Abstract

本发明涉及一种预制墙板，具体涉及一种装配式的预制墙板，属于建筑材料技术领域。它包括楼层板、立柱、横梁、定位型材和预制板件；横梁的下端中间安装定位型材，在对应的楼层板的投影位置上安装另一条定位型材，上下两两定位型材对齐，所构成的平面垂直于楼层板；所述的预制板件固定在定位型材的两侧；从而预制板件与定位型材的整体形成一个中空的墙体。本发明的预制板件为发泡混凝土，以及装配形成的中空层，有效的实现墙板的节能、环保、隔热、隔音、防水、阻燃等功能。本发明采用了定位型材，不仅增加了墙板的稳固性，同时让安装更为便利，缩短施工周期。本发明的预制板件经倒角处理，依次拼接装配后形成沟缝，再用水泥抹平后不会产生裂缝。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种预制墙板，具体涉及一种装配式的预制墙板，属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们对工作、居住的建筑有了越来越多的需求，例如：隔热、隔音、防火、防水、防腐、防虫等。目前，我国的建筑砖墙结构居多，以空心砖，加气块砖砌体为主，粘土红砖墙仍有使用，传统的建筑墙板结构的隔音、隔热、防水效果都较差，无法适应当前建筑领域的需要。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述缺陷，其目的是提供一种装配式墙板，该墙板具有建造迅速，安装运输便利，集节能、环保、隔热、隔音、阻燃效果于一体的特点。
本发明为了实现上述目的，采用如下技术方案：
一种装配式的预制墙板，它包括楼层板、立柱、横梁、定位型材和预制板件；
横梁的下端中间安装定位型材，在对应的楼层板的投影位置上安装另一条定位型材，上下两两定位型材对齐，所构成的平面垂直于楼层板；
所述的预制板件固定在定位型材的两侧；从而预制板件与定位型材的整体形成一个中空的墙体。
进一步的，所述的预制板件一面的四边有倒角结构，在相邻预制板件拼接处形成沟缝，沟缝用胶凝材料填充抹平。以防止裂缝的产生。
进一步的，预制板件为机制发泡混凝土一次成型结构，且内含加强网。以保证有足够的强度。
进一步的，所述的定位型材截面为“Π”型。缺口相对地分别固定在横梁和楼层板上。
所述的预制板件中含有憎水成分，实现防水防霉。
本发明的有益效果在于：1.本发明的预制板件为发泡混凝土，以及装配形成的中空层，有效的实现墙板的节能、环保、隔热、隔音、防水、阻燃等功能。2.本发明采用了定位型材，不仅增加了墙板的稳固性，同时让安装更为便利，缩短施工周期。3. 本发明的预制板件经倒角处理，依次拼接装配后形成沟缝，再用水泥抹平后不会产生裂缝。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述，
一种装配式的预制墙板，它包括楼层板1、立柱2、横梁3、定位型材4和预制板件5；
横梁3的下端中间安装定位型材4，在对应的楼层板1的投影位置上安装另一条定位型材4，上下两两定位型材4对齐，所构成的平面垂直于楼层板1；
所述的预制板件5固定在定位型材4的两侧；从而预制板件5与定位型材4的整体形成一个中空的墙体。
所述的预制板件5一面的四边有倒角结构，在相邻预制板件5拼接处形成沟缝，沟缝用胶凝材料填充抹平。
预制板件5为机制发泡混凝土一次成型结构，且内含加强网6。
所述的定位型材4截面为“Π”型。
预制板件5没倒角的面贴靠定位型材4，固定在定位型材4两侧，依次拼接装配后形成一面中空墙体。

1.一种装配式的预制墙板，其特征在于：它包括楼层板（1）、立柱（2）、横梁（3）、定位型材（4）和预制板件（5）；
横梁（3）的下端中间安装定位型材（4），在对应的楼层板（1）的投影位置上安装另一条定位型材（4），上下两两定位型材（4）对齐，所构成的平面垂直于楼层板（1）；
所述的预制板件（5）固定在定位型材（4）的两侧；从而预制板件（5）与定位型材（4）的整体形成一个中空的墙体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装配式的预制墙板，其特征在于：所述的预制板件（5）一面的四边有倒角结构，在相邻预制板件（5）拼接处形成沟缝，沟缝用胶凝材料填充抹平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装配式的预制墙板，其特征在于：预制板件（5）为机制发泡混凝土一次成型结构，且内含加强网（6）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装配式的预制墙板，其特征在于：所述的定位型材（4）截面为“Π”型。
