Abstract

本发明公开一种散热性好的整流滤波装置,包括两个整流二极管、两个滤波电容和一泄放电阻,串联的两整流二极管与串联的两滤波电容并联,泄放电阻并联在串联的两滤波电容的两端,其中滤波电容的外壳由置于两端的正极电极套、负极电极套和绝缘套构成,滤波电容平放在PCB板上,通过正极电极套和负极电极套焊接在PCB板上,能降低滤波电容的高度,使电子元器件之间更加紧凑,减小整流滤波器的体积。在电容器元件与外壳内腔之间填充有导热绝缘环氧树脂,能将电容器内部的热量迅速传导出去;绝缘套为导热绝缘套,在正极电极套和负极电极套的外表面上设有散热波纹,能增加散热面积,以达到快速散热的效果;从而能加快整流滤波装置的散热。

技术领域
本发明涉及整理滤波电路领域,特别涉及一种散热性好的整流滤波装置。
背景技术
LED驱动电路必须要有输入整流滤波器和输出整流滤波器。输入整流滤波器需要相对较大的电容量才能将整流输出电压平滑到允许范围。输出整流滤波器也需要足够的电容量来维持电路的稳定性和输出电流的平滑。整流滤波电路中都含有电容,而电解电容器最大的弱点是寿命短,且性能不稳定。而且电容一般是通过引出的引脚来连接的,这样电容安装在电路板上,其高度决定了电路板的高度,导致电路板的高度过高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种性能稳定且散热性好的整流滤波装置。
本发明提出一种散热性好的整流滤波装置,包括PCB板和设置在PCB板上的由两个整流二极管、两个滤波电容和一泄放电阻构成的全波倍压整流电路,两所述滤波电容串联,两所述整流二极管串联,串联的两所述整流二极管与串联的两所述滤波电容并联,所述泄放电阻并联在串联的两所述滤波电容的两端,构成一个全波倍压整流电路;
所述电容器元件包括卷芯、围绕在所述卷芯上的电容素子、设置在电容素子两端的正极电极板和负极电极板,所述外壳由置于两端的正极电极套、负极电极套和连接在所述正极电极套与所述负极电极套之间的绝缘套构成,所述绝缘套与所述正极电极套、所述负极电极套之间通过卡扣方式连接,在所述绝缘套内壁面的两端设有卡槽,在所述正极电极套与所述负极电极套的与所述绝缘套相连的一端设有与所述卡槽对应的卡勾,通过所述卡勾扣入相应的所述卡槽中,使所述正极电极套、负极电极套与所述绝缘套相互连接形成外壳;所述绝缘套为导热绝缘套,在所述正极电极套和所述负极电极套的外表面上设有散热波纹;在所述电容器元件与所述外壳内腔之间填充有导热绝缘环氧树脂;所述正极电极板通过设置在其上的电极触头与所述正极电极套电连接,所述负极电极板通过设置在其上的电极触头与所述负极电极套电连接;所述滤波电容平放在所述PCB板上,所述正极电极套和所述负极电极套焊接在所述PCB板上。
优选地,所述绝缘套为导热塑胶套,所述正极电极套和所述负极电极套为铝材。
本发明的整流滤波装置中的整流滤波电路为全波倍压整流电路,用于对输入的交流电压进行整流、滤波,得到一个平滑的直流电压;并联的泄放电阻用于给滤波电容提供一个泄放通路,以便在滤波电容停止工作后,泄放掉其两端存储的电能,使用更加安全。
滤波电容的外壳由置于两端的正极电极套、负极电极套和连接在正极电极套与负极电极套之间的绝缘套构成,绝缘套与正极电极套、负极电极套之间通过卡扣方式连接,在绝缘套内壁面的两端设有卡槽,在正极电极套与负极电极套的与绝缘套相连的一端设有与卡槽对应的卡勾,通过卡勾扣入相应的卡槽中,使正极电极套、负极电极套与绝缘套相互连接形成外壳,结构简单,组装方便。
滤波电容平放在PCB板上,正极电极套和负极电极套焊接在PCB板上,能降低滤波电容的高度,也使电子元器件之间更加紧凑,减小整流滤波器的体积。
在电容器元件与外壳内腔之间填充有导热绝缘环氧树脂,能将电容器内部的热量迅速传导出去;绝缘套为导热绝缘套,在正极电极套和负极电极套的外表面上设有散热波纹,能增加散热面积,以达到快速散热的效果;从而能加快整流滤波装置的散热。

