背景技术
眼霜,护肤类化妆产品之一。有滋润功效,除了可以减低黑眼圈、眼袋问题外,同时也具备改善皱纹、细纹的功效。眼霜是用来保护眼睛周围比较薄的这一层皮肤的,对眼袋、黑眼圈、鱼尾纹等都有一定的效用,但是不同的眼霜有不同的作用。目前市场上的眼霜主要集中杂抗皱方面,《一种修护眼霜》(申请公布号:CN103385820A),公开了一种利用海洋胶原蛋白和甜杏仁蛋白的双重作用达到祛皱的效果的眼霜,但是文中并未揭示其具有美白效果;《一种具有祛纹、祛眼袋及祛黑眼圈的多功能眼霜》(申请公布号:CN102166181A),公开了一种具有祛纹、祛眼袋及祛黑眼圈的多功能眼霜,但是起效时间较长。针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种兼具美白和抗皱功能的眼霜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种美白抗衰眼霜,在具有抗皱抗衰老功能的同时兼具美白效果。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述眼霜的制备方法。
本发明的眼霜,由以下质量百分比的物质组成:
C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.5~2%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.2~1.8%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1.8~2.2%;角鲨烷2.5~3.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1~3%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2~4%;牛油果树果脂1~3%;氢化霍霍巴油1~3%;法国薰衣草提取物0.2~0.8%;羟苯甲酯0.1~0.2%;羟苯丙酯0.1~0.2%;透明质酸钠0.01~0.04%;黄原胶0.1~0.14%;甘油1~4%;聚乙二醇-83~7%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.2~0.6%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.2~0.6%;3-o-乙基抗坏血酸1~5%;甘草类黄酮0.02~0.08%;丁二醇1~2%;双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.1~0.3%;余量为水。
上述眼霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、氢化霍霍巴油、法国薰衣草提取物、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合作为A相投入油相锅加热搅拌至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
2)将透明质酸钠、黄原胶、甘油、聚乙二醇混合作为B相加入水相锅中加热搅拌至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
3)将乳化锅预热至60-65度,搅拌速度50转/分钟,先将B相抽入,再将A相抽入,搅拌30分钟,温度保持在85度;
4)将C相加入乳化锅,均质3分钟,保温搅拌30分钟,温度保持在80-85度,搅拌速度35转/分钟。所述C相为聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7;
5)降温至42度加入D相和E相,保温搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度25-30转/分钟,最后加入F相,保温10-20分钟。所述D相为聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,所述E相为3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、甘草类黄酮、丁二醇,所述F相为双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯;
6)搅拌降温至40度出料。
下面对本发明中的主要功效成分进行介绍:
1)法国薰衣草提取物,薰衣草有“芳香药草”之美誉,适合任何皮肤,促进细胞再生、加速伤口愈合,改善粉刺、脓肿、湿疹、平衡皮脂分泌,对烧烫灼晒伤有奇效,可抑制细菌、减少疤痕。将法国薰衣草提取物用于护肤品中,在清洁皮肤、控制油分、祛斑美白、祛皱嫩肤、祛除黑眼圈的同时,还可以促进受损组织的再生。
2)3-o-乙基抗坏血酸,别名维生素C乙基醚,是一种亲油的水溶性维生素C衍生物,容易穿透角质层进入真皮层,进入皮肤后易被生物酶分解而发挥维C的作用,从而提高其生物利用度。不仅如此,维生素C乙基醚相对普通的维生素C还显示出极高的稳定性。其通过抑制酪氨酸酶的Cu2+活性,可以阻断黑色素的形成;防止日光引起的皮肤炎症;改善皮肤色泽,促进胶原蛋白产生,增加皮肤弹性。
3)甘草黄酮,棕红色稠状液体,不溶于水及各种油酯,溶于乙醇、丙二醇、甘油及部分有机溶剂。甘草黄酮是天然的美白剂,它既能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,又能抑制多巴色素互变和DHICA氧化酶的活性,是一种快速、高效、绿色的美白祛斑化妆品添加剂。
本发明的美白抗衰眼霜以法国薰衣草提取物、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸和甘草黄酮为主要功效成分,并与其他组份按照特定的比例复配形成眼霜,各功效组份中所含有的有效成分互补、协同、配合,得到了更合理高效的利用。
具体的,一方面,利用法国薰衣草提取物的组织再生性,实现本眼霜抗皱抗衰老的功效;另一方面,利用本眼霜中的甘草黄酮抑制酪氨酸酶、多巴色素互变和DHICA氧化酶的活性,同时,另一功效成分3-o-乙基抗坏血酸穿透角质层进入真皮层,有效阻断黑色素形成,使本发明的眼霜兼具美白效果;同时,本眼霜中还包含可以修复肌肤损伤、补水保湿的透明质酸钠,可以补充肌底水分,有助于减缓皮肤络氨酸酶活性,生育酚可修复皮肤,使肌肤屏障功能健康,抵御外界对皮肤的伤害。通过以上各组分的共同作用,使本发明的眼霜在抑制黑色素形成、滋白肌肤的同时,还可以修复肌肤损伤,抗皱抗衰老。

