Abstract
本发明公开了一种多层复合地板及其生产方法,包括PVC基材层(1),PVC基材层(1)的上表面设有面皮层(2),面皮层(2)上设有油漆层(4),所述面皮层(2)为木皮或竹皮,所述面皮层(2)和PVC基材层(1)之间设有聚氨酯粘接层(3)。本发明可以有效地减少木材资源的使用,更加节能环保,同时具有较高的结构强度和整体稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层复合地板及其生产方法,尤其涉及一种多层复合地板及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着经济快速发展,木材资源的开发越来越快,地球植被日渐消退,人类的生存环境岌岌可危。
而地板产业对于木材的需求量极大,因此如何在地板产业中减少木材的使用成为了解决环境问题的关键。但是,在地板生产中,木材又具有很多难以替代的特性。
目前,有一些厂家已经开始使用塑料材质去替换木材,但是它们一般都是使用整体塑料(或木塑合成材料)做成地板形状,这种地板在强度、质地手感等多方面都无法比及实木材质的地板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种多层复合地板及其生产方法。本发明可以有效地减少木材资源的使用,更加节能环保,同时具有较高的结构强度和整体稳定性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种多层复合地板,其特点是:包括PVC基材层,PVC基材层的上表面设有面皮层,面皮层上设有油漆层,所述面皮层为木皮或竹皮,所述面皮层和PVC基材层之间设有聚氨酯粘接层。
上述的多层复合地板中,所述PVC基材层的下表面设有3mm~5mm的EVA底层。
前述的多层复合地板中,所述PVC基材层的上表面和下表面均设有多个沿地板长度方向的V型槽,不仅可以增加两层材料的结合强度,而且可以作为应力槽来提高地板的整体强度,不仅不易翘曲,而且负载能力大大增强。
前述的多层复合地板中,所述V型槽的开口角度为25~50°,深度为1.5mm~2.5mm,各个V型槽的间距为12mm~35mm,可最大化提高结合强度和整体强度。
前述的多层复合地板中,所述PVC基材层为PVC发泡材料层。
前述的多层复合地板中,所述面皮层与PVC基材层的厚度比例为1∶3至1∶5。
前述的多层复合地板的多层复合地板的生产方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、对面皮层进行表面碳化,形成0.2mm~0.3mm的碳化层;
b、将表面碳化的面皮层置于聚氨酯浆液中浸泡1~1.5小时;
c、将面皮层从聚氨酯浆液中取出,刮除其中一面的残留聚氨酯,另一面粘压在PVC基材层上;
d、固化聚氨酯;
e、在面皮层表面涂覆油漆层。
前述的多层复合地板的生产方法中,所述PVC基材层由PVC材料挤压成型,并挤压得到直落式锁扣结构。
前述的多层复合地板的生产方法中,当需要增加EVA底层时,所述步骤e和d之间还设有将EVA底层热压在PVC基材层未粘贴面皮层的一面的步骤。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过使用PVC作为基材层,并使用木质或竹质材料进行复合,可以得到具有较高的结构强度和整体稳定性的地板。本发明可以减少木材的使用,更加的节能环保。而且本发明的地板相对于普通复合地板,具有更高的尺寸稳定性,不易出现翘曲变形的情况。另外本发明还具有防水、静音的特点。
本发明的生产方法中,利用了碳化后产生的孔隙去吸收聚氨酯,固化后面皮层可具有更高的强度。本发明的方法,工艺精简,相对于传统木地板的加工具有更高的生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1:一种多层复合地板,如图1所示:包括PVC基材层1,PVC基材层1的上表面设有面皮层2,面皮层2上设有油漆层4,所述面皮层2为木皮或竹皮,所述面皮层2和PVC基材层1之间设有聚氨酯粘接层3。所述PVC基材层1的上表面和下表面均设有多个沿地板长度方向的V型槽6。所述V型槽6的开口角度为25~50°,深度为1.5mm~2.5mm,各个V型槽6的间距为12mm~35mm。所述PVC基材层1为PVC发泡材料层。所述面皮层2与PVC基材层1的厚度比例为1∶3至1∶5。
前述的多层复合地板的生产方法,具体包括以下步骤:
a、对面皮层进行表面碳化,形成0.2mm~0.3mm的碳化层;
b、将表面碳化的面皮层置于聚氨酯浆液中浸泡1~1.5小时;
c、将面皮层从聚氨酯浆液中取出,刮除其中一面的残留聚氨酯,另一面粘压在PVC基材层上;
d、固化聚氨酯;
e、在面皮层表面涂覆油漆层。
所述PVC基材层由PVC材料挤压成型,并挤压得到直落式锁扣结构。
经测试,本发明的地板,在经过70℃下六小时,然后-18℃下六小时,再回到常温后,长边尺寸变化率低至0.6%以下,短边尺寸变化率低至0.15%以下,长度方向的翘曲最大曲率低至0.5%,宽度方向的翘曲最大曲率低至0.35%。
实施例2.一种多层复合地板,如图2所示:包括PVC基材层1,PVC基材层1的上表面设有面皮层2,面皮层2上设有油漆层4,所述面皮层2为木皮或竹皮,所述面皮层2和PVC基材层1之间设有聚氨酯粘接层3。所述PVC基材层1的下表面设有3mm~5mm的EVA底层5。所述PVC基材层1的上表面和下表面均设有多个沿地板长度方向的V型槽6。所述V型槽6的开口角度为25~50°,深度为1.5mm~2.5mm,各个V型槽6的间距为12mm~35mm。所述PVC基材层1为PVC发泡材料层。所述面皮层2与PVC基材层1的厚度比例为1∶3至1∶5。
前述的多层复合地板的生产方法,具体包括以下步骤:

经测试,本实施例的地板在性能上相对于实施例1能够有较大提升。
Claims (9)
1.一种多层复合地板,其特征在于:包括PVC基材层(1),PVC基材层(1)的上表面设有面皮层(2),面皮层(2)上设有油漆层(4),所述面皮层(2)为木皮或竹皮,所述面皮层(2)和PVC基材层(1)之间设有聚氨酯粘接层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层(1)的下表面设有3mm~5mm的EVA底层(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层(1)的上表面和下表面均设有多个沿地板长度方向的V型槽(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述V型槽(6)的开口角度为25~50°,深度为1.5mm~2.5mm,各个V型槽(6)的间距为12mm~35mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层(1)为PVC发泡材料层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合地板,其特征在于:所述面皮层(2)与PVC基材层(1)的厚度比例为1∶3至1∶5。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多层复合地板的生产方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
a、对面皮层进行表面碳化,形成0.2mm~0.3mm的碳化层;
b、将表面碳化的面皮层置于聚氨酯浆液中浸泡1~1.5小时;
c、将面皮层从聚氨酯浆液中取出,刮除其中一面的残留聚氨酯,另一面粘压在PVC基材层上;
d、固化聚氨酯;
e、在面皮层表面涂覆油漆层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的多层复合地板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述PVC基材层由PVC材料挤压成型,并挤压得到直落式锁扣结构。
9.根据权利要求7所述的多层复合地板的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d和e之间还设有将EVA底层热压在PVC基材层未粘贴面皮层的一面的步骤。