具体实施方式

参照图1至图2,提出本发明的散热性好的整流滤波装置的一实施例:
本整流滤波装置包括PCB板和设置在PCB板上的由两个整流二极管、两个滤波电容和一泄放电阻构成的全波倍压整流电路,两滤波电容C1、C2串联,两整流二极管D1、D2串联,串联的两整流二极管D1、D2与串联的两滤波电容C1、C2并联,泄放电阻R并联在串联的两滤波电容C1、C2的两端.,构成一个全波倍压整流电路。泄放电阻R用于给滤波电容C1、C2提供一个泄放通路,以便在滤波电容C1、C2停止工作后,泄放掉其两端存储的电能。电路工作时,两个整流二极管Dl、D2与两个电容C1、C2组成的全波倍压整流电路对输入的交流电压进行整流、滤波,得到一个平滑的直流电压并输出。
滤波电容C1、C2包括外壳和置于外壳内的电容器元件,电容器元件包括卷芯11、围绕在卷芯上的电容素子10、设置在电容素子10两端的正极电极板12和负极电极板13。外壳由置于两端的正极电极套21、负极电极套22和连接在正极电极套21与负极电极套22之间的绝缘套20构成,绝缘套20与正极电极套21、负极电极套22之间通过卡扣方式连接。在绝缘套20内壁面的两端设有卡槽,在正极电极套21与负极电极套22的与绝缘套20相连的一端设有与卡槽对应的卡勾23,通过卡勾23扣入相应的卡槽中,使正极电极套21、负极电极套22与绝缘套20相互连接形成外壳,结构简单,组装方便。
电容器元件安装在外壳内,在电容器元件与外壳内腔之间填充有导热绝缘环氧树脂30,能将电容器内部的热量迅速传导出去。正极电极板12通过设置在其上的电极触头与正极电极套21电连接,负极电极板13通过设置在其上的电极触头与负极电极套22电连接。绝缘套20为导热塑胶套,正极电极套21和负极电极套22为铝材,导热效果好,能电容器内部的热量迅速传导出去,有利于更好的散热。在正极电极套21和负极电极套22的外表面上设有散热波纹,能增加散热面积,以达到快速散热的效果。
滤波电容C1、C2平放在PCB板上,正极电极套11和负极电极套12焊接在PCB板上,能降低滤波电容的高度,也使电子元器件之间更加紧凑,减小整流滤波装置的体积。

1.一种散热性好的整流滤波装置,其特征在于,包括PCB板和设置在PCB板上的由两个整流二极管、两个滤波电容和一泄放电阻构成的全波倍压整流电路,两所述滤波电容串联,两所述整流二极管串联,串联的两所述整流二极管与串联的两所述滤波电容并联,所述泄放电阻并联在串联的两所述滤波电容的两端,构成一个全波倍压整流电路;
所述电容器元件包括卷芯、围绕在所述卷芯上的电容素子、设置在电容素子两端的正极电极板和负极电极板,所述外壳由置于两端的正极电极套、负极电极套和连接在所述正极电极套与所述负极电极套之间的绝缘套构成,所述绝缘套与所述正极电极套、所述负极电极套之间通过卡扣方式连接,在所述绝缘套内壁面的两端设有卡槽,在所述正极电极套与所述负极电极套的与所述绝缘套相连的一端设有与所述卡槽对应的卡勾,通过所述卡勾扣入相应的所述卡槽中,使所述正极电极套、负极电极套与所述绝缘套相互连接形成外壳;所述绝缘套为导热绝缘套,在所述正极电极套和所述负极电极套的外表面上设有散热波纹;在所述电容器元件与所述外壳内腔之间填充有导热绝缘环氧树脂;所述正极电极板通过设置在其上的电极触头与所述正极电极套电连接,所述负极电极板通过设置在其上的电极触头与所述负极电极套电连接;所述滤波电容平放在所述PCB板上,所述正极电极套和所述负极电极套焊接在所述PCB板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的散热性好的整流滤波装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘套为导热塑胶套,所述正极电极套和所述负极电极套为铝材。
