现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图，仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构，因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示，一种缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴，包括基底层1、保护层2和贴膏4，所述保护层2和基底1层大小相同，所述基底层1和保护层2均为圆形，所述基底层1与保护层2连接，所述保护层2通过不干胶3覆盖住基底层1，所述贴膏4位于基底层1中部，所述贴膏4的***设有若干磁石能量块5，各磁石能量块5以贴膏4为中心周向均匀分布；
所述磁石能量块5包括钛、锗、锌、镁、钙、砷能量粉。
所述贴膏4由人参3-5克、三七6-8克、灵芝2-4克、五味子6-9克、银耳5-8克、麦冬6-10克、阿胶9-15克、生姜5-8克、甘菊6-7克、天花粉5-8克、牡丹皮9-12克、蒲公英2-4克、地骨皮3-6克、桑寄生2-5克、茯苓2-8克、附子6-8克、万年青11-13克、远志2-4克、柏子仁3-6克、酸枣仁1-3克、巴戟天3-5克、何首乌1-2克、黄精2-5克组成，先用清水洗净，然后熬制30-40分钟，加入凝固状的油脂、黄醋、枣泥制成软膏。
作为优选，所述基底层1上设有与磁石能量块5大小匹配的凹槽，所述磁石能量块5嵌于凹槽内，这样安装磁石能量块5比较方便，而且在贴的时候，磁石能量块5还不会发生错位或掉落的现象。
作为优选，所述磁石能量块5与凹槽的内壁通过不干胶连接，这样使得磁石能量块5与基底层1的连接更加牢固。
这里采用磁石能量块5，即采用西医中的一些能量元素辅助中医的贴膏，共同起作用，中西结合，打破了常规中药道路上只采用纯中药配方的概念，具有引导意义。

贴膏4由人参3克、三七6克、灵芝2克、五味子6克、银耳5克、麦冬6克、阿胶9克、生姜5克、甘菊6克、天花粉5克、牡丹皮9克、蒲公英2克、地骨皮3克、桑寄生2克、茯苓2克、附子6克、万年青11克、远志2克、柏子仁3克、酸枣仁1克、巴戟天3克、何首乌1克、黄精2克组成，先用清水洗净，然后熬制30分钟，加入凝固状的油脂、黄醋、枣泥制成软膏。
实施例2
贴膏4由人参5克、三七8克、灵芝4克、五味子9克、银耳8克、麦冬10克、阿胶15克、生姜8克、甘菊7克、天花粉8克、牡丹皮12克、蒲公英4克、地骨皮6克、桑寄生5克、茯苓8克、附子8克、万年青13克、远志4克、柏子仁6克、酸枣仁3克、巴戟天5克、何首乌2克、黄精5克组成，先用清水洗净，然后熬制40分钟，加入凝固状的油脂、黄醋、枣泥制成软膏。
实施例3
贴膏4由人参4克、三七7克、灵芝2克、五味子7克、银耳6克、麦冬8克、阿胶12克、生姜6克、甘菊6克、天花粉7克、牡丹皮11克、蒲公英3克、地骨皮4克、桑寄生4克、茯苓5克、附子7克、万年青12克、远志3克、柏子仁4克、酸枣仁2克、巴戟天4克、何首乌1克、黄精3克组成，先用清水洗净，然后熬制35分钟，加入凝固状的油脂、黄醋、枣泥制成软膏。
1、选择病例标准：具有疲劳现象的对象，如体乏无力，精神不振等。
2、诊断标准：凡具有上述现象的人，均为本发明所针对的疗效对象。
3、治疗方案：在使用前，先用热毛巾来回擦拭肩部、背部或脚底穴位处，然后再将热毛巾捂于需要贴敷的穴位处5分钟，然后贴上穴位贴，持续30-35分钟，一个疗程为12天。
4、疗效评定标准：
治愈：疲劳现象消失，人精神饱满；
好转：疲劳现象明显缓解；
无效：疲劳现象无缓解，甚至更加疲劳。
5、统计学处理：经确诊100名疲劳对象，其中男52名，女48名，其中年龄最小26岁，年龄最大38岁，经本穴位贴贴敷一个疗程后，治愈52例，好转40例，无效8例，经统计学分析，总有效率达92％。
6、结论：由上述试验资料表面，本发明是由中西医结合，贴敷效果好，无毒副作用，操作简单方便，功效显著，具有实际的临床意义，经济和社会效益显著。
与现有技术相比，该缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴通过合理完善的中药配方，并且辅以西医的磁石能量块5，中西结合，对人体内的血液循环有较大的促进作用，还能松弛神经，放松颈部肩部，舒缓身心，消除疲劳，见效快，疗程短，具有一定的市场推广价值。

1.一种缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴，其特征在于，包括基底层、保护层和贴膏，所述保护层和基底层大小相同，所述基底层和保护层均为圆形，所述基底层与保护层连接，所述保护层通过不干胶覆盖住基底层，所述贴膏位于基底层中部，所述贴膏的***设有若干磁石能量块，各磁石能量块以贴膏为中心周向均匀分布；
所述磁石能量块包括钛、锗、锌、镁、钙、砷能量粉。
所述贴膏由人参3-5克、三七6-8克、灵芝2-4克、五味子6-9克、银耳5-8克、麦冬6-10克、阿胶9-15克、生姜5-8克、甘菊6-7克、天花粉5-8克、牡丹皮9-12克、蒲公英2-4克、地骨皮3-6克、桑寄生2-5克、茯苓2-8克、附子6-8克、万年青11-13克、远志2-4克、柏子仁3-6克、酸枣仁1-3克、巴戟天3-5克、何首乌1-2克、黄精2-5克组成，先用清水洗净，然后熬制30-40分钟，加入凝固状的油脂、黄醋、枣泥制成软膏。
2.如权利要求1所述的缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴，其特征在于，所述基底层上设有与磁石能量块大小匹配的凹槽，所述磁石能量块嵌于凹槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴，其特征在于，所述磁石能量块与凹槽的内壁通过不干胶连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的缓解疲劳的中药穴位贴，其特征在于，所述贴膏由人参3克、三七6克、灵芝2克、五味子6克、银耳5克、麦冬6克、阿胶9克、生姜5克、甘菊6克、天花粉5克、牡丹皮9克、蒲公英2克、地骨皮3克、桑寄生2克、茯苓2克、附子6克、万年青11克、远志2克、柏子仁3克、酸枣仁1克、巴戟天3克、何首乌1克、黄精2克组成，先用清水洗净，然后熬制30分钟，加入凝固状的油脂、黄醋、枣泥制成软膏。
