本发明涉及一种汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,包括门框体和防风钢大门,防风钢大门设置在门框体的外侧,在门框体的内侧设有至少二层空气防寒卷帘,所述空气防寒卷帘与防风钢大门之间留有第一间隙,空气防寒卷帘之间留有第二间隙,形成双层或多层空气隔热保温层结构;门框体外侧的地面设置成向下斜坡状、以防止在室外形成冷桥;在防风钢大门四周与门框体的连接处设置密封条,形成环状密封保温结构。本发明能够解决现有在门体的表面增设外包保温层,存在增大门体的厚度和体积大造成开门/关门操作困难、密闭性能差和保温效果差的问题,具有门体体积小、开门/关门操作方便、密闭性能好和保温效果优良等有益效果。

汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温门结构,具体涉及一种汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,适用于核电发电厂房。属于建筑设施技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,为满足设备检修需要,核电常规岛大门的尺寸很大,例如cpr1000核电的常规岛主要大门的宽*高尺寸达8m*10.5m。如此巨大的门结构,通常采用的是钢骨架钢板门,北方寒冷严寒地区再附加保温层,该保温层一般是在门外包30mm厚玻璃棉毡,热阻R=0.76(m2*k/W)。这种结构的特大门存在如下缺陷:(1)在门体的表面增设外包保温层,一方面方面增大门体的厚度和体积大造成开门/关门操作困难,另一方面密闭性能差、保温效果差。(2)在门口的地面处形成冷桥,容易出现结冰而影响设备正常运行和安全,并且容易消耗室内热量,造成损失能耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的,为了解决现有在门体的表面增设外包保温层,存在增大门体的厚度和体积大造成开门/关门操作困难、密闭性能差和保温效果差的问题,提供一种用汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构。具有门体体积小、开门/关门操作方便、密闭性能好和保温效果优良等特点
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,包括门框体和防风钢大门,其结构特点在于:防风钢大门设置在门框体的外侧,在门框体的内侧设有至少二层空气防寒卷帘,所述空气防寒卷帘与防风钢大门之间留有第一间隙,空气防寒卷帘之间留有第二间隙,形成双层或多层空气隔热保温层结构;门框体外侧的地面设置成向下斜坡状、以防止在室外形成冷桥;在防风钢大门四周与门框体的连接处设置密封条,形成环状密封保温结构。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术方案实现:
进一步的,在门框体的内侧上端设有驱动卷轴、下端设有自重导向构件,空气防寒卷帘的上端通过卷轴安装在门体框上、下端通过自重导向构件在门框体的导轨滑槽上,形成下降关闭和上升打开结构,使空气防寒卷帘作为防风钢大门内的空气幕防寒保温闭合层。
进一步的,各空气防寒卷帘由两层PVC膜和一层玻璃棉毡层构成,所述两层PVC膜分别覆在玻璃棉毡层上下表面上。
进一步的,在两层空气防寒卷帘之间形成两道垂直封闭层,使两道空气防寒层构成封闭空气隔层。
进一步的,在空气防寒卷帘内分布有若干条硬质支撑片,该硬质支撑片两端分别位于导轨滑槽上,带动空气防寒卷帘沿导轨滑槽下放或卷起。
进一步的,所述自重导向构件由夹紧固定在空气防寒卷帘底部两侧的两块固定板构成,固定板的两端滑动安装在导轨滑槽上。
进一步的,所述的自重导向构件底部设有一块发泡橡胶板。
