背景技术
月经后期是女性在临床中的一种常见病症，是指月经延后7天以上，同时连续三个月鉴定为月经后期，又称 “经行后期”、“月经延后”、“月经落后”、“经迟”等。月经后期的主要伴随症状有：月经量少(个别量多)；经色可深红、淡红或黯红；经质可有粘稠、稀薄或伴有血块。还有人出现胃寒肢冷、小腹隐痛、面色苍白、头昏目眩或胸闷不适、乳胀胁痛等。月经后期如不及时治疗，本病可发展成闭经，尤其是40岁以上妇女，影响子宫内膜功能和卵巢功能，久而卵巢早衰，提早绝经。目前，临床上治疗月经后期多采用激素治疗，其效果并不理想，而且副作用大，极易造成内分泌失调。
中医认为，月经后期系由精血不足或邪气阻滞，冲任不足，血海不能按时满溢，遂致月经后期。
根据中医理论，针对月经后期的发病机理进行辩证配伍组方，以补肾健脾、活血调经为治则，进行辩证配伍组方，以达到标本兼治的目的。

本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例92例，年龄15～45岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、***超过35天，连续2个***以上；
2、育龄妇女周期延后，应与妊娠、青青期、更年期月经后期相鉴别；
3、妇科检查，B超或气腹造影，以排除子宫及卵巢器质性疾病。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次温热服用，七天为一疗程，经期停服。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：***恢复正常，维持3个月以上；
2、好转：***恢复正常，但不能维持3个月以上；
3、未愈：***末见好转。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药3-12个疗程，治愈62例，好转24例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：杨某，16岁。形体瘦弱，月经推迟两个月，且无规律可循，经期3-7天，经期伴下腹空坠隐痛，泻后痛缓，***胀痛、腰背酸胀，疲乏，经期前后情绪易怒，注意力不集中，情绪低落。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，头晕乏力不适感明显减轻；继续服2个疗程，症状及体征均消失，月经来潮，***28天，月经量正常，经期腹痛、***胀痛消失，腰背酸张明显减轻；经后续服3个疗程，***28天，经期无任何不适。
病例2：李某，42岁。月经后期近1年，月经常延后10余天，十分紊乱，月经有黑色大血块，经期手脚冰凉，伴随腰背酸疼、小腹坠疼、泻后减轻，下体酸胀。末次月经延后17天，经行2天，量少色暗，有血块，面部色斑明显。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程后，月经来潮，***34天，经期5天，经期不适感明显减轻，血块几乎不见，第4天出现少量小血块；继续服用4个疗程，月经来潮，***28天，经行6天，色鲜红，无血块，腰部有轻微酸胀感但无腹痛腹泻；继续巩固服用3个疗程后，***正常，治愈。

1.一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归10-30份，茺蔚子10-20份，菟丝子10-20份，红花5-15份，月季花10-20份，韭菜子10-20份，桂枝5-15份，龙船花10-20份，川芎10-20份，青皮5-15份，刺玫果10-20份，人参10-20份，木香5-15份，补骨脂10-20份，大枣10-20份，玫瑰花10-20份，延胡索5-15份，柴胡10-20份，百合10-20份，木通5-15份，合掌消10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗月经后期的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：当归20份，茺蔚子15份，菟丝子15份，红花10份，月季花15份，韭菜子15份，桂枝10份，龙船花15份，川芎15份，青皮10份，刺玫果15份，人参15份，木香10份，补骨脂15份，大枣15份，玫瑰花15份，延胡索10份，柴胡15份，百合15份，木通10份，合掌消15份，甘草10份。