制备方法:

3)将乳化锅预热至60-65度,搅拌速度50转/分钟,先将B相抽入,再将A相抽入,搅拌30分钟,温度保持在85度;

C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.8%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇2%;角鲨烷3%;聚二甲基硅氧烷2%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3%;牛油果树果脂2%;氢化霍霍巴油2%;法国薰衣草提取物0.5%;羟苯甲酯0.15%;羟苯丙酯0.1%;透明质酸钠0.03%;黄原胶0.12%;甘油2%;聚乙二醇-85%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.4%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.4%;甘草类黄酮0.05%;丁二醇1.5%;双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.2%;余量为水。
实验过程:
选取50名25~40岁的志愿者,随机分成5组,每组10人,分别试用实施例1~3及对比例1~2,每天早晚各涂抹一次,连续使用2周,观察效果。
实验结果:
经过长达2周的使用后发现,实施例1~3的使用者眼部皱纹明显减少、暗沉消失,皮肤光滑而又细腻;而对比例1因缺少了法国薰衣草提取物的加入,使用2周后,虽皮肤变的较为白嫩,但是眼部皱纹未见明显减少;对比例2、3因分别缺少甘草黄酮和3-o-乙基抗坏血酸,虽眼部皱纹有减少,但皮肤白亮程度相比于实施例1~3要小很多。
由此可见,法国薰衣草提取物的抗皱功能和甘草黄酮、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸的美白功能在本发明眼霜中有着良好的表现。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种美白抗衰眼霜,其特征在于,所述眼霜由以下成分组成:C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.5~2%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.2~1.8%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1.8~2.2%;角鲨烷2.5~3.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1~3%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2~4%;牛油果树果脂1~3%;氢化霍霍巴油1~3%;法国薰衣草提取物0.2~0.8%;羟苯甲酯0.1~0.2%;羟苯丙酯0.1~0.2%;透明质酸钠0.01~0.04%;黄原胶0.1~0.14%;甘油1~4%;聚乙二醇-83~7%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.2~0.6%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.2~0.6%;3-o-乙基抗坏血酸1~5%;甘草类黄酮0.02~0.08%;丁二醇1~2%;双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.1~0.3%;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种美白抗衰眼霜,其特征在于,所述眼霜由以下成分组成:C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.4~1.7%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.4~1.6%;鲸蜡硬脂醇1.5~2.5%;角鲨烷2.5~3.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5~2.5%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3~4%;牛油果树果脂2~4%;氢化霍霍巴油2~3%;法国薰衣草提取物0.4~0.6%;羟苯甲酯0.1~0.15%;羟苯丙酯0.1~0.15%;透明质酸钠0.02~0.04%;黄原胶0.12~0.14%;甘油2~3%;聚乙二醇-84~6%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.3~0.5%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.4~0.5%;3-o-乙基抗坏血酸2~4%;甘草类黄酮0.04~0.06%;丁二醇1.5~2%;双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.2~0.3%;余量为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种美白抗衰眼霜,其特征在于,所述眼霜由以下成分组成:C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷1.8%;甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇2%;角鲨烷3%;聚二甲基硅氧烷2%;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯3%;牛油果树果脂2%;氢化霍霍巴油2%;法国薰衣草提取物0.5%;羟苯甲酯0.15%;羟苯丙酯0.1%;透明质酸钠0.03%;黄原胶0.12%;甘油2%;聚乙二醇-85%;聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-70.4%;聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.4%;3-o-乙基抗坏血酸3%;甘草类黄酮0.05%;丁二醇1.5%;双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.2%;余量为水。
4.权利要求1至3任一项所述的美白抗衰眼霜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、牛油果树果脂、氢化霍霍巴油、法国薰衣草提取物、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合作为A相投入油相锅加热搅拌至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
2)将透明质酸钠、黄原胶、甘油、聚乙二醇混合作为B相加入水相锅中加热搅拌至85度,搅拌溶解完全后保温待用;
3)将乳化锅预热至60-65度,搅拌速度50转/分钟,先将B相抽入,再将A相抽入,搅拌30分钟,温度保持在85度;
4)将C相加入乳化锅,均质3分钟,保温搅拌30分钟,温度保持在80-85度,搅拌速度35转/分钟。所述C相为聚丙烯酰胺/C13-14异链烷烃/月桂醇聚醚-7;
5)降温至42度加入D相和E相,保温搅拌10分钟,搅拌速度25-30转/分钟,最后加入F相,保温10-20分钟。所述D相为聚二甲基硅氧烷/聚二甲基硅氧烷醇,所述E相为3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、甘草类黄酮、丁二醇,所述F相为双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲/碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯;
6)搅拌降温至40度出料。