进一步的,所述的硬质支撑片由金属或塑料材料制成。
进一步的,所述防风钢大门为双开折叠门,在该折叠门的门缝上设有发泡橡胶条软性密封配合。
进一步的,在导轨滑槽的内两侧设有毛刷。
本发明具有以下突出的实质性特点和显著的有益效果:
1、本发明通过将防风钢大门设置在门框体的外侧,在门框体的内侧设有至少二层空气防寒卷帘,所述空气防寒卷帘与防风钢大门之间留有第一间隙,空气防寒卷帘之间留有第二间隙,形成双层或多层空气隔热保温层结构;门框体外侧的地面设置成向下斜坡状、以防止在室外形成冷桥;在防风钢大门四周与门框体的连接处设置密封条,形成环状密封保温结构;因此能够解决现有在门体的表面增设外包保温层,存在增大门体的厚度和体积大造成开门/关门操作困难、密闭性能差和保温效果差的问题,具有门体体积小、开门/关门操作方便、密闭性能好和保温效果优良等有益效果。
2、本发明的防风钢大门内侧至少设有一层以上的空气防寒卷帘,所述的空气防寒卷帘上方设有一驱动卷轴,下方设有自重导向构件,空气防寒卷帘上方通过卷轴安装在门框体上,下方通过自重导向构件在门框体两侧对应的导轨滑槽上进行导向滑动,实现下降关闭和上升打开功能,使空气防寒卷帘作为防风钢大门内的空气幕防寒保温闭合层。由此,使本发明汽轮发电厂房大门不但开启、关闭操作性能更好,且进一步显著提高室内的保温性能,使用效果更佳。
3、本发明的空气防寒卷帘下设有自重导向构件,内分布有若干条硬质支撑片,由此使本发明的空气防寒卷帘在导轨滑槽滑动开启、关闭操作更佳顺畅,提高使用性能。
4、本发明的自重导向构件底部设有一块发泡橡胶板,门缝上设有发泡橡胶条软性密封配合,由此,进一步改善门的密封性能,提高室内的保温性能,避免汽轮发电厂房内热量流失,进而节约能源。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
参照图1至图5所示的汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,包括门框体1和防风钢大门2,防风钢大门2设置在门框体1的外侧,在门框体1的内侧设有至少二层空气防寒卷帘3,所述空气防寒卷帘3与防风钢大门2之间留有第一间隙,空气防寒卷帘3之间留有第二间隙,形成双层或多层空气隔热保温层结构;门框体1外侧的地面设置成向下斜坡状、以防止在室外形成冷桥;在防风钢大门4四周与门框体1的连接处设置密封条,形成环状密封保温结构。
实施例中,在门框体1的内侧上端设有驱动卷轴4、下端设有自重导向构件5,空气防寒卷帘3的上端通过卷轴4安装在门体框1上、下端通过自重导向构件5在门框体1的导轨滑槽6上,形成下降关闭和上升打开结构,使空气防寒卷帘3作为防风钢大门2内的空气幕防寒保温闭合层。
所述防风钢大门2为双开折叠门,所述的两层空气防寒卷帘3之间形成两道垂直封闭层,使两道空气防寒层3构成封闭空气隔层33,该空气防寒卷帘3由两层PVC膜31和一层玻璃棉毡层32构成,其厚度约10~15mm,所述两层PVC膜31分别覆在玻璃棉毡层32上下表面上,以致可增强玻璃棉毡层32的紧密性和耐用性,同时也可改善空气防寒层3的卷起或下垂关闭的稳定性能。为了进一步改善空气防寒层3的开启、关闭操作的稳定性能,在空气防寒卷帘3内分布有若干条硬质支撑片7,该硬质支撑片7采用金属或塑料材料制成,硬质支撑片7平行分布在空气防寒层3内,硬质支撑片7两端分别位于导轨滑槽6上。
进一步的,所述的自重导向构件5由夹紧固定在空气防寒卷帘3底部两侧的两块固定板51构成,固定板两端滑动安装在导轨滑槽6上,使硬质支撑片7带动空气防寒卷帘3沿导轨滑槽6下放或卷起,该自重导向构件5增加空气防寒卷帘3下垂的重量,使其空气防寒卷帘3下放更加顺畅、稳定。
