Abstract

本发明涉及食品加工机械领域,具体的说是一种蔬菜切丝机及其电学控制***,包括切片装置、切丝装置和支撑架。切片装置包括供料装置、填料装置、切片机构和厚度控制装置。切丝装置设置在切片装置前下方,切丝装置中由曲柄旋转带动连杆摆动,连杆牵着刀杆移动,刀杆上的刀头在切丝传送带上移动,并在压片的按压下将传送带上的蔬菜切断。该蔬菜切丝机的电学控制***,包括送料控制模块、切片电机控制模块、传送带控制模块、切丝电机控制模块和用于控制以上所述所有控制模块的总控制器。本发明通过先将蔬菜进行切片处理,然后在二次加工将蔬菜加工成丝,可以实现对蔬菜的快速切丝加工,利于食材大量处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工机械领域,具体的说是一种蔬菜切丝机及其电学控制***。
背景技术
众所周知,对蔬菜进行加工是蔬菜生产企业中一个重要的工序,而目前,对于蔬菜的切丝都是由人工完成,但是在一些蔬菜加工行业中,需要对大量的蔬菜进行加工切丝,若只依靠手工,不仅劳动强度大而且耗费大量的时间,降低了生产效率,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种蔬菜切丝机及其电学控制***,通过先将蔬菜进行切片处理,然后在二次加工将蔬菜加工成丝,可以实现对蔬菜的快速切丝加工。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种蔬菜切丝机,包括切片装置、切丝装置和支撑架。
所述的切片装置包括供料装置、填料装置、切片机构和厚度控制装置;所述的供料装置包括送料带和遮栏;所述的送料带设置在支撑架上,送料带将放置其上的蔬菜进行运输;所述的遮栏设置在送料带的送料端两侧,防止蔬菜从两侧滚落;所述的填料装置包括支撑轮、夹带、支撑板和张紧装置;所述的支撑板固定在支撑架上;所述的支撑轮分为对称的两组,每组支撑轮数量为四,四个支撑轮呈四边形分布,四个支撑轮包括靠近送料带的一个活动支撑轮和远离送料带的三个固定支撑轮,且三个固定支撑轮分别与支撑板旋转连接;所述的张紧装置包括竖条、弹簧和伸缩杆;所述的竖条固定在支撑板上,竖条上设置有通孔;所述的伸缩杆一端从竖条上的通孔中穿过,伸缩杆的另一端固定在活动支撑轮上;所述的弹簧套在伸缩杆上,且弹簧的两端分别与竖条和活动支撑轮相连;所述的切片机构包括电机座、驱动电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、轴杆和切片;所述的电机座固定在活动支撑轮上;所述的驱动电机设置在电机座上;所述的主动齿轮设置在驱动电机的输出端上;所述的从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合;所述的轴杆与从动齿轮连接;所述的切片固定在轴杆中部;所述的厚度控制装置包括限位板和定位螺母。所述的限位板套在轴杆上;所述的定位螺母联接在轴杆末端,通过调节定位螺母来调节限位板与切片之间的距离,进而调节蔬菜切片后的厚度。
所述的切丝装置设置在切片装置前下方,切丝装置包括切丝传送带、切丝电机、底座、曲柄、连杆、刀杆和压片;所述的底座中部两边设置有支杆;所述的切丝传送带设置在底座上;所述的切丝电机两侧分别与底座中部的支杆固定;所述的曲柄一端与切丝电机的输出端连接;所述的连杆一端与曲柄另一端铰接,连杆另一端与刀杆末端铰接;所述的刀杆水平设置,刀杆首端设置有刀头,且刀头位于切丝传送带上方;曲柄旋转带动连杆摆动,连杆牵着刀杆移动,刀杆上的刀头在切丝传送带上移动,并在压片的按压下将蔬菜切断。
所述蔬菜切丝机的电学控制***,包括用于控制送料带运转的送料控制模块、用于控制驱动电机运转的切片电机控制模块、用于控制切丝传送带运转的传送带控制模块、用于控制切丝电机运转的切丝电机控制模块和用于控制以上所述所有控制模块的总控制器;其中,所述的总控制器为嵌入式***,总控制器通过调节和控制各个分支的控制模块来控制整个机器。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种蔬菜切丝机及其电学控制***,通过先将蔬菜进行切片处理,然后在二次加工将蔬菜加工成丝,可以实现对蔬菜的快速切丝加工,利于食材大量处理;通过调节限位板与切片之间的距离调节蔬菜切片的厚度。

