘并将帘片旋转到帘片与帘片闭合时,阳光a透过中空玻璃1进入室内照在垂直帘片的逆反射材料2上,光线被逆向反射出中空玻璃,反射光b指向太阳光源,不会产生光污染。逆反射材料2的反光性能越好,被反射的阳光就越多,则进入室内的阳光产生的热量越少,窗帘的遮阳性能好,节能效果显著。
上述逆反射材料可以是反光性能一般的透镜埋入式玻璃珠型反光膜、或是反光性能较好的密封胶囊式玻璃珠型反光膜、或是反光性能最好的微棱镜反光膜,所述反光膜通过胶粘贴在上述面料表面。
上述逆反射材料也可以是反光性能一般的透镜埋入式玻璃珠型反光涂料、或是反光性能较好的密封胶囊式玻璃珠型反光涂料、或是反光性能最好的微棱镜反光涂料,所述涂料涂覆在上述面料表面。
上述窗帘面料、卷帘面料、折帘面料可以有透孔,开孔率为3—7%,这样在完全闭合窗帘时,室内还有一定的光线,不必开灯。上述百叶帘和垂直帘由于不可能完全闭合,所以面料不必开孔。
由上述可见,本发明结构简单,造价低廉,安装、维护方便,经久耐用,特别适合于对既有建筑玻璃幕墙的节能改造。

1.一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括窗帘面料、窗帘挂钩和窗帘导轨,其特征在于:所述窗帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料。
2.一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括卷帘面料、底杆、卷管组件及驱动装置,所述卷管组件外卷绕所述的卷帘面料,卷管组件转动而带动卷帘面料展开或收卷,其特征在于:所述卷帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料。
3.一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括百叶、提拉绳及驱动装置,其特征在于:所述百叶表面设置有逆反射材料。
4.一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括折帘面料、提拉绳及驱动装置,其特征在于:所述折帘面料表面设置有逆反射材料。
5.一种逆向反光遮阳窗帘,包括垂直帘片、挂钩、连接绳及驱动装置,其特征在于:所述垂直帘片表面设置有逆反射材料。
6.根据权利要求1—5所述的逆向反光遮阳窗帘,其特征是:所述逆反射材料是透镜埋入式玻璃珠型反光膜、或是密封胶囊式玻璃珠型反光膜、或是微棱镜反光膜,所述反光膜通过胶粘贴在所述面料表面。
7.根据权利要求1—5所述的逆向反光遮阳窗帘,其特征是:所述逆反射材料是透镜埋入式玻璃珠型反光涂料、或是密封胶囊式玻璃珠型反光涂料、或是微棱镜反光涂料,所述反光涂料涂覆在所述面料表面。
8.根据权利要求2所述的逆向反光遮阳窗帘,其特征是:所述卷帘面料有透孔。
9.根据权利要求4所述的逆向反光遮阳窗帘,其特征是:所述折帘面料有透孔。