为了使门的密封、保温性能更佳,在折叠门门缝上设有发泡橡胶条软性密封配合,在自重导向构件5底部设有一块发泡橡胶板8,所述的发泡橡胶板8与空气防寒层3厚度相对应,通过两块固定板51的上部分夹紧在固定空气防寒层3上,下部分夹在发泡橡胶板8,利用螺栓固定紧密连接。导轨滑槽6内两侧设有毛刷。
本发明应用时,厂房围护结构中的外墙、室内地坪以下采用实心砖墙,室内地坪以上、10.0米标高以下采用300厚页岩空心砖墙,10.0米标高以上采用带保温隔热层的复合金属墙板,主厂房主要大门(即门框体1)为8x10.5m。双开折叠门(即外门、防风钢大门)采用双开平开钢骨架钢板门,在门缝之间、门缝与墙体均采用发泡橡胶压条,门底缝采用耐磨橡胶板8与地面9接触,内侧采用空气防寒层3作为保温和空气间层,卷帘两侧采用不锈钢导轨滑槽6,槽内采用刷毛密封。当设有两道的空气防寒层3时,形成两道垂直封闭空气间层,利用两道空气防寒层3构成的封闭空气间层获得良好保温效果。对于寒冷、严寒地区,保证室内最低环境温度大于5度,室内不出现冰冻现象。满足建筑节能要求,当室内采暖温度按16度,室外温度为零下5度时,每天节约采暖能耗约Q=(2321-1112)x24=29016wh。折算成标煤,当室外环境温度低于—5°时,采暖每天节约标煤85kg左右。
本发明参考建筑热工的传热学热阻计算方法,对于垂直空气间层,间层厚度在40mm以上时,封闭空气间层热阻值R1=0.18(m2*k/W)。一层空气防寒层3(PVC膜+玻璃棉毡卷帘)的热阻值根据相关资料约为R2=0.368,总热阻为两个空气间层和两道膜以及4个内表面换热阻,一个外表面换热阻(外表面换热阻为0.05(m2*k/W),4个内表面换热阻为0.11(m2*k/W))。R=2x(R1+R2)+0.05+4x0.11=1.586(m2*k/W),考虑卷帘密封效果不理想,乘一折减系数0.7,R=1.586x0.7=1.11,比一般双层窗的效果好。
本发明应用于辽宁红沿河核电厂汽轮发动机厂房,经过2013年11月25~30日的门口温度实测,最低温度为6.9°,时间是2013年11月30日凌晨1~3点之间,满足核电厂汽轮发动机厂房边界温度大于等于5°最低要求。

1.汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,包括门框体(1)和防风钢大门(2),其特征在于:防风钢大门(2)设置在门框体(1)的外侧,在门框体(1)的内侧设有至少二层空气防寒卷帘(3),所述空气防寒卷帘(3)与防风钢大门(2)之间留有第一间隙,空气防寒卷帘(3)之间留有第二间隙,形成双层或多层空气隔热保温层结构;门框体(1)外侧的地面设置成向下斜坡状、以防止在室外形成冷桥;在防风钢大门(4)四周与门框体(1)的连接处设置密封条,形成环状密封保温结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,其特征在于;在门框体(1)的内侧上端设有驱动卷轴(4)、下端设有自重导向构件(5),空气防寒卷帘(3)的上端通过卷轴(4)安装在门体框(1)上、下端通过自重导向构件(5)在门框体(1)的导轨滑槽(6)上,形成下降关闭和上升打开结构,使空气防寒卷帘(3)作为防风钢大门(2)内的空气幕防寒保温闭合层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,其特征在于:各空气防寒卷帘(3)由两层PVC膜(31)和一层玻璃棉毡层(32)构成,所述两层PVC膜(31)分别覆在玻璃棉毡层(32)上下表面上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽轮发电厂房的闭合空气幕防寒保温特大门结构,其特征在于:在两层空气防寒卷帘(3)之间形成两道垂直封闭层,使两道空气防寒层(3)构成封闭空气隔层(33)。