如图1,本实施例的一种蔬菜切丝机,包括切片装置1、切丝装置2和支撑架3。
如图1、图2、图3、图5、图6,所述的切片装置1包括供料装置11、填料装置12、切片机构13和厚度控制装置14;所述的供料装置11包括送料带111和遮栏112;所述的送料带111设置在支撑架3上,送料带111将放置其上的蔬菜进行运输;所述的遮栏112设置在送料带111的送料端两侧,防止蔬菜从两侧滚落;所述的填料装置12包括支撑轮121、夹带122、支撑板123和张紧装置124;所述的支撑板123固定在支撑架3上;所述的支撑轮121分为对称的两组,每组支撑轮121数量为四,四个支撑轮121呈四边形分布,四个支撑轮121包括靠近送料带111的一个活动支撑轮1211和远离送料带111的三个固定支撑轮,且三个固定支撑轮分别与支撑板123旋转连接;所述的张紧装置124包括竖条1241、弹簧1242和伸缩杆1243;所述的竖条1241固定在支撑板123上,竖条1241上设置有通孔;所述的伸缩杆1243一端从竖条1241上的通孔中穿过,伸缩杆1243的另一端固定在活动支撑轮1211上;所述的弹簧1242套在伸缩杆1243上,且弹簧1242的两端分别与竖条1241和活动支撑轮1211相连;所述的切片机构13包括电机座131、驱动电机132、主动齿轮133、从动齿轮134、轴杆135和切片136;所述的电机座131固定在活动支撑轮1211上;所述的驱动电机132设置在电机座131上;所述的主动齿轮133设置在驱动电机132的输出端上;所述的从动齿轮134与主动齿轮133啮合;所述的轴杆135与从动齿轮134连接;所述的切片136固定在轴杆135中部;所述的厚度控制装置14包括限位板141和定位螺母142。所述的限位板141套在轴杆135上;所述的定位螺母142联接在轴杆135末端,通过调节定位螺母142来调节限位板141与切片136之间的距离,进而调节蔬菜切片后的厚度。
如图1、图4,所述的切丝装置2设置在切片装置1前下方,切丝装置2包括切丝传送带21、切丝电机22、底座23、曲柄24、连杆25、刀杆26和压片27;所述的底座23中部两边设置有支杆;所述的切丝传送带21设置在底座23上;所述的切丝电机22两侧分别与底座23中部的支杆固定;所述的曲柄24一端与切丝电机22的输出端连接;所述的连杆25一端与曲柄24另一端铰接,连杆25另一端与刀杆26末端铰接;所述的刀杆26水平设置,刀杆26首端设置有刀头261,且刀头261位于切丝传送带21上方;曲柄24旋转带动连杆25摆动,连杆25牵着刀杆26移动,刀杆26上的刀头261在切丝传送带21上移动,并在压片27的按压下将蔬菜切断。
如图7,所述蔬菜切丝机的电学控制***,包括用于控制送料带111运转的送料控制模块、用于控制驱动电机132运转的切片电机控制模块、用于控制切丝传送带21运转的传送带控制模块、用于控制切丝电机22运转的切丝电机控制模块和用于控制以上所述所有控制模块的总控制器;其中,所述的总控制器为嵌入式***。
本实施例的一种蔬菜切丝机及其电学控制***在使用时,供料装置11将放置其上的蔬菜传送至切片机构13并抵住限位板141,切片机构13中的切片136将蔬菜切成片状,然后掉落至切丝装置2上的切丝传送带21上,并在经过刀杆26时被切成丝。

所述的切片装置(1)包括供料装置(11)、填料装置(12)、切片机构(13)和厚度控制装置(14);所述的供料装置(11)包括送料带(111)和遮栏(112);所述的送料带(111)设置在支撑架(3)上;所述的遮栏(112)设置在送料带(111)的送料端两侧;所述的填料装置(12)包括支撑轮(121)、夹带(122)、支撑板(123)和张紧装置(124);所述的支撑板(123)固定在支撑架(3)上;所述的支撑轮(121)分为对称的两组,每组支撑轮(121)数量为四,四个支撑轮(121)呈四边形分布,四个支撑轮(121)包括靠近送料带(111)的一个活动支撑轮(1211)和远离送料带(111)的三个固定支撑轮,且三个固定支撑轮分别与支撑板(123)旋转连接;所述的张紧装置(124)包括竖条(1241)、弹簧(1242)和伸缩杆(1243);所述的竖条(1241)固定在支撑板(123)上,竖条(1241)上设置有通孔;所述的伸缩杆(1243)一端从竖条(1241)上的通孔中穿过,伸缩杆(1243)的另一端固定在活动支撑轮(1211)上;所述的弹簧(1242)套在伸缩杆(1243)上,且弹簧(1242)的两端分别与竖条(1241)和活动支撑轮(1211)相连;所述的切片机构(13)包括电机座(131)、驱动电机(132)、主动齿轮(133)、从动齿轮(134)、轴杆(135)和切片(136);所述的电机座(131)固定在活动支撑轮(1211)上;所述的驱动电机(132)设置在电机座(131)上;所述的主动齿轮(133)设置在驱动电机(132)的输出端上;所述的从动齿轮(134)与主动齿轮(133)啮合;所述的轴杆(135)与从动齿轮(134)连接;所述的切片(136)固定在轴杆(135)中部;所述的厚度控制装置(14)包括限位板(141)和定位螺母(142);所述的限位板(141)套在轴杆(135)上;所述的定位螺母(142)联接在轴杆(135)末端;
